Nice service. Decent price. Nice, accommodating and hard working staff. Comfortable bed and bedding. The property and the rooms are quite run-down and in need of refresh. The bathrooms need work. The toilets use a ton of water, but do not flush completely. The shower does not have enough pressure to form jets through the shower-head. The carpets, drapes, furnishings and amenities are in poor condition. There are large spaces in the room and other locations of the property that make the property feel like an after-thought. Nice gym. Appreciate that it is 24 hours. All-in-all? Marriott’s typical cheapness.

I asked if there was room service at check in, and was told the kitchen was open 4-10, no mention of any cutoff times. At 9:37, after rushing back to the room in time, we called and were told the kitchen was closed, and that room service wasn’t an option. Then, about 30 minutes later, decided to utilize the 24/7 fitness studio, and there were 2 pedestals with the fabric band between blocking off the fitness room. Frustrating that the amenities were not available as advertised.

Comfortable bed and a nice walk-in shower with plenty of hot water, my top two criteria. That said, I expected a little more from a Sheraton - maybe breakfast, or a pool. This place was fine, and a convenient location for this trip, just nothing special.

First time at this property. Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, with spacious rooms. Service was fine. Conveniently located, and nice to have a restaurant in the hotel. Only complaint is no pool/hot tub.

Good location, desk help was excellent, clean and open lobby. Rooms a bit dated, but clean. You could hear noises from every direction above, below and through the walls. Parking lot in evenings had some sketchy individuals in the back perimeter of the lot.

It was out of the way to get there, even though you could see if from 494. Dark parking lot, Room was very hot and very dry. We turned it down but it didnt make a difference, no control over the heat.

Although it was an older property, it was very clean and the rooms were modern. Unlike other hotels we have used, the room was made up every day and we were give fresh towels etc every day. Staff were very good, and upon a complaint we had about a light not working, it was fixed immediately. Was impressed.

Hotel was good, but some issues. Pillows need upgrading, damp smell in corridors, urine smell near elevators ( pet friendly hotel), and construction made access challenging. Dog barking in the middle of night would make me reconsider staying again.

This property is well managed. When we arrive it was quiet, and seemed pretty empty. However, the property could use some updating. Starting with the shower, there was rust. The bathrooms were super small making it difficult to move around. The rooms could use better curtains because the interior rooms look into the hotel. I felt everytime we would try to close one side, another would open. Overall, nice hotel but it is not top of my list for the future.

The only issue was that the tv kept freezing. I had my computer that I hooked up to the monitor so I could watch something, but it was super annoying to try to watch anything on tv.

We ended up getting a room with windows overlooking the atrium of the hotel. The good news is they have excellent black out curtains but I did wish I could get some natural sunlight to wake up to. The sound proofing was also pretty poor between rooms / the window to the atrium. Otherwise it was a good stay overall.

This property is well managed. When we arrive it was quiet, and seemed pretty empty. However, the property could use some updating. Starting with the shower, there was rust. The hotel is old but clean- I paid extra for the club lounge- which was a room with a tv and bottle water- the same as my actual room. The window actually looked into the foyer of the hotel- so that made the room somewhat dark and devoid of natural sunlight. The front desk would not allow uber to deliver my breakfast - so I had to go down 6 floors - walk across an indoor bridge and then back to my room ( a 5 min walk) due to security. It’s wasn’t that far, but first thing in the morning without my coffee- it was more work then I wanted to do for $300 a night

I’m a bit surprised that this place has the ratings it does. The location was fine and the hotel itself met decent standards for cleanliness. However, it was hot and muggy thoroughout the building and despite having set our room thermostat to 60, the room never cooled down. I know there was a heat wave, but I’m also wondering if the building needs an upgrade. We also lost power for about 30-45 minutes making the room even more warm. Though the power loss was out of the hotels control, staff were not helpful. The rooms also lacked a microwave and the TV was very old, lacking Netflix, Hulu, etc.

The room is nice and clean but the staff at front desk is not professional. I had paid extra money to buy my breakfast but he denied until I showed the evidence of purchase. The breakfast is so so. There are many listed items but actually only very few of them are available. The most disappointing thing is that the staff moves like a sloth and keep you waiting for 10 minutes just for a sandwich and a cup of drink.

The hotel was fine. However, I left a valuable item in my room and called to retrieve it. They told me that Tim service found the item and that they would mail it to me. It never arrived. One of their staff took it for themselves. Absolutely not acceptable!

Morning staff was rude. Also: we arrived 20 minutes before they stopped serving breakfast and were not allowed to have breakfast. It was clear the staff wanted to leave early. On the other hand, the evening staff was extremely friendly and helpful, both at checkin and at dinner. In all other ways the hotel was just fine

We stay here quite a bit when we come into town. The rooms are spacious and clean. We gave this a 4 star because the restaurant was closed….?? We were disappointed because this is one of the reasons we like to stay here. Also we had to leave the hotel to get dinner which we did not want to do since we were so tired from traveling.
