Universal's Stella Nova Resort

Great location for epic universe. Clean hotel and large pool area with fun amenities.

We stayed for 4 nights and loved everything about the property. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The male bartender was great and knowledgeable about different types of alcohol and made us feel like old friends. The pool and hot tub were great as well.

Friendly and helpful staff, new amenities, spacious and clean room, convenient cafe offering good portions of food with very reasonable price, nice fitness center and pool. Definitely worth the money!

The hotel is brand new so there is not much to say on the negaitve side. The beds were comfortable. Parking was are only issue.We were told by the front desk to use our room key to get out and it did not work we had to pay again for parking as it would not let us out without paying again

Took the kids to the Stella Nova Arcade because the wife caught something viral here or at Universal. Spent $107 there to entertain the kids for more than an hour. Besides the swimming pool, there isn’t much at the hotel to do with kids. Anyway, while at the arcade my oldest won a grand prize of a stuffed dragon “Toothless” that is probably worth about $60+. The door to grab the prize never opened, so we could not get the prize. Told the front desk, they said it was run by a third party but took my info. I took some pics of the prize and my kid by the prizea and sent them to the customer service after a couple weeks. Crickets. My kid is really disappointed and they ripped us off out of a nice and epensive prize. But there were some positives: The entryway looks very nice and the rooms appear clean. Food options are pretty limited for people staying upwards of a week. It was nice to have a cafe there to sell coffee, even if it is about $10 for a latte after tax and tip. The food quality and choice are only okay values. There isn’t anywhere to walk to for other food options, so you are pretty much stuck there unless you want to Uber somewhere. Front desk people were very nice. My beef is with the management.

Very disappointing stay — misleading amenities and broken promises I had a frustrating and disappointing experience at the Stella Nova Hotel. The room was missing several amenities that were clearly advertised on their website. Despite multiple requests and being assured repeatedly that the issues were being addressed, nothing was ever delivered or resolved. As a gesture of apology, the staff promised to waive our parking fees—yet those charges still appeared on the final bill. To make matters worse, the hotel charges $30 per day for parking, even for guests. Sadly, the experience did not live up to expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

Wonderful resort. Spacious and loved the large spa and pool!

Amazing theming. Good food available onsite. Staff was great. The pool area was well maintained and was large enough to not feel overcrowded even when lots of people were there. The only negative thing is that the room is small and doesn't have a lot of storage space or a microwave, but if you plan on spending most of your time at the parks, it's not a big deal.

Not worth the price in my opinion. It is a new property and comfy beds. Didnt like that they clean the room every other day. The only day that they did clean wasnt a detailed cleaning, very superficial not even mopped and took care of stains. Decent pool its walking dostance from epic and has free shuttles to the other parks. I dont think i would stay there again because for the price it wasnt worth it

Don't like the fact that housekeeping is every 2 days. Service was not great, no room service, not a lot of options to eat.

The resort is very basic. The dining options are very limited. The rooms are made up every second day and the lighting is on full blast all night. The pool is very nice and a good temperature and the life guards are very alert. The resort is in a good location and I'm sure it will get better as they only just opened.

Great spot to stay if you're going to visit Epic universe. You get early access to the park and it has a convenient path to walk to the park. The walls are somewhat thin though. We were able to hear people walking above us.

The bathroom is small but clean. The big window is cool but fogs up half the day, so you cant even see out of it. Overall I think its worth the convenience if you plan on visiting Epic Universe, but otherwise there are a lot of other hotels in the area that are more worth the price paid.

I wanted to share a bit about my recent two-day trip to Stella Nova. The highlight for me was definitely the view from my room. I had a fantastic vantage point of the Epic theme park, which was truly a sight to behold. As for the food, it was just okay. I tried the very cheesy Mac and cheese, but it didn't quite hit the mark as it wasn't really cheesy. I did visit the market café there, which is essentially a Starbucks. However, I found that they only offered a limited Starbucks menu, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was a mixed experience, but I definitely enjoyed the theme park view from my room at 9th floor.

I lost my camera in the resort that was a very expensive purchase recently, went to the front desk and they check with security and they did have it! Really happy that they are very diligent and trustworthy would definitely recommend.

The convenience for park entrance cannot be overstated. Property is great and staff is efficient

Staff mixed my reservation with other guest, and when we showed up at 3am from the airport they made me go get my dad (the other guest) for him to show hi id and let us in. They wouldn't fix it if my dad didn't show up... also, so expensive and they only do room service maybe onces while you're there. Note the $30 for parking per night. Not coming back.

Great property and place to stay. Friendly and competent staff. 5 star hotel with a 5 star employee - Aristotle. Terrific customer service, friendly, and great knowledge!!

Staff was courteous. Inflated Orlando prices compared to value but this is expected undortunately. Long lines for premium coffee. Nice, short walk to park.

Quite a way from City Walk and traditional Universal Parks. Clearly made for Epic which was not available during my visit so it made visiting the other parks and city walk an extra bit of effort. Certainly new & clean which was great.

Proximity to Epic Universe is amazing, but if you want to go anywhere else (other parks, restaurants, bars) it's pretty isolated. Rooms were just ok, with budget linens and furnishings, and if you don't have a park view you might as well be staying on a highway interchange.

Don't like the fact that housekeeping is every 2 days. Service was not great, no room service, not a lot of options to eat.

Everything was great, the staff the room and the amenities were 10/10. The cafe stood out to me the most on my stay, proves were expected but the portion sizes were great and the quality of the food was excellent. Definitely coming back here for my next stay.

Keeping in mind at this time the place was open for about a month as a new hotel: Its a great and convenient choice to use for Universal (especially for Epic universe across the street 5-10min walk) if you are going to utilize early access. Shuttles to other Universal parks are roughly 20 mins. The merch delivery to your room (takes 24-48hr) and charge to your room perk which takes out of your security deposit (starts at $50) unless you put more is basically useless. I will say it only helps if you don't want carry a giant plushie or take a wallet into the park. Also, if you have one of those sealed plastic case holders that attaches to a lanyard or ID tag, then that will be another plus. The late night pizza delivery was a long wait (waited almost an hour) for subpar quality which if you can muster after the park closes, eat at city walk. If you like universal merch, you wont be shortchanged much as you hunt around for park and exclusive merch prior to the park. I believe the perks are definitely convenient and there if its strictly Universal, but will need a lot of work as its fairly expensive for what they are asking to stay here. The airport super star shuttles they offer are nice for an extra $50. Overall I will give it a 4 star experience.

This property was lovely! Has very close proximity to epic universe, staff was very nice and welcoming which made the experience great. Had very good amenities but I will note that the dining options are a bit pricey but overall would come stay here again

Fantastic hotel if you are visiting Epic. Easy walk across to the entrance. Friendly, clean, well designed. The takeaway pizzas were the best we’ve had in Florida. Highly recommend!
