Expedia definitely needs to be updated with proper photos, this place is old and worn down, our room was nasty, black mold on the walls, ceiling, and in the tile grout, floors felt nasty and sticky and left our feet black after walking barefoot in our room after just being there for the first few minutes! The bedding was paper thin and we asked for more blankets and our request was ignored over and over, never got them. The pool was decent as well as the AC, the only postives I have for it and being across the beach was nice but I did not feel clean staying here!

Me gustó la ubicación con vista al mar y las puestas de sol, lo que no me gustó es la hora de check in a las 3:00 pm, las toallas son viejas y percudidas y las sábanas también eran viejas y tenían manchas bajan la calificación del hotel. Al estar frente al malecón se oye mucho el ruido de las pulmonías y aurigas que pasan música a alto volumen continuamente

Es un hotel muuuuy viejo, con poco mantenimiento!!! La puerta de mi habitación era muy complicada de abrir o cerrar. No había ni una silla en el cuarto para poder trabajar con la computadora!!! Los controles remotos del aire acondicionado y de la TV no funcionaban!!! El personal muy amable pero no vuelvo a hospedarme ahí!!!

We have stayed here about 5 times. The rooms aren’t 5 star but have always been keep up. Last night we got the room definitely in need of restoration. It was on the back side and really rough. I booked online to confirm we would find room as was a holiday weekend. They said at checkout that the good rooms were full. Recommend looking at room prior to payment if possible.

Dicen que no sirve el elevador cuando ellos lo bloquean, la atención es pésima, no te dan solución a problemas, lo único bueno es la limpieza del cuarto, la chica encargada hace muy bien la habitación y tiene todo en orden, no te dicen en la aplicación y te piden un depósito de $300 por controles y toallas y por cualquier cosa por mínima que sea, pierdes ese dinero.

Las señoras de las limpieza muy groseras, y aparte no limpian las habitaciones, las señoritas de recepción muy groseras nuestra llave no funcionaba y surgieron que mi pareja no hacía el uso correcto cuando la llave realmente se desactivo muy mala experiencia y tiene un costo que la verdad está alto para el servicio y las instalaciones

You pay for what you get, pretty inexpensive place BUT if youre planning to satay longer than a weekend, this is not the place, there was a dead bug when i arrived in my room, the sliding door to the balcony didn't work, the water on the shower was yellow, the bed was too hard imo, ac didnt work, tried to call the staff to address the ac but they didn't pick up, elevator buttons dont work. Its an ok place to stay for a weekend if you plan on exploring instead of saying at the hotel but definitely not a place to stay and rest.
