En general bien !! El servicio de limpieza de regular a malo no trapean el piso o aspiran !! Solo doblan las sábanas y recogen un poco !! La alberca no está muy limpia el agua !! Y no te permiten tomar nada en el área de alberca si no lo compras en el bar de esta misma !! Todo lo demás bien en términos genrales

La atención , la limpieza del hotel . El área de alberca excelente Algo que no ayuda es que no hay buena zona para estar en la playa , ya que el oleaje es muy fuerte y hay muy poco espacio para poder disfrutar de la playa.

Después de haber pagado y hacer mi reservación por 3 días, me enviaron un mensaje avisando que la alberca principal está en remodelación y la opción que dan una alberca en casa club no vale la pena…. Fue un FRAUDE!!!!!!!

Las vistas al mar son fabulosas! La amabilidad del personal, la ubicación y el que cuenten con el restaurante Panamá lo hacen un hotel único. Quizá se podría mejorar en la remodelación y modernización del hotel en general. Aunque cuentan con estacionamiento, podrían mejorar al colocar asfalto porque es de tierra.

Las vistas al mar son fabulosas! La amabilidad del personal, la ubicación y el que cuenten con el restaurante Panamá lo hacen un hotel único. La habitación y cama cómodas. La mitad de la alberca se encontraba deshabilitada y la que pudimos usar no llegaba ni a la cintura. La atención del personal muy bien y un plus es el acceso a comida y bebidas del restaurante Panamá en room service y área de alberca. Hay que considerar que la playa de esta área no es tan bonita, ya que tiene muchas piedras. La marea estaba alta y nos quedó muy poco espacio de arena

It has an onsite well known restaurant and a bakery. The pools were big, one with a swim up bar the other was an infinity pool looking over the ocean. Staff was respectful and kept our rooms top notch. I really thought the dehumidifiers in each room was very good choice and the mini fridge. I was content with the two water bottle they provided as courtesy every day.

En varias ocasiones me he hospedado en este hotel por la comodidad de que tienen el restaurante Panamá y pues es algo viejo pero lo han modernizado poco a poco y agradable pero en esta última ocasión me fue muy mal.. solo me quedé una noche, la regadera del baño estaba llena de cabello, no uno ni 2, estaba invadido!! Ya era en la noche cuando me percaté y decidí reportar cuando hice el check out y la recepcionista me culpó de no hacer el reporte al momento (estaba muy cansada y no tenía ganas de discutir ni que me cambiaran de habitación y menos porque ya me iba al día siguiente), ni siquiera me ofreció una disculpa. Hace como 2 años había un condon (sin abrir) pero me hace dudar de la limpieza del cuarto. En el restaurante igual la mesera que nos atendió fue de mala gana, le pedía algo y ni me contestaba. Para caminar en la playa uno tiene que correr (literalmente) a los alrededores porque la marea ahí es muy alta. No me dieron ganas de volver.

My stay was great. Only one area that could be better was that when we were at the pool we had to go and find someone to order drinks and food. I know first world problems but we really just wanted to tip your waiters and talk to them. The rooms were spotless and the grounds were well kept.

Las instalaciones necesitan remodelacion, de la limpieza las esquinas y muebles cajoneros estaban sucios no los limpiaron el refrigerador y el mueble estaba ya muy antiguo.. y el telefono no se escuchaba tenia mucha interferencia e igual tambien ya muy antiguo, resto bien..

El cuarto tiene buen tamaño, con balcón, presión del agua correcta y con su refri. El problema que le vi fue la piscina que está la mitad en reparación dejándote una sección pequeña para la cantidad de huéspedes que manejan. Creo que el hotel debe indicar eso como lo hacen muchos ya uno decide si te quedas o no.

The staff was very helpful and kind, professional. The room was clean and had a beautiful view to the sea. The internet signal was a bit unstable and the remote control for the smart tv did not work. Other than that, my stay was pretty enjoyable. I would return to this place.

Our first night, room was on 1st floor our view:the parking lot. Very noisy, beds, pillows not comfy. TV was tiny. Only one hand towel for 2 guests. No sheet under the comforter. It was the comforter and then sheet on top. Second night: We upgraded room to a 4th floor and ocean view. The room was remodeled. Very nice! furniture and bed and pillows very comfy. No fridge though.

Staff are not prepared for English speaking guests. It seemed the staff went out of their way to make us feel unwelcome There was loud construction/drilling in the room next to ours. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper because staff did not provide them when the room was cleaned each day. Sometimes the room was not cleaned until evening.

La actitud de seguridad difiere mucho de la actitud del resto del staff. Entiendo que su trabajo no sea andar sonriendo y conviviendo con los huéspedes, pero tampoco estamos en una zona de peligro ni nada parecido. Muy sangrones. Y tener inhabilitado para huéspedes el estacionamiento contiguo, también molesta. Mucho tiempo para encontrar libre al bell boy y que vaya y venga con el carro.

excelentes instalaciones, su personal bien amable y servicial. el personal de servicio bien amables y sobre todo su calidez humana, bien preocupados de que estuvieramos bien y nos desearon buen viaje y nos bendijo nuestro camino. que bonito bien sinceras sus palabras, no recuerdo el nombre de la chica pero los felicito por su personal. y el panama ni se diga. felicidades

Overall hotel staff, both front desk and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in a little early. Had a housekeeping issues that was resolved promptly. Restaurant staff, not so much. Also, most resorts/hotels have entertainment within the hotel but this resort didn’t.

Pase una estancia muy agradable, instalaciones cómodas, en temporada alta tienen bastante demanda que al hacer el check in y para poder pasar a estacionar el vehículo (ya que tienen que revisar tu auto y llenar una tarjeta) fue un tanto lento, tarde aprox 2 horas para poder instalarme en la habitación

Pase una estancia muy agradable, instalaciones cómodas, en temporada alta tienen bastante demanda que al hacer el check in y para poder pasar a estacionar el vehículo (ya que tienen que revisar tu auto y llenar una tarjeta) fue un tanto lento, tarde aprox 2 horas para poder instalarme en la habitación

The staff was not willing to give me an explanation as to why my dad could not come up to my room to just visit. My dad resides in Mazatlan and he wanted to come upstairs to get some stuff I had brought for him . I had to pay an additional 400 pesos a night if I wanted him to go past the lobby. I asked to point out the policy in the paperwork I signed as well to point out where was that information in Expedia. They had zero explanation and they left me to wait for the general manager which also could not give me a clear explanation. She stated “ it’s policy” I said I will honor it if she can point out to where it states that. The room was hot, the vents are dirty and old. The shower rail was broken. The windows were missing blinds, the walls were dirty. The cleaning crew were the only nice ones the whole time we were there. They also did. It allowed for you to go to the pool with any bags, coolers, snacks, or speakers. They will turn you back around. I have pictures that I can submit as well as to how the condition in the room was for me. Expedia needs to be aware of what type of customer service is being given to their customers as well the reality of the state of the rooms . For the price I paid , I minus well would of stated at the Hilton with better quality of hospitality and care. I’ve had stayed at the palms at least 5 times prior and by far this has been the worse welcoming.

The windows were missing blinds, the walls were dirty. The cleaning crew were the only nice ones the whole time we were there. They also did. It allowed for you to go to the pool with any bags, coolers, snacks, or speakers. They will turn you back around. I have pictures that I can submit as well as to how the condition in the room was for me. Expedia needs to be aware of what type of customer service is being given to their customers as well the reality of the state of the rooms . For the price I paid , I minus well would of stated at the Hilton with better quality of hospitality and care. I’ve had stayed at the palms at least 5 times prior and by far this has been the worse welcoming.

El hotel es bonito, mi habitación era muy anticuada y las lámparas tenían fallas, además era muy oscura, la habitación de mis suegros era más moderna y más bonita, mejor iluminada. El restaurante Panamá muy bueno y toda la comida súper rica y porciones abundantes, el único problema es que cierra a las 5 y después de esa hora el menú en el hotel es muy reducido, prácticamente a las 8:30 ya no tienes nada que comer porque acaba el servicio a la habitación y en la alberca, de igual forma a los alrededores no hay opciones y tienes que caminar mucho para conseguir comida. Otra opción es pedir por uber Eats pero no te dejan consumir nada ajeno al hotel en áreas comunes lo que me parece absurdo ya que no puedo comprar ahí tampoco porque ya no dan servicio!!! Me gustó que tiene 2 albercas pero es horrible que no tengan espacio de playa porque pega muy fuerte el oleaje.

Overall hotel staff, both front desk and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in a little early. Had a housekeeping issues that was resolved promptly. Restaurant staff, not so much. Also, most resorts/hotels have entertainment within the hotel but this resort didn’t.

I think property needed up keep. The rooms though they had the necessities, need a lot of updating. The beds were comfy so rest was no problem, but having to take the water out of the machine that was controlling the humidity was a headache. I am assuming that is a summer problem. Also the day pass thing for the pools needs to go. Guest can’t enjoy because of so much day goers
