la habitacion todo muy bien, los elevadores, el staff tambien, el buffette de desayuno muy rico solo falta un poco de variedad, todo muy bien en general solo hubo un pequeño gran detalle, la alberca demasiado fria, cuando se supone es alberca climatizada segun dice en linea y eso hizo menos disfrutable la estancia, ya que no pudimos usarla casi, solo ese detalle

Las instalaciones son buenas , el hotel se ve nuevo y está limpio , las camas son cómodas , la atención del personal deja mucho que desear no son atentos , en el área de la piscina te están molestando si estás comiendo botanas en el área de camastros , todo porque no las venden ellos , aún cuando les estuvimos consumiendo bebidas y alimentos , estaban molestando , el acceso a la playa está terrible, es muy complicado bajar , son piedras muy altas no tiene un acceso fácil como otros hoteles , una persona mayor o con dificultades de movilidad no podrá acceder a la playa , no fue una mala experiencia por completo pero no volvería.

Definitivamente volveré. Es un resort bellísimo. Una vista espectacular, instalaciones super limpias y muy bonitas. Las albercas son grandes, tienen dos y una para niños muy divertida. Camastros para estar cerca de tus niños, cerca de la alberca o para ver las postales tan bellas de la costa. Ahí mismo te atienden para solicitar bebidas o algún snack, aunque también hay mesas "convencionales" por si solo quieres estar sentado alrededor. La comida la verdad no destaca pero no es mala. Lo único que no me encantó es que los baños de la alberca estuvieron muy sucios la única vez que pasé. En cuanto a la cafetería, muy rico todo, aunque su pastel no estaba rico. La habitación es preciosa, si pudiera sugerir algo, sería que colocasen frigobares, pues hace mucho calor y las bebidas se calientan en pocos minutos. En cuanto a la comida del restaurante, no la probé, ya que me pareció un poco limitado el menú como para irte a disfrutar Mazatlán, así que no tengo opinión de el. En resumen, es un hotel bellísimo. Lo recomiendo mucho.

We stayed at Viaggio for 9 nights, in a Deluxe Double Room with Ocean View.The view was amazing! The resort is very lively with music playing all day-long and lots of families.The pools were busy and all the chairs were reserved, way before the pools opened. Impossible to find a chair.The hotel was very clean and smelled good I saw the janitors cleaning the floors regularly during our stay. The housekeeping lady was excellent. We didn't choose the all-inclusive option and don't regret it as there are many good restaurants at a walking distance of the hotel. Carlos, the concierge, booked a private Tequila Tour for us. It was one of our best days visiting El Quelite and La Noria. Viaggio is very well located and we felt very safe in that area at all times.

The room needs more attention. It was very dusty and counters felt sticky. The sink around the inside corners had mold all around. One of the staff members stood out the most. She was so polite, courteous and very friendly. It was also nice that they exchange american dollars to pesos. They also great you at the door and make you feel welcomed. Would recommend

The rooms don't have qla refrigerator, also the beers and water were not cold at the bars. Definitely a refrigerator in the rooms would make a big difference to keep drinks cold during this time of year. 90 degree temperature and 70%+ humidity

The only negative thing I would say is for the pool areas not enough chairs, we never found a chair anytime of the day or night. Loved the shower but the drain was terrible was a pool in the shower. Over all this is a great place to stay. Thank you

Después de la primera noche tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiaran de habitación porque abajo estaba la música del restaurante. Tuvimos problemas con el depósito de agua de la acusado en la segunda habitación y no se resolvió del todo pero supimos cómo hacerlo cada vez que requeriríamos el agua del escusado.

Nice property, good rooms. Probably more for Mexican/Spanish-speaking families. Very loud, and the staff’s English was not all that great. We got by. I didn’t understand why they kept asking for our room number if we couldn’t charge anything to the room.m? I put a credit down but kept having to pay at the point of sale. The wristband you have to wear is pretty annoying.

The clean service was okay. They didn’t leave any extra towels and when we asked for some, the cleaning staff took them back with them. When checking out they wanted to charge extra money for services that we didn’t ask for. Took me almost half of hour to fixed the issue, and I didn’t even receive an apology. The only good thing about my stay was our server Carlos Hernandez, he was amazing.

Están de constante mal humor. Fuimos con el Plan todo incluido, pero cada trago o platillo que pide uno lo tratan como si estuviera mendigando. La cerveza la sirven caliente, el buffet de mariscos consistía en puras cabezas de camarón. Y en cuanto al aspecto ecológico, su uso de plástico de un solo uso es terrible. Recomendaría pagar un poco más e irse a otro hotel.

This property and the staff unfortunately left the worst experience of a vacation. Being a hotel that should hold standards, they failed to recognize this gravity of this situation. My 90 year-old grandmother sat in a chair inside her room and the plastic broke and she weighs less than 100 pounds. No one apologized for this matter. No one. How did this happen? Who let this happen? It appears the hotel was more concerned about their cheap plastic chairs then a 90-year-old guest. Carlos, the concierge is perhaps the only light in this place. Thank you Carlos for everything. Staff provided some level of care to my grandmother. That was helpful, but again no one apologized for this matter. What a great birthday gift Viaggio to a 90-year-old. Thanks! And they promised her a cake but the extreme lack of communication is extensive. They failed on this issue as well.

The Viaggio Resort in Mazatlan is an amazing place with great food, customer service and it's steps away from the beach. The rooms are modern looking and large, with a spacious shower, comfortable beds, and a spacious shower with good water pressure. My child spent most of the day in the pools, and they have activities for kids throughout the day. The all-inclusive package is exactly that, with great food options. The location is conveniently located near a Starbucks, and several restaurants right outside. You can take a walk to sight see, or hop in an Uber from your app to go to the aquarium. I would definitely stay here again. The only downfall is Mazatlan is windy, so bring a jacket cause it gets cool.

The rooms are modern looking and large, with a spacious shower, comfortable beds, and a spacious shower with good water pressure. My child spent most of the day in the pools, and they have activities for kids throughout the day. The all-inclusive package is exactly that, with great food options. The location is conveniently located near a Starbucks, and several restaurants right outside. You can take a walk to sight see, or hop in an Uber from your app to go to the aquarium. I would definitely stay here again. The only downfall is Mazatlan is windy, so bring a jacket cause it gets cool.

The location is spectacular with instant access to the beach, pool, kiddie pool, bar and food. It was also instant access to outside eateries and shops. Ubers are readily available for average price or $2-4 American dollars. The hotel is gorgeous!

We stayed at Viaggio for 9 nights, in a Deluxe Double Room with Ocean View.The view was amazing! The resort is very lively with music playing all day-long and lots of families.The pools were busy and all the chairs were reserved, way before the pools opened. Impossible to find a chair.The hotel was very clean and smelled good I saw the janitors cleaning the floors regularly during our stay. The housekeeping lady was excellent. We didn't choose the all-inclusive option and don't regret it as there are many good restaurants at a walking distance of the hotel. Carlos, the concierge, booked a private Tequila Tour for us. It was one of our best days visiting El Quelite and La Noria. Viaggio is very well located and we felt very safe in that area at all times.

NO RECOMIENDO EL SERVICIO TODO INCLUIDO, trabajan de una manera absurda, tienes que hacer fila para que te den un ticket con lo que ordenas (fila 5 minutos), posteriormente otra fila para que te den las bebidas o comida de las cuales solo puedes seleccionar 2, no puedes personalizar tus bebidas ( tienen que ser de las que vienen en la carta) , tampoco te sirven en tus vasos o termos , te dan las bebidas calculadas en sus vasos y tienes que auto servirtelas, si quieres un poco más de algo no te lo dan , tienes que volver a hacer fila pra otro ticket , es algo ilógico que solo eh visto en este hotel . El lugar está muy moderno y en general hay muy malos comentarios del lugar sobre el servicio y la comida. A mi pareja y ami nos atendieron muy bien y muy amables, lo único que no me gustó es del área de bufet había moscas en la comida y es muy repetitivo el menú.

The property was very clean, and the cost was very reasonable. The food was tasty, but the quality reflected the moderate price. We would still go again, but I would not buy the all-inclusive package because there were plenty of other options around that I would have liked to try. However, if you are going to be drinking a lot, then it's worth the price.

Definitivamente volveré. Es un resort bellísimo. Una vista espectacular, instalaciones super limpias y muy bonitas. Las albercas son grandes, tienen dos y una para niños muy divertida. Camastros para estar cerca de tus niños, cerca de la alberca o para ver las postales tan bellas de la costa. Ahí mismo te atienden para solicitar bebidas o algún snack, aunque también hay mesas "convencionales" por si solo quieres estar sentado alrededor. La comida la verdad no destaca pero no es mala. Lo único que no me encantó es que los baños de la alberca estuvieron muy sucios la única vez que pasé. En cuanto a la cafetería, muy rico todo, aunque su pastel no estaba rico. La habitación es preciosa, si pudiera sugerir algo, sería que colocasen frigobares, pues hace mucho calor y las bebidas se calientan en pocos minutos. En cuanto a la comida del restaurante, no la probé, ya que me pareció un poco limitado el menú como para irte a disfrutar Mazatlán, así que no tengo opinión de el. En resumen, es un hotel bellísimo. Lo recomiendo mucho.

La propiedad es moderna aunque le falta mantenimiento en cosas básicas como que realmente funcionen los contenedores de shampo, body, head soap. El bufet es carente de personalidad costeña, mal sabor, sin variedad, mucho carbohidrato o comida barata básica, los postres secos y los de vasito muy dulces. El servicio en la alberca en cuanto a meseros es regular, les falta caché ! La pizza de la barra de la alberca es la peor que hemos comido. Las micheladas súper ricas. No recogen los platos en el servicio a la habitación. No tienen contenedor para hielo, lo suben en bolsas siendo hielo comestible, en pleno Mazatlan 2025 Hubo inundación en el sanitario y mantenimiento acudió y resolvió se inmediato ( les ponemos un 10 a ellos)

No recomiendo este hotel, pagamos todo incluido y tienen muchas restricciones que no anuncian cuando se renta la Habitación, la mayoría de los meseros con muy mala actitud, la comida del Buffett y snack bar está muy pobre la verdad no está rica y no tiene variedad, las bebidas con alcohol de baja calidad!! En general no volvería nunca! La cerveza de bote la cobran aparte es pura mentira que está todo incluido

Clean rooms, food was ordered through room service and it was good but pricey. Pool was niceand smaller than usual but more family friendly. Loved the entrance to the beach by the pools. Coffee bar was good and also the bar by the pool but that bar took a while to being out the drinks. Nice view. Overall 8/10 because there was no fridge in the rooms.

Staff was great. Hotel is new and has potential. But, they do allow buses of tourist from south of Mexico to stay there. We were there 6 nights and almost 5 of those nights the pool was not accessible due to the amount of people. Hotels should really notify when they accept tour buses.
