We made a reservation for three people. There were two single beds, but for the third person, we were asked to take fresh bed sheets from a drawer and make the bed ourselves. The soundproofing between floors is poor. We could clearly hear the guests upstairs running and jumping. The curtains do not close completely, and the blackout effect is only about 70%. The most uncomfortable part was that after taking a shower and stepping out of the bathroom, there was no place to put clean towels or clean clothes. We truly cannot understand this kind of design!

Amazing experience! Great location by the station, safe and quieter neighbourhood, good amenities and restaurants nearby. I enjoyed my stay here.

nice hotel, location is not far from mtr gotanda station, 2 or 3 stop to shibuya station.The room is clean, and the shower and toilet is separated , we like it

Staff r couteous. Location is great with a food court n Tully coffee attached to the Hotel. Got a Mount Fuji view in my room. Laundry machine is a great help (No detergent needed.) Just a short walk to station where JR Yamanote line n Asakusa line r there.
