Check in was quick and the woman helping me was super proactive and helpful. Clean room. I could hear someone else’s TV but they didn’t have it on for long. Gym opened too late for me in the morning so that didn’t work out.

we were disappointed there was no pool ...the internet search said there was ... this should be corrected.

Parking was easy, room was great. The staff was amazing, especially Marianne from Guest Services who helped me fix a mistake on my part for our stay and smoothed out a potentially stressful situation. She ensured that our check-in went smoothly and was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay at Collingwood. We want to give our grateful thanks to her, and to Comfort Inn. We would 100% stay here again.

Easy parking and great breakfast

Fitness room was adequate

Toilet seat in our room was barely attached and I had to tighten it myself. Some Lights in room were not working. No tv menu. Elevator very small and out of the way. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Clean room, great breakfast. Pool has not been operational fot a long time, years.

We stayed one night at the Comfort Inn & Suites. The staff is very friendly, everything is clean, the beds are super comfortable. 24h Coffee and Tea available. Parking in front of the hotel. You can walk down to the lake or the harbour. Blue Mountains is very close (by car). The whole area is amazing and beautiful. For breakfast they offered more than at the other hotels we stayed: Coffee, Tea, Juice, Toast, Bagel, Scones, Muffins, Pancakes, Cereals, Yogurt, Eggs, Potatoes, Sausages, Fruits - so we had everything we needed :) I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Our stay was great. This property is at a perfect location if you are visiting blue mountains. The only thing i would suggest is to kindly modernize your elevator. It’s so outdated and doesn’t feel safe.

First of all we missed the sign Comfort Inn because it was blocked by lots of trees in the front of the hotel. Then when I told the staff about the sign which I had missed when checking in, she said nobody complained that in the past, which makes me feel I was blind or something. Basically she didn’t apologize or say anything nice but I felt that she blamed on us. Secondly, when I walked in the room, there was this really horrible odor smells that made me sick to my stomach, which I had never experienced in my life. We tried to spray with febreeze or even this expensive perfume in the room, but it didn’t work at all. As we stay in the room for a period of time, our sense got used to it and we knew we would be stuck in that room for a few days for our stay. However, if we leave the room and come back even for a few minutes the bad odor comes right back. The room was way too small for a two queen beds with no space to put anything and anywhere. The bathroom sink was so small that I couldn’t even put my cosmetic bag on the side. The lighting was so dim which makes the room looked dark all the times especially at night because I had to close the curtains. Overall, we were not happy at all during our stay. In my opinion, I think the entire hotel needs to be renovated based on our experience because it was so old and filthy especially the soaked carpets inside the room. So if you want your guests to come back in the near future, remodeling the whole entire hotel is crucial.

Dirty bathroom a lot of mold dirty carpet dust around furniture.Bad smell on hallways.I don’t recommend this hotel.

I believe the carpet need a wash.......the first room we stayed in had a wet dog smell. The carpet was molded and smelt awful. We had to request a room change, has ny allergy began to act up.......the breakfast was great. Be believe some renovation is needed immediately. One night was all we were welling to stay.

Condition of room was below standard, dirty doors, moldy showers, stained carpet in room, paper thin sheets, poor quality pillows. Decent breakfast. Understaffed

The room was spotless …the bed was really comfortable…the continental breakfast was the best with eggs yummy bacon and hash browns !!!! Location was perfect and the front desk was really nice and helpful !!!!

Tub was not cleaned. Black mold. Room was musty.

We stayed in this hotel many times in previous years and it was good. But this year we were disappointed. Cons: Dirty old curtains, damaged old furniture, unvacuumed carpet, mold in the shower, loud fan in bathroom, breakfast was limited, old omelet (for sure not cooked on the same day). Proc: comfortable bed, clean bedding and towels and friendly staff (especially big thanks to the front desk lady Marian?, she was incredibly helpful and considerate). Unfortunately, if the improvements would not happened, next year we will stay in a different hotel.

Room was clean. Parking safe. Ate breakfast at Pure and Simple across the street..wanted more breakfast options. Shower tub caulking has mold. Windows had mold. Room could use some baseboard touch ups. Beds comfy. Not enough room for the side chair...it's placement left a tight space to get to the washroom.

Carpet condition of hallway and room was terrible, it was smelling like it was never cleaned since installation. Eds were very good comfortable and clean, staff was courteous and lot of good dining options,bathroom condition was also not very clean and shower was visibly dirty ,surprisingly there were no shower gel in the shower and only two pieces of soap(small) were there, they dont clean the room for stay less than 3 days which was a surprise and was not mentioned anywhere when booking

Room was average . Situated near exit door and we had continuous banging occurring when closing. Do not get rooms on first floor near this area

The room is spacious. However the included breakfast isn't good.

The freshness of the bread items on the breakfast buffet could have been better and the coffee quality could be better. Other than that, it was a decent breakfast. The room was clean but dated and the shower head needed cleaning/replacing. I had to fish around the back of the head board on the bad to plug in the reading lamp and floor lamp. No idea why they were unplugged? I also had to figure out how to turn on the heater/AC-unit which was turned off by a switch located on the plug. I don't feel like I should be dealing with little maintenance issues in the room when I'm supposed to be the hotel guest.

Hotel really needs some update. Its worth the money paid for. Excellent staff and breakfast option. Close to tourist spots.

Loved our stay at this property. The place was clean and room was spacious, it was well equipped with all the essentials. Appliances were working perfectly. The staff were super welcoming and helpful. Check-in and checkout were really quick and easy. Would definitely consider again in the future.

High traffic area was noisy

The staff was very accommodating. Our A/C was not working in our room but the staff worked on it until it did work. The hotel itself needs some work. Paint is chipped on doors, carpets are in need of cleaning or better yet should be replaced, and hotel is very outdated. However on the positive side, the staff was great, the breakfast was very good. Lots of variety and items were warm. We would stay here again. The location is great!

Staff was exceptional (Maryann) at the front concierge. She was able to upgrade us to a King bed and suite as our rooms were not ready at the given time of 3pm with us being there around 4pm. She was kind, courteous and wonderful. Continental breakfast was amazing as well.

Check in staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was really clean and hotel was quiet. Had a great rest. Check out was easy. Would recommend this hotel in a minute.

Th room and hotel was very clean. Incredible customer service provided from the front desk upon arrival for check in. Julia and Marianne were amazing super accommodating. Beth friendly, professional incredible customer service. They accommodated all of my parents needs for the room type and view. Thank you. Will definitely come back again.

Amazing front desk lady/manager. Made the stay memorable and she was refreshingly polite, knowledgeable and welcoming. Clean, almost nicer than photos, great breakfast and close to absolutely everything.

This hotel is 10 minutes away from the Blue Mountain Ski Resort. The front desk service is good, there is free breakfast and Wi-Fi. The room is comfortable and clean, but a little old. Everything else is good.

It was a nice but an old property, stay was cozy and comfy. One of the best aspects of the hotel is that everything such as Dollar Tree, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance.

A spacious king size room with mini fridge and coffee available 24hrs a day. A walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, beer store and a very short distance to the slopes of Blue Mountain. I never stay overnight in Collingwood living in Mississauga but this time with a ski training early in the morning I decided to depart the day before. I am fully satisfied with the choice of this hotel.

Great location - 10 minute drive from the blue mountain village. Lots of things around hotel. Hotel very clean. Room was clean and bed was comfortable! Front desk staff was very nice!

Great location

Friendly staff. Perfect location to head skiing or have dinner in town. Walkable distance to northwinds and thesmoke. Breakfast was included and pretty good. Great value.

Conveniently located a short drive from downtown Collingwood, the hotel area has many options for eating, shopping, or just going for a stroll. Breakfast was decent, you had to go early or choices would run out. Complimentary water, coffee, and tea available in the lobby was much appreciated. A place to consider next time around.

Convenient location, walkable to restaurants and movie theatre next door

The breakfast was a disaster. 👎

The property is decent overall. The breakfast options were way too limited and the quantity was very less. Upon asking on when the food will be refilled, the response from the staff was the kitchen is closing in 5 mins so we won’t be refilling the food, which I believe was a bit weird.

I had the best “hotel” breakfast ever. The eggs and bacon were cooked to perfection. The roasted potatoes were delicious. All very tasty and the credit goes to Michelle.

Breakfast room is too small and for the 2 days I stayed in, it ran out of food for 20-30 minutes. Other than that, the place is a good cost-benefit and the location is very convenient with many stores and restaurants arounda, and 10 minutes by drive to Blue Mountain.

The breakfast was not supervised very well. With children touching everything. One look and we left. Big turn off. Did we not learn anything from COVID about germs!?
