Bel hôtel, bien entretenu, grandes chambres, salle de bain moderne et très propres. Les deux piscines sont bien entretenues ainsi que les abords. Calme. Situé un peu à l’extérieur de Collingwood mais tout est à 5-10 minutes.

We enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay at this hotel. The recently renovated rooms are perfect and are equipped with numerous charging ports as well as a fridge and microwave. We took full advantage of both the indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor pool was nice and warm on a chilly morning. We didn’t have time to use the tennis court, which is showing its age, but was definitely playable. The onsite bikes are more suited to children than adults, so if you do want to cycle on the Georgian trail, I would recommend bringing your own bikes or renting some. I would highly recommend this hotel as a base for exploring the area.

Excellent staff. Restaurant on site is lovely. No elevator which wasn't nice. Hallways are dated, but rooms are nice. I don't like having to go to the front lobby to obtain a pool towel. That's ick.

Friendly and helpful staff; large renovated rooms; close to various attractions e.g walking trails, Blue Mountain Village, shopping, golf, etc. We took advantage of the indoor and outdoor pools as well as the shuffleboard and horseshoe games available. Plenty of parking available and we had meal options with the restaurant onsite when needed.

Pool was too crowded. Not enough chairs.. noticed people from the townhomes behind the hotel were coming in the back to use the pool. About 15 people using the chairs/ loungers were not staying at the hotel. Little disappointing as the main reason for booking this hotel was to lounge by the pool.

Had an amazing time at the Georgian. We wanted to take advantage of the recent warm fall weather and spend a few days in Collingwood. It was our first time trying this hotel out. The heated outdoor pool was still open and a wonderfully warm temperature. We spent hours there. There is also an indoor pool but we didn't try it out, but it was also very warm temperature. We visited the Scenic Caves that were just a short drive away, and it was great to wind down and relax in the pool after a few hours hiking there. The staff were excellent, and we would especially like to recognize Clovis who checked us in and was so very friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay. It really made a big difference, and made us feel so welcome and so happy to see someone go far and beyond compared to other places we have stayed at. Will definitely be back. Thanks again for a great getaway!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! And as housekeepers ourselves, of different hotel environments, who've seen it all... this hotel is very, very clean. We we're so impressed. They obviously have a really good team at this hotel, you can tell. The beds are comfy, the sheets are so nice and just pristine white, right down to the matresses. Only problem I personally had was the pillows were veryyy soft and puffy. Didn't hold my head nicely, so I had to just sleep without in order not to strain my neck. I am a one, slim pillow, person so I could be biased but my friends felt the same. I was only there for one night so maybe they have other pillow options if you were to ask, but I didn't bother of course. The pool area is smaller than some hotels (not very deep, I'm 5'6), but it's just right for a little refreshing dip and it's a very nice/relaxing room to be in. It is very echoy though, even just talking normal volumes to friends/family. All in all we LOVED this hotel. The service in Collingwood/Blue Mountain in general is just so good. After working close to Toronto you can see the difference in teamwork and customer service here. Everyone is so wonderful! We were all discussing on returning to this hotel again, as well as with others. Thank you so much <3

Room on the web looks so better and the one we got is really old dusty dirty the bathtub and sink had pubic hairs old dated furniture and the fan was never been cleaned had to wipe and dust the whole fan before even use.

Over 4 days had to kill around 12 cockroaches in bathroom. Then woke up one night and found giant moth crawling on wall, thought it was a bat!! Almost got sucked into a $140 dinner at their restaurant and the internet was useless, had to reconnect over and over again and was using 2 phones. Vacation ruined, thanks!

I discovered hair on the bedsheet despite the bed being made, indicating that the sheets were not changed before new guests checked in; they had simply remade the bed. Fortunately, the room had two queen-sized beds, so I was able to use the other one. However, due to the lack of cleanliness, I will not be returning. Cleanliness is very important to me.

We’ve stayed here before. Always lovely staff at the front desk. Easy check in and out. Tara at the restaurant is lovely. Room condition- not great. The king suite, although outdated, was very spacious, well laid out and comfortable. Had everything a kitchen needed and the king bed was comfortable. Brhroom was outdated, but functional and roomy. Jacuzzi tub worked wonderfully. All in all would definitely stay there again. Happy hour from 3 ro 6 daily in their restaurant provided a great choice of food and drink.

The room itself was nice, but it had no balcony, and all the windows were frosted because other rooms had views into the winsows. It was was disappointing to spend that amount if money and you cannot even look out your windows.

Easy parking, fast check in/out, quiet. Rooms are not very well noise-proof, you can hear people walking and talking on the corridor, even from next door (although not quite audible). Apart from these, in general it’s a good place to stay at, especially when the price is down at this not-in-season time. Thank you!

The room was good, it felt very spacious and good amenities. The bathroom was a little dated and the toilet was loose. Everytime you sat down the toilet moved. I think that is a minor easy fix. The room was very quiet and you could not hear neighbour upstairs or beside. We also loved the balcony. I would absolutely stay again.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff at the front desk were always helpful, polite and always had a smile. The restaurant Gustav's was good. The server unfortunately was not - he really seemed like he could care less about his job. Very unfortunate considering the price point of the menu.

Some aspects, such as dusting of room was less than expected and toilet tissue was not even mid range good- more of a very rough texture. Check-in time was posted for 4 pm but desk customer service staff was somewhat condescending in her delivery of the hotel’s view of any earlier time to check-in. Sounded more like she was drawing a line in the sand wrt we were not going to be allowed any flexibility on this guideline.

The customer service was really bad. They charge us three times for the security deposit because they don’t know what they are doing and the pool is so many kids outside we were waiting until 9 pm to jump in the pool after all the kids gone and they close at 10.

The room was OK. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was good. I was about giving 4 stars until I noticed that they charge me a small fee of $8:48 and once I called to ask about it. They said it is for property use and parking !!! The hotel advertises that the parking is free and how could you rent a room to a guest and not have the guest to walk around the property !!!? What the hell is use of the property !? Is it a joke. More interesting I later found out the hotel.com charged me for that and the hotel says because they hotel.com does not change then we do charge the guest for that amount. So I got double charge for something that does not make sense at all. I spent $300 for the hotel for one night and in total in my one night trip I spent $800. I did not mind. But this $8.48 I do mind. Because this is wrong. See a smart management never upset a customer for such a . . .

Very nice property and extremely helpful staff. I was there with a broken leg and staff were very accommodating. Everyone was very friendly and the room was very nice. We had a lovely breakfast in the morning In the Gustav restaurant. Would recommend this property.

This hotel is located in a prime location. It's not too far from blue mountain, dining restaurants and tourist attractions. Parking is free. The rooms are ok, a little small but they are very clean.

We stayed as a place to have convenient for an event, the hotel was standard and decent. Definitely need to consider getting food offsite, restaurant for our friend wasn't even open an hour + after it was meant to be for breakfast. Affordable, easy breezy, lots of families if you're looking for a place to stay with your kids.

Our room was across ice maker, noice from ice maker went on all night. Unable to fall asleep at all. Since we were a group of 14 people we Made reservations for breakfast day before the morning we we’re having a breakfast and waited for 1.5 hours to get breakfast but only 10 out of 14 got breakfast. My poor husband who was celebrating his birthday never got his breakfast…I guess staff shortage is the hotel biggest issue. If we new hotel had issues with staff we would definitely go somewhere else where we can all be served in timely manner.

Pictures make this place look better than it is. Indoor pool is small and dingy. Outdoor pool is small and crowded. Spa has space in the hotel but it was not open at all while we were there. Suite layout was weird. Nothing to do or eat within walking distance of the hotel. Unhelpful front desk charged us $30 to check in an hour early. Not terrible but not worth paying more than staying at a cheaper chain hotel in town.

Recent stay at Georgian Bay Hotel was very pleasant. Our room had been recently refurbished. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were quite large. We dined at the in-house restaurant (Gustavo’s) for both dinner and breakfast. Both meals were quite good. Service was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel
