The Bed was really nice. The room was nice and clean. We just didn’t like the amenities we tried to go in the pool and we couldn’t get in. They wanted to go to the front desk felt strange there was not more to do but we’re at blue Mountain resort today and it’s amazing.

My stay was pretty good, there just needs to be some improvements made in some of the rooms. However, the overall stay was good

Honestly for the price we paid to stay the night, we were underwhelmed. We did kind of have a water view which was nice, but the room itself looked like it could use some tlc. Our toilet was clogged and my husband had to call front desk TWICE in order for someone to come unclog. Check in seemed like it took an eternity. After we finally checked in, we had to leave the building and give around back outside to access our room .

i was told this is not a hotel, but shared accomodations, they don't clean the room, it's additional charges, AC didn't work properly, wifi didn't work, i was told they have let the IT know, no wifi for the time I was at this location, Hotel is out dated too, i tried calling the front desk from the room, AI answer it and said it was transfer to front desk, no one answered, i had about about 3 pr 4 times, and decided to go to the front desk my self, for the money i paid it's not worth it, I should have book with Holiday Inn, very bad experience,
