Lobby was very small with a faint funny smell. The hallway was well lit. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Decor is from the 1980's. Very outdated. The sofa was stained. Bare minimum of services provided. Water cooler at the lobby. Coffee/tea in the morning only. Room facing a busy street on the ground level has no privacy at all as the building is very close to the street. TV is okay with a number of channel. No coffee machine in the room. Fridge is fine. Didn't use the microwave. More like a motel than a hotel. The price is good compared to others in the area. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Its a bit outdated. Butwe were there for two nights. We werent thère much mostly for shopping. It was nice to have a fridge. Would of been nice to have a coffee maker in the room. They had a tim hortons 2 mins away. So we just there. Its just a few minutes to the Circle K was just a short 3 minutes walk. Expensive but most convience stores are.

Dirty rooms smelled of mildew and mold. Booked 2 night but left after 1 due to conditions. Felt unsafe and sketchy. Managers are hostile, staff confused. Do not stay here.

The term Luxury is an overstatement, but it was cheap and relatively clean with the exception of some long hairs found in the tub behind the curtain. My desk chair was broken, but they promptly replaced it. The lighting in the room is kinda dark. I walked a couple doors down to “The Smoke” (a bbq place) for dinner. It was decent.

It was really a nice experience to stay overnight. Room was neat and clean, cozy. Washroom was clean. Amenities were good like, iron, oven, room fridge. Overall it was worth with the price. I recommend for stay.

The location is good for the property, it can walk up to supermarket and restaurants, we walked to downtown Collingwood as well. The problem we found with our stay was that the washroom fan was very loud that it disturbed the other person in the room, and we had no way to turn it off as it was jointed with the light switch. So we sometimes had to use the washroom without turning the light (with the fan) on. Other things were ok with its value in price.

Despite the age of the property, it is well cared for starting on the outside with the beautiful gardens. Inside a recent reno is obvious with new furniture, linens and paint job. The upside of an older building is great big rooms so we could roll our bikes inside and windows that open for fresh air. All things being equal, I'd recommend the hotel. Get a room at the back; quieter.

This was a small hotel, only two storey. It was very clean, bathrooms were newly renovated. Location was great, so close to all major stores and ten minute drive to Blue Mountain Village. It was really quiet and we even got to watch a couple of good movies after a day of walking. Lots of restaurants around. our room was really big, with a couch and coffee table, desk and chair... No complaints.

The inn location is decent, with many restaurants and stores in close proximity. The inn is quite dated, with the rooms being a bit on the worn out side, but that being said our sleep was great, and the beds were comfy. If you’re looking for fancy and shiny, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for a good night’s sleep on a budget, welcome to the Luxury Inn!

We had quite the issue checking in; our reservation could not be found in their system and it took 15-20 min to resolve. Had to call Expedia where hotel was originally booked but it ended up being the hotels fault because they accidentally checked us in before we got there. This is questionable in itself but I understand errors are made by humans. Everything worked out in the end despite the rocky start. Hotel was average, rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Lots of hallway noise at 7:30 am of children running up and down the hall and loud guests. Not the hotels fault though. This hotel does the job of you needing a good nights rest.

Great value for Collingwood. It's an older building but it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. They did charge my credit card a few hours before I checked in. Not at check in like was stipulated in the terms.

There are good dining options within a walking distance. Check in was not so smooth. They did not have record of our reservation. I advise calling the hotel directly to make sure they have your reservation on file.
