Very comfy bed. Felt it was a bait and switch to say they have a "free" breakfast since they charged us extra for it. Pool access costs extra too. Wish I'd known that up front.

El hotel lo encontramos muy bien, buenas instalaciones, amplias habitaciones, todo recién remodelado, pero ha algunas cosas que no me agradaron, la primera es que como no había lugar de estacionamiento nos dieron lugares de discapacitados y creo que no está bien eso. Nos cobraron dos motos que estaban en uno solo lugar de estacionamiento. El ruido de las fiesta de abajo llegaba a la habitación, el agua caliente tarda en llegar y el desperdicio del agua es considerable, no hay señalamientos para llegar al hotel cuando sales del elevador y das vueltas por varias partes y por último en la recepción tenían a un personaje que estaba de mal humor.

I am a constant guest at biltmore. But this time was really bad, wrong charge at credit card, room was dirty (shower are was terrible), cockroaches at the bedding area. And no upgrades from my Expedia status.

Se requiere mejorar los protocolos de limpieza, ya que cerca de la cama había cabello de mujer y debajo de la cama pelusa, como si no pasaran limpieza por días. Room definitely needs an upgrade. Shower almost clogged - room carpet in really bad shape/ I had stayed there before and this is the first time I get a crappy room. Hopefully it’ll be cleaned and upgraded soon

Centrally located. Access to many restaurants, Church and even a green area to jog (if early in the morning). Rooms are upkept with modern amenities. Great for a short stay for either business or pleasure. Great comfortable bed. Except for the hot water, in the shower that failed the first day, I cannot find any flaws to this hotel. BTW, the water was back that evening... dont know why, so I did not complain to management. Would definetely use again in another trip.

There are some rooms that have new windows and they are noise canceling but I had one that was still not renovated, so you may want to ask for a renovated room. All and all it is a very clean and good hotel for a work traveler

This hotel is located in a very quite and safe area of the city named Zona 10, neighborhood supermarkets, malls, restaurants are steps away from the hotel, plenty of trees in the area as well as birds and nice flowers, colonial area of the city is 10 minutes drive from the hotel as well as the airport. I enjoyed walking around the area and also taking the rapid system bus named METRO which is not that far walking distant from the hotel. The area is not noisy. Breakfast at the hotel is good. Merialy the receptionist very professional. This hotel is very clean inside. ESTE HOTEL ESTA UBICADO EN ZONA 10 que es una de las mas tranquilas y lindas de la ciudad, hay mini mercados, malles, restaurantes a pasos del hotel y en la zona se respira aire puro muchos arboles y aves y a pasos del hotel se localiza una hermosa avenida llena de arboles la que me inspiro a caminarla temprano en las mañanas hasta la zona colonial de la ciudad ( zona 1 ) La zona no es ruidosa, a pocas cuadras del hotel hay una parada de buses metro-rapidos. Merialy la recepcionista muy profesional. Este hotel motiva a repetir una visita a la Ciudad de Guatemala

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. The hotel and room where cleaned and perfect for the occasion. Free and in-garage safe parking was very convenient. The staff was friendly. Location was great since it was near malls ans restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.
