We loved the warm pool and the hot tub above all, as well as the massive gym with lots of equipment, bikes, treadmills and more. Our room was clean for the most part and the beds were so comfortable, we slept like logs. Great location that was walkable to many restaurants and shops around town.

The pool and the gym are spectacular. Breakfast buffet was really good as well. The staff was really friendly. I would definitely go back and I would recommend it!

Great pool but rooms are very outdated! I think the carpets are the same from when I stayed here in 2007. Furniture also exactly the same from my visit 17 years ago. Staff very helpful and friendly. Gym is superb and modern. The Westin is a combination of past and present!

Service is great and rooms are beautful. The rooms on the 9th executive floor only have a single door between them so noise is easily heard through the door. Hot tub was very dirty the second day we were there but overall a very nice hotel.

Very glitzy lobby but the room smelled like damp, had rubbish in the bins and there was hair on the tiles in the bathroom. When I asked at reception the staff just shrugged and didn't even apologise. The walls are also very thin so you can hear couples arguing in the rooms nextdoor.Terribly overpriced for what it offers.

The hotel needs a good refurbished. There is only two elevators to the rooms the carpets in the hallways are dirty and smelly the rooms as well as all the furniture are from 1980s or older. The rooms are smelly too as they are dirty have been wet probably from trying to clean them which makes the smell worse and you feel the humor y in the rooms probably from the ac’s. Overall the hotel is in good location holds a great name as been a Westin but doesn’t live to the expectations of what we paid for. And bending a Westin Hotel now part of the Marriott family. It was quite disappointing.

The lobby was beautiful and the breakfast buffet was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets and linens were good quality. Overall, Our room was fine but not great. We were in the far corner of the second floor and our entire view out the window was the dirty rooftop of the entry to the building. Also our carpet was wet in our room. I think maybe the carpets had been washed that day???? The hotel seemed really empty and I’m not sure why we were put in a room with a terrible view and wet carpet. Surely there were other rooms available.

Was not happy that the AC was not working. They never turned the air on only the fan was turned on. It was very hot especially at night. They fixed it but I think it should be standard to have the AC on with check in.

The location is next to a casino and bars. Very noisy on The weekend. The staff at the front desk were not friendly and they took too long to give us the room. Parking is another issue. Being such a recognized hotel chain should have a better parking service. The ticket control system is poor and also the people at front are not doing a good job activating the paper cards they use for parking. We have to go back twice to get the ticket validated to be able to get out of the parking facility, still did not worked. The guy at the door ended up opening the gate so we can get out. Horrible! this happens all the time we were exiting the parking lot. Never go back tho this hotel!

We always stay at this hotel whenever we visit Guatemala and it always been excellent. In this visit the only thing that did not measure up was the house keeping. The room was not cleaned (all needed to be made was the bed) although we called to request the service.

This is the place to stay in Guatemala City. It is in Zone 10, safe and central to everything. 10 mins to airport and all major sites within 30 min Uber ride (less than $10).

El hotel es elegante y el lobby así lo demuestra. Sin embargo, si noté que las habitaciones se ven pasadas de moda. El mueble de baño requiere ser cambiado, la alfombra está manchada tanto en el cuarto como en el pasillo, y si uno se sienta en la piscina se ven bajantes y canoas en mal estado. Siendo un Westin Camino Real espero otro estado. El buffet de desayuno es amplio pero todos los días, incluso domingo ofrecen lo mismo. Trabajo con el sector de hospitalidad y me doy cuenta que falta una renovación y visión más moderna. Sin embargo la atención es muy buena, nos dieron una extensión para el check out y la ubicación en Zona 10 nos permitió caminar a varios lugares sin necesidad de taxis.

The staff at the front desk were not as corteous as expected. The room was nice; both bed and pillows were very comfortable. We stayed at the Excecutive Floor. They offer snacks and coffee, which was a very nice touch. We enjoyed the pastries and the coffee was delicious. Our rate included breakfast which was delicious and hearty.

This is clearly one of the best properties in the city. The only issues I had were that there is no bar open until late afternoon (drinks are available in the dining room), the casino won’t serve you a drink unless you’re at a gaming table and for some reason they did not authorize incidentals upon check-in-something I’ve never experienced as an adult? We ended up going off-property for post-flight food and beverage.
