The hot tub on the roof was the perfect temperature. It was a nice place to spend a bit of time in the late evening, with our friends who stayed at the same hotel. The views from the roof and the room were great, especially at night. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We called the desk with a maintenance issue and it was fixed immediately.

The property was very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Parking was available on-site, which was convenient—though it can be a bit limited during busy hours. The hotel is located in a very nice and safe area, within easy walking distance of excellent restaurants, cafés, and several shopping centers. It made exploring the neighborhood incredibly enjoyable. The only downside wasn’t the hotel’s fault: getting in and out of Guatemala City can be challenging due to heavy traffic, which made day trips to Antigua and Lake Atitlán more difficult than expected. Overall, I highly recommend Wyndham Garden Guatemala City for comfort, convenience, and great service. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient for an overnight near the airport. Shuttle pickup was nice but not available when we needed it at 4:00 am, so we discovered Uber is tons cheaper and easier to arrange when leaving. The 18th floor gym and jacuzzi had weird vibes, but other than that it was quite pleasant.

Good hotel in a good location, but the sheets in our room were used and had been made up to look like fresh. There were several good size blood stains on the mattress cover sheet. Disgusting. The hotel changed the sheets when we complained.

The staff is great. However, the property wasn’t in great conditions. Our bathroom floor was dirty, the toilet seat was loose, the shower had a terrible design where the floor got wet, the pipes smelled, the parking is tiny so they send you to another building, the carpet in the aisles smelled funny. Overall, I think this hotel is waayyy too expensive for what they offer. I wouldn’t go back.

When we got into our room it smelled musty. We were very tired from traveling so we went to sleep and when one of our party needed to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, we had to go down to the lobby area to use restroom. Sewerage system was not working and hotel smelled funny. We won't be staying there ever again.

Good place on the hotel strip. Close to many things. My only issue was a balcony was part of my room and it was not a balcony you can sit on. I was moved to a room with an actual balcony and no furniture was provided. Staff was nice and breakfast was available everyday for a good amount of time.

This was a nice property. Great, friendly courteous staff. The only draw back I had with the property is how noisy it was. Even being on the 8th floor we could hear every horn honk and every bike that passed by and every plane that took off, and the hotel is located in a high traffic area. So it was extremely noisey.

Room was clean we did get a balcony but it was completely closed off no view whatsoever. Also we stayed on the 3rd floor and you could hear the music coming from the night clubs down the street… a little FYI for light sleeper's, It did go on until about 4 am. The included breakfast did not disappoint.

We had the double queen suite with amazing views of the city, I love that the living room area were separate from the bedroom. The bedroom had it separate door. The daily breakfast was fresh and delicious, this hotel is nicely located and within walkable distance of shops and restaurants

This isn’t a luxury hotel, but the location is excellent, the rooms are clean, comfortable a d larger than most other properties and having a fridge, microwave, good shower and wifi make this hotel a good choice for short stays near the airport. Actour only important criticism is that its isn’t well noise isolated.

Reserve transporte del aeropuerto al hotel y no enviaron el transporte. Al imtentar llamar para saber el estatus del transporte, tarde mas de 30 minutos en lograr que me contestaran la llamada. El microondas de la habitacion se daño y lo reporté. No atendieron el reporte. Por otro lado, en lo que corresponde a la atencion del personal en general, todos muy amables y atentos.

The room itself was fine, but the overall experience of getting here was not. The hotel shuttle was not waiting for us as promised and we had to wait for almost an hour. We did not get the complementary breakfast the website promised. And they charged for an extra person when we had reserved a room with two beds. What a shame because this is the second time we stayed here. We are definitely going to think about twice before returning.

This hotel is in a convenient location near shopping and restaurants. It's also close to the airport and bus terminal, which were important considerations for this stay. Breakfast was included with our reservation. The selection was good, and the waitstaff was friendly. It's a decent breakfast if you want something quick so you can move on with your day. There may be rooms with a better view, but our view was of the brick wall of the building next door...nothing else. Check-in was my least favorite thing about this property. On this trip, I traveled in two countries and stayed in six different hotels. This was the only hotel that charged for early check-in and the only one that insisted on taking a deposit (cash or credit card). The process was over-the-top, and I won't stay here again because of it.

Room and staff were fine but the food (pizza) have me terrible food poisoning leading up to a long set of flights starting at 4am. I think they were in such a hurry to get the pizza quickly they did not fully cook the meal, which I could tell and quit eating but a few of the slices did me in for a miserable next 14 hours.

Breakfast was elegant, but mostly food common to Central America like fried bananas. Plenty of other choices, fruit, yogurt and pancakes. Eggs or omelette made to order and served to you at the table. The pastries weren’t very tasty. The shuttle to the airport was excellent and air conditioned. $10 USD which is reasonable. It went to the international terminal or the domestic, whichever you scheduled. The bed pillows were too large for me.
