The hotel is centrally located, many restaurants and stores nearby without needing to go through traffic. The family suite is great, as kids had their own bedroom with individual beds, and their own bathroom. Food in the hotel is good, many options available. I enjoy this property. The people are nice and my dogs feel at home. This time the pool was open and I enjoyed it very much. I just wish it was open later. This was the second time I stayed here and would go again.

Our family room was huge! It was very comfortable, perfect for after a long day of travel. Convenient location for the airport, but not much within walking distance. The restaurant breakfast is great. I recommend adding it to the reservation since there are not many restaurants nearby. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

We were upgraded to a suite that was essentially a nice one bedroom apartment. Staff were very helpful, nice pool, room was very clean with nice toiletries. We picked the location for proximity to the airport, but it is a quiet area with all residential buildings, so cannot walk anywhere.

This is in my top three in the world I have stayed at. The location isn’t their fault but I wish there were more local restaurants near by. Breakfast is amazing at the hotel. The beds comfortable. Service excellent exp at the bar and breakfast! The hot tub is amazing you can be in the pool and hot tub at once. This is a yearly must for me now! I LOVE this hotel! It’s like having a condo.

Enjoyed our stay. We had a 2 bedroom unit and was extremely spacious - with a kitchenette and full-sized washer and dryer! Staff was kind and we felt very safe while onsite. Food was delicious with menus in English. Ubers were easy to order. Would stay at this location again!

Overall the property is good. I was disappointed to have an issue with parking although it was included. They wanted to charge me for a lost ticket; however I felt it was silly considering parking was included. The attitude of the attendant regarding it was not kind. We also had housekeeping continuously intrude although we stated we were okay and didn’t require anything. When I say intrude I mean literally walk into our front door and into our bedroom. We never could receive the amount of towels needed. The pool should stay open longer. It closes at 6. Restaurant food is okay. I didn’t enjoy my meal so I ate my partners. Yet, it was an okay and convenient stay.

The property was nice. Room was large and everything worked well. What was disappointing was the friendliness of the reception staff. We booked two identical rooms, but the bed situation was different in both suites. Our family had to be split between two floors and only one key was given per suite without access to the other floors.

Stayed for a week. Quiet place, secluded from all traffic. Close to airport but can't hear any jet noise. Seemed like you need a taxi to go or do anything. Very nice views. Room is spacious. Bed makes noise getting in and out, but comfortable. Hot water is good. Rooms are cleaned every day. All in all a good place to stay. Everyone was very attentive to to our needs.

The staff were not very friendly and the meals took forever (and I’m not just talking about impatient American timing - it was almost 90 min to get some salads for dinner). The room was fine, would be good for a family or some friends staying together as it was large with two rooms. No free airport shuttle, it was like $20/person, way cheaper to get an Uber.

Sharon was great checking us in, gave us our VIP upgrade, and the room was HUGE, but I could hear the phone ring in the next room and the woman talking on it. Also the breakfast buffet was cold. My hubby had them microwave it, but it was still cold. The jacuzzi closes at 6 pm(the best time to go) and it never got hot during the day for us. Other than that staff/service/location/gym amazing.

The pool and jacuzzi were simply amazing… the only negative is they close early and open late. The room was comfortable but nothing special. The reason I can’t give this place full five stars is the food. At breakfast I was served moldy fruit - I showed it to the waitress and she just shrugged, didn’t even apologize. Then the breakfast I ordered (eggs scrambled with tomato and onion) came. The eggs were just unseasoned plain eggs and the serving of refried beans looked like a turd. It was off putting. The food service needs improvement.
