It was nice. I was kind of worried at first but it was comfortable and clean. There is no elevator, so if you can’t do stairs make sure you ask for a first floor room. It was quite and relatively safe. The only down side was limited TV channels. But it was ok for a short weekend stay.

Dirty bedding. Filthy rug,walls and bathroom. Hamburger meat ,dirt chips and other food on the rug.When I complained, the woman desk clerk suggested that I bring the dirty bedding downstairs myself. Vending machines were empty and outdated.

1: Fee: Expedia didn't bill the customers, this hotel front desk charged it. Every night rate is different, Saturday has the highest rate and Friday is the second. 2: Breakfast is discontinued which is posted on the front desk. 3: There is noise in the room like wave or breath and finally found it, which is from mini fridge! Room lamp sometimes didn't work well.

We arrived later and we were unsure if we were at the correct location. The parking lot was dark and it was poorly lit. We entered and were checked in. We went to the room and it looked like the photos. I neglected to look closely at the photos online so my disappointment could have been avoided if I had. The floors are carpeted with older green carpet there is a mirror the length of the room and as big as the wall at the head of the bed.. Everything is outdated and honestly I was uncomfortable and didn't want to stay. We turned on the heater and had to turn it off because the room filled with a nasty smell , like a burnt smell. I honestly felt like I was in a small prison cell and I slept in my clothes in the bed. To be fair I should have looked at the photos and read the reviews from the actual hotel, not the reviews from Expedia, because they do not match

Building is old and run-down, and while the room itself was clean, generally speaking, the property is run-down and lacking with any amenities and overall maintenance (broken-up entry walk and cigarette butts about front entrance). Had to have desk person connect to wifi and with no charging station in the room. Also, room had no work station, with the only chair too low for the countertop. And with very few guests (the parking lot was largely empty) at the time of my visit and with the surrounding area questionable, I felt very uneasy as to the safety of my vehicle. Despite the low room rate and convenient location, I would not consider staying here in the future.

The hotel is older and needs to be renovated. However it is extremely clean and great value for the money. The front desk staff were pleasant to talk to. The rooms are compact but well laid out. The mattress on the bed was excellent and very comfortable. The location is very nice. My first time staying here and I will be back. Highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms are clean. Did not smell. I went over surfaces with Lysol wipes and there was no visible dirt on wipes. Free parking. Easy check in. Rooms are small but for the price and convenience I would say totally worth it if you just need a place to crash. No sight of bugs at all.

The room was much smaller than it looked in the photos. I thought a microwave would be in the room at least, it wasn’t. I had trouble getting the remote to work, so I had to sleep with the tv on & I’m not used to that. The bed was really comfortable, the pillows were good for me, not overstuffed.

They don’t serve breakfast anymore. I wish I had known that before we booked! We have been here 3 times now and will be back again. Price is right and rooms are decent. No updates in decades, no fridge or coffee maker. But there is a nice tub 💕 and window seats I love to lay on and catch the morning sun (especially if it’s cold outside!)

Dated hotel that was clean but in need of refurbishment. The price was reasonable for the Niagara area but the facilities can’t compete with modern hotels in the locality. The staff could have been more pleasant but were accommodating with our requests. I doubt we will stay there again.

The Centerway hotel rooms are small and feel cramped. The queen bed should be more comfortable. The bathroom felt cramped as well. The hallways and lobby did not smell fresh. I did not have a relaxing stay.

It was perfect for a night. I could not imagine staying more than that. Walking to the second floor, definite pot smell with other odors. We were lucky were placed further down the hall, so we did not have an issue. Again, great for the night. Not intending to stay again. No microwave and no mini fridge in rooms.

Maid service was not given each day, had to request. Once requested, sheets were not changed and floors were not cleaned. No toiletries at all, just a tiny bar of soap. Door key deactivated every time you left the building and they kept saying it was because we had it next to our cellphone, which was definitely NOT the case. Vending machines were out of order and when asked if there was any water available, I was told to drink from the bathroom sink. Complimentary breakfast was no longer given. And when it was time to check out (which was 11) the Maid and then the front desk clerk banged on the door at 11 and then every 10 minutes until we checked out at 11:30. When asked if a discount could be given for all these inconveniences, was told they already give a big discount already, and after several requests was finally given $10 off. This hotel was one of the cheaper hotels that could be booked for my trip and now I know why. I will definitely not be returning.

I had my dont disturb sign on my door and was always given a letter overnight that there would be no house keeping. Low and behold i come back to my room having got all of the above.

Two mights and 3 days there, no one cleaned the room. No towel or linen change. I had to ask for a shampoo. Breakfast: no eggs, cheese, onle cereal and milk but worked for me. The room key card needed to be fixed or changed every few hours because it stopped working.

It was quiet, offered affordable snacks, drinks and was okay. There were issues with the lighting in the bathroom, the guy who checked us in was rude and was not specific on checking in from third party or online. The only friendly staff was the cleaning lady, everyone else was rude, maybe little racist.

It was in a very quiet and secluded area, very close to the highway. Facility was neat and clean, just a few signs of wear and tear, but way better than some places I have stayed. Free breakfast in the morning, which is always nice! Staff was OK. Check in personnel was super efficient, not overbearing, but not a robot, either. Checkout just gave us a nod. I'd stay again for sure.

Location is great for visiting Niagra Falls. Particularly if you want a short stay reasonably priced. Receptionist was friendly. Rooms are very dated but this is clearly shown in the pictures. Has a motel vibe but was fine for what we needed - 1 night stay to travel to Niagra.

Advertised online for included breakfast which was what ultimately made me book the place. Even inside your room in the itinerary it tells you when and where breakfast is located. I got up and asked the front desk where it was and there told me there wasn’t any and this little sign with marker on it saying breakfast discontinued is your only way of knowing (after booking and paying of course). Had I known this I would’ve went somewhere else. I also booked online and reserved it at $150 a night/all fees included and then when it was time to check in (we arrived at 10:30 at night with no other choice) it was actually $160. There were also people refusing to stay when I arrived because of “bed bug issues” but I can say I didnt see any in my room. Overall dissatisfied

Did its job. But didn’t have any shampoo or conditioner. Body lotion. Did have a tiny bar of soap. Breakfast was very continental but no hot food I could see. Bread and jellies and a few cereals. The juice machine was out of order. The rating by Hotel.com had this at a 7.0 plus. Not seeing that’. For the most part we use the hotel for sleeping and showering. So it did that. Glad it had the Golf channel to watch the replay of the Women’s IS Open
