Not a pleasant area. Minimal amenities.

We used to go tent camping until about 25 years ago when our children were little. Then we moved up to cabins through a YMCA father-son; father-daughter program. This room was not as clean or well maintained as those cabins. 1) The bathroom doorknob almost fell off (fixed) 2) TV remote needed batteries (fixed) - but needed to be replaced (could only change channels directly on the set). 3) The underside of the bedspread looked like it had never been washed - and approx 18" of the edging was coming off. 4) There was no room service (i.e. no made beds, fresh towels, etc.) 5) The vinyl floor (at least better than carpet) looked like it hadn't been mopped in months. Dirt came off our feet in the shower after walking barefoot for about 10'. There was a 1/4" deep crust all along the floor baseboards. 6) The bathtub stopper was not functional. 7) The window screen was torn for approx 12" at the edge. 8) There were no tissues. 9) There were no end table lamps - so we had to walk across the room to turn off the lights before getting into bed. 10) There were no electrical outlets near the bed end tables, only in bathroom above toilet & next to TV. 11) No main door peep hole or security lock. on the plus side: 1) no bugs 2) convenient parking 3) considerably lower cost that other nearby options

Excellent reception and very clean room!!!!

They didn’t change towels, room had flies, cooler was nosy.

Clean rooms, easy check-in, great location very close to shopping centers and food.

I was attacked by bed bugs and the hotel refused a refund or a new room

I know this may sound weird but the place was super nice and clean on the inside. The outside was a little rundown however it made up for it on the inside the amenities were very clean and functional. I will stay here again in the future.

ROACHES IN YOUR BATHROOM IS UNACCEPTABLE AND THE OWNER SAID WELL THEY COME OUT OF THE HEATER.. .. unacceptable

Wanted king bed and got two beds .they also chatged me at hotel and i paided on line,carpets were very dirty all in all nice location and place

I've stayed here before., it's a fairly decent place, but it's not a five star hotel obviously. They keep it clean and bed is comfortable and plenty of hot water in the shower. It works for me, God bless them.

The staff was rude and surly because of my late arrival time. The room had no tv or coffee pot and barely enough room to move between the bed and door. I would not recommend them to my enemy

I had a sheet but not a real blanket, so I was a bit cold as it was just the Beginning of May in Buffalo.

It need renovation of rooms.

I was there for 2 nights. Room was clean and specious enough for us. However, bathroom’s door knob wasn’t working. Bathtub was small for me. Wifi speed was good first night but then I didn’t get much speed. Check in and check out was super smooth.

a charge is more unexpectable i booked for 3 person double the bed they charge an extra person for 20 dollar after they blame property manager and property manager say hotel.com charge
