Starting with the positives: the room was very clean, decent water pressure and the staff was really nice. The negatives: My son’s room smelled like cigarette smoke and there was a plastic bag covering the smoke detector. He was given a new room that was fine. The pool was broken for 3 of the 4 days we were there. The facility does not have an elevator and my husband is disabled. He had to walk up and down the stairs multiple times a day as they couldn’t give us a first floor room. This hotel seems to be more for traveling workers than families. The last two nights we were there we woke up to the overwhelming skunk smell of marijuana in our room. It could not have been stronger if people were smoking it in our room. The smell is in all our stuff now. Our card keys were jacked up. I went to the desk because we had to insert it an average of 10 times before it would open. They couldn’t fix it. Again very nice staff and clean rooms but I doubt we stay there again.

Some staff were very rude. But the main reason for the low rating is because there was no elevator and I arrived with a lot of luggage. Also, there was a lot of unsavory people around who made me feel unsafe.

Staff friendly however something just felt off. Got the room with the hot tub. The deposit was $150 which is much higher than most and the hot tub is on a 15 minute timer with restrictions that remind you of California. The bed was generally comfortable and everything else average.

We’ve stayed here several times and always enjoy our visits. The whirlpool tub is the main reason we choose this hotel. It’s clean, relaxing, and exactly what we’re looking for. The area is quiet and feels very safe, and while we haven’t interacted much with the staff beyond check-in and check-out, they’ve always been friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back again.

Tub/shower drain was plugged someone's else's hair was in the drain 6 inches deep by the time you took a 3 minute shower, canceled the last night there because they never attended to it even after i reported it the first day. have pictures nowhere to post them

Went to assigned room to discover it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Returned to front desk only to be told by the young desk clerk, “Oh, we have a spray for that.” I explained that a spray would be no help for my asthma. A more seasoned clerk quickly intervened and assigned a new room which was better, but still smelled of smoke. Luckily third time (and last room available) was okay smoke- wise. There was a connecting to next room thru which we could hear the people talking. Overall, while hotel currently nonsmoking, smoke smells clearly not erradicated from previous smoking rooms.

The room we got placed in was smaller than what we paid for, and it smelled like cigarette smoke the entire visit. The whole hotel had a moldy smell to it. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

The carpet is filthy in the hallways I would suggest a deep cleaning of the carpet every so often. As far as the rooms, if you are not changing covers/ sheets to remove them completely off the bed and shake off. It was an earring post in the bed I was poked with, which did not belong to me.

The place was unclean, no working pool, kids in breakfast area with no shirts or shoes. Stair way smelling of marajuana very strong. Rooms smelled of old cigeratte smoke it was not a pleasant stay. I want a refund for this stay as it was not what was described on the website.

Room was not comfortable and there is an odd smell in the building. It’s quiet but the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The bathroom is very small to where you have to maneuver around to get the door open. The TV in our room stopped working. Staff was friendly but English is most definitely their second or maybe third language.

Poor customer service, lack of cleanliness in main areas. Inaccurate information in the room. Upon arrival to the hotel, the person at the front was on the phone did not put the call on hold or even say good evening. All he said was let me have your ID then first we looked at smelt like smoke. The second room the TV was not working, and when I called to the desk, he tried to tell me how to fix it myself, but I am not text savvy so it was more complicated to tell me than to just come up and do it himself, but he finally came after I had to call a second time. As he was leaving, I said thank you and he didn’t say anything in response. After he left, the remote was not changing the channels properly so he had to come back and make another adjustment. Again, I said thank you a little bit louder to make sure he heard me and still nothing. Right then I decided we were checking out the next morning and when we went to the front desk to check out, I told the lady that we were checking out. She expressed no concern as to why I was checking out early. She didn’t ask if there anything she could do. No genuine customer service at all. Nothing! She simply told me I can’t give you a refund because your reservations were made online. I said I know I just want my security deposit back and she gave me a receipt for that and I left. I’m hoping to get a refund for the two nights that I did not stay at your hotel .

A very dated property. Staff fairly indifferent. Had to wait a long time to check in and then nobody was there at the front desk to check out the following morning. The first room I was given didn't have the beds made, nor did it have pillows. Second room was okay but run down and dated with a very strange odor. A property that needs some attention and love.....

Overall stay was fine; but the old lady at the front desk was very rude and unfriendly…. The house keeping staff was even friendly .. no hot tub… vending machine only takes cash … most likely will stat elsewhere next time

The water could be a bit warmer coming out of the shower head, and the breakfast was a bit basic compared to what I thought it would be, but other than that the room was fine and had plenty of locks to feel safe and secure.
