The pool was closed due to repairs so that was disappointing. Breakfast is later (6:00/6:30) so plan accordingly if you need to leave early like we did. The coffee was out when we went to leave and he allowed us into the breakfast room to get it from there but nothing else.

We chose this place because they advertised a pool. The pool was closed for "maintenance" despite not being advertised as such on booking sites or the BW website. Staff never answered front desk phone. Our TV remote didn't work, and staff never came to the room to address it after stopping at the desk. Was almost impossible to swipe room key to enter from side doors, so had to walk around to front door to enter. Room was fine, but was very disappointed that the pool was closed (traveling with kids), and overall - the value was very low.

The reason we booked this hotel is because the amenities stated a pool and hot tub, however they don't have a hot tub because it was removed months/years ago and the pool has a hole in it so not in use. We feel they should be updating their information and we should have been informed about these issues before our stay. Very disappointed.
