The handwritten signs throughout the hotel were very off putting. I never have seen a hotel ask you to sign up for pool time and have a maximum time of two hours per room. Very strange. Rooms decent enough though.

Loved the suite and the hotel overall. Did not like that we had to sign up to use the pool and hot tub, also the amount of chlorine used was so high that is caused our whole party's eyes to be irritated for days.

They were under construction, but over all was ok. The staff really nice and always helpful ❤️ we like the size of the swimming pool. We will staying in this place next time we visit Kenosha ❤️

Plenty of parking. Appreciate adult only access to pool and hot tub after 10pm. Breakfast had a good variety. Rooms are quiet. Good place to relax, plenty of dining options close to hotel.

It was convenient for us as a stopover stay on our way home from a vacation. It was nice to have the dining options nearby. We were limited to 2 hours in the pool, which they said is their policy on weekends.

Staff seemed annoyed Building mechanicals very loud at night, pool was pretty much locked down the entire time and required sign ups to use it. Than if you did sign up they don’t enforce list and it turned into a mess. :(

We have stayed at this property several times over the years for the location and having an indoor pool and hot tub. On this visit things are seeming to be "worn" the hot tub was not hot, but rather just warm and the room seemed like things were broken and not replaced...minor things...but still noticable.

Went to the room and it reeked of smoke/weed especially in the bathroom. I sent a text to the front desk and they said someone would be back with us but never heard from anyone.

The people were friendly, the room looked very nice. The only issue was my wife always checks the bed and when she pulled the covers back she found hair that was not ours. So we called the front desk and asked them change the sheets and they did so right away. That was nice. The only other issue was the bed were not soft enough a little hard for our taste. But overall a very good place to stay

It was an ok stay. I believe they may have been short staffed as the rooms weren’t as clean as they could have been, dust on fixtures, hair in tub and sink but I do travel with wipes so I wiped everything down as we were here the holiday weekend and it was pretty busy. The breakfast wasn’t good so my family opted to skip it after our first day.

This hotel was advertised as remodeled, however the carpets were dirty, there was paint chipping from the ceiling in the shower, bathroom had rusty spots on the doorframe and floor boards. Was not impressed with the condition of the hotel and room. The hallways smelled like weed.

There were no pictures on the walls except for one, but they were all the mounting still there for pictures. None of the phones worked. The toilet was dirty when I got there and they never even changed the garbage in the three days I was there.

We had stayed here last year and the experience was day and night! This time around our room was never cleaned in three nights. I notified the front desk and had to get clean towels myself, left a note in the room to please clean the room the next day since I have asthma and dampened towels were making it worst. The bed sheets were never changed either! This was an unacceptable experience! I spoke to the hotel management and they told me they could not refund me anything because I booked through Expedia and to let you know so, here I am! The hotel manager took photos of all we complained about. I was so aggravated I didn’t take any.

Unable to speak for other rooms but this room had its positives and negatives. It was clean. There was a sufficient number of outlets for charging devices and electrical outlets. The curtains were of an underrated motel/hotel. They were fraying and ripped to the point of not being able to move them for they would be destroyed further. The television was hard to use. It was difficult to surf the channels, and no guide was available on the television. The one supplied by the room stated the stations may have changed. The bathroom was roomy with proper ventilation.

My room could use some sprucing up. Main room wall has had a picture removed and the wall not repaired or painted. Generally clean but some spots neglected. Saw some construction going on, maybe they are working on it. A little morning breakfast variety would be nice for those staying more than one night. Overall, it was fine. Clean sheets and bathroom. I liked having a full size fridge and microwave.

Room was spacious and quiet even though we were across from elevator and next to ice machine. Hotel is updating so some construction is to be expected. Out room was not updated yet on the 3rd floor. But the bed was comfy and clean.

The only two problems were a non-working alarm clock which was not a huge deal since I had my phone and the curtains, which only covered the windows with sheers which let in a great deal of light from the Cracker Barrel next door and the lights in the parking lot. The windows had curtains but they didn't close.

I booked this room because my mother was coming in town from our of state and it was her first time in Wisconsin. I booked a handicap accessible room through Expedia but somehow we ended up getting a room that was not handicap accessible. My mother almost fell twice since there were no handle bars in the shower. Also, our room was across the hall from the conference room and there was a meeting on Saturday morning that was incredibly noisy and woke us up at 6am. Furthermore, on Saturday morning I went to get breakfast for myself and then brought it back to the room and told my mom what they were serving for breakfast. My mom asked for me to get her a plate and bring it back to the room since she was in pain that morning. I went to try and get a plate for her and an employee stopped me and informed me that I was not allowed to get another plate since I already had one. I explained to the employee that the plate was for my mother, who was unable to come down herself. The employee proceeded to give me a dirty look and walked away. I was never told that we were allowed only one plate during breakfast and there was no signage saying such. Overall I'm very disappointed in this hotel. The only decent thing about it was that the beds were comfortable. We will most likely look into other hotels when traveling to Wisconsin again.

I specifically asked for a late check out because I had an important Skype interview with the company Uline. As I was in the middle of my interview, someone was knocking on the door and came in the door, even though I had a late check out scheduled and a do not disturb sign on the door. It’s lucky I wasn’t doing anything else in the room when they barged in so rudely Talk about a lack of communication very disappointed.

I would give it a B minus or a 3.75 if I could be more accurate. It's not very clean and the rooms smelled of mildew, especially when using the A/C. Admittedly, it was a very hot and humid streak of weather. The facilities were okay, but some of the staff acted a bit hostile. People stand right outside the doors and smoke. The ashtrays are literally right next to the side doors. The manager told me it was an 11 am checkout though the sign in the room and on the door both said noon. When I told this to the manager, instead of apologizing, he said they would be sure to change the sign once I was out of the room!!! Rather inhospitable. The pool area does not have a changing room or a private shower. There is one shower, but it is right next to the pool out in the open.

The woman at the desk named MARY ANNE was extremely rude and disrespectful. Completely blew us off when we asked her to send someone to the room because we found a bed bug. She called my husband a liar more than once and even shooed him away as he is exolaining what we saw! We had to leave middle of the night with my infant and daughter. This was supposed to be a surprise trip for my daughter's middle school graduation and it was THE WORST! At checkin that staff wasn't very friendly either. Never cracked a smile and spoke so low I could barely hear her. Luckily though, I talked to a manager next morning and was able to get a refund.

The hotel needs a refresh. The room needed a full paint job, so did the hallway. The shower curtain was useless tons of water wound up on the floor. The guy at the front desk might be better off not dealing with customers. He acted like I was disturbing him while I checked in and out and he rudely pushed past me as I was trying to maneuver a luggage cart out of the elevator. Maybe something was happening in his life or possibly I reminded hom.of someone he does not like. If it happened once I would understand, dealing with the public is challenging but it happened every time I had to deal with him. The bright spot was the breakfast and the hospitality of the woman who was working on the breakfast room. She was kind, helpful and cheerful and people were in and out, things got spilled etc. Everything and everyone that I observed was handled with a smile and kindness. Basically the exact opposite of the front desk experience. I would never stay at this property again and do not recommended it.

The rooms are nice. Pillows are some of the worst you will find. The rules at this hotel are terrible. You have to schedule 2 hour appointments to use the pool. They now have a sign in the breakfast room that all breakfast has to be eaten in the breakfast room. You are not allowed to take anything back to eat in your room. I don't think anyone there is staying just to steal breakfast but there are times you want to bring a yogurt back or banana and I feel this is just bad business. We have stayed several times, but I don't think we will stay there again.

Checked in super late while traveling. The check-in was pretty quick and simple. I could not get the TV to work, and it was so late I did not ask for help. The breakfast was great. They had breakfast tacos, which I thought were fun and unique!
