A grade above a jail cell. No coffe maker. Breakfast was a joke. No eggs,no breakfast meat only pancake maker, yogurt, bananas , cereal and bread.No fresh coffee. Gym sucked not cleaned. 1 treadmill and 1 eliptical that needs service as resistance made it unusable. Rooms were sparse and unfriendly. Never stay in a Days Inn again plus paid way too much for what you get.

I was able to check in online and saved time at the front desk. Building was clean and quiet with plenty of parking outside. The room I stayed in looked like it had some recent updates. It had a kitchenette with a full-size fridge, microwave and stove. It didn’t have a coffee maker or tea in the room, which is something I usually look forward to. Also, the lighting in the room is very bright white and cold looking. I would have preferred warm lighting. Breakfast was somewhat limited, with coffee, yogurt, oatmeal, some bagels/bread and bananas. Still definitely a good choice for the price.

First floor was being worked on while we were there. Flooring materials were stacked along the hallways, nothing to major as they gave us an upstairs room. The room seemed renovated and was nice!

Stayed overnight . Our room is big (1 queen bed) with a mini kitchen (stove, full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave), tv(w/ cable channels) And what we really like- it's laminated floor and not carpet. They have fitness center no indoor pool. They serve continental breakfast.

It was being remodeled. My room was nice and big. It had a refrigerator, stove top, dishwasher, and microwave. But it didn’t have a coffee pot! Breakfast was small. Overall it was a clean room with amenities. The outside had garbage around the building.

The kitchenette was convenient but having a dishwasher and no dishes seems odd. Comfy but very noisy bed. Room was spacious as was bathroom. Generous pillows and snuggly blanket. The room could use a deep clean. The overflow drains in sink were gross and around floor edges need scrubbed. Overall good deal and convenient to hospital. Very quiet facility too!

The shower wasnt clean and there was a used bar of soap. Also it was veryyyy loud. Could hear people late at night in the halls and in the next room. Front desk staff was super nice though!

The breakfast was not good and no hot items. I was expecting a a nice breakfast since there was an advertisement outside the hotel. The staff was also coughing while she was prepping the breakfast items (bagels, toast). It was not very professional. The bathroom had hair on the floor, definitely looked like it was not cleaned. There was no basic soap in the bathroom so I can wash my hands. I was very disappointed and do not plan to stay at a a Days Inn in the near future.

Ok for the price, which was high because it was football game weekend. Didn’t realize when I booked the room only had one double bed. Bed was small for two people. It was nice to have a full size fridge in the room. We were on the first floor and when people were talking and moving around above us we could hear everything. Other than that, it was quiet. No busy traffic nearby.

We got a handicapped accessible studio suite with nothing in it! The refrigerator was barely chilled and when we reported it, they did nothing about it. It had a 2 burner stove top, sink and dishwasher but nothing to use! Not a dish, spoon or plate or pan at all! I asked if they had any cookware and was told we could buy a pan for $15 and then take it with us when we left! They would be willing to give me a small bottle of dish soap! There was no in room coffee but there was 2paper cups and a plastic ice bucket. Not even an iron was left in the room. It was old with bangs and dents here and there. The breakfast was bread, muffins and bagels, cereal, yogurt, a fruit and hot water or coffee. If you’re in a wheelchair, you’ll need help with all the doors and shower heads are too high and the microwave is too high also. You’ll also need help to get in and out of the high bed!

We had a kitchenette in our room with a stove and refrigerator, but there were no pot pans, dishes, silverware. So you couldn’t use it unless you went out and bought all these things. There was also no little coffee pot in there and there’s no pool at the facility. For $142 a night. You should have these things. We would not stay here again just because of that.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but dated. The room smelled well stayed in. There was a fridge, electric stove, and microwave which was a nice touch for a small room. All in all the stay was fine.

Rooms were clean. Beds were on a metal frame that “popped” when you moved on it. The fire alarm kept going off from 3am until 6am. Traffic noise pretty loud in the room when located at the front of the building.

Unfortunately, it’s in the middle of GB near an intersection, in a busy city with a staffing shortage. No one to pick up hundreds of cigarette butts at side and back entrances. Most reviews say simple room, I say dented, put of date, sink molding needs caulking or else looks as if will fall off wall. Refrigerator and freezer were lukewarm and no controls to turn up, microwave stopped working after one 60 second use. All first-problems. Yet, for those needing a place to stay, based on online reviews, would not recommend to friends or family. Not some place you want to come back to for a cocktail and watch the game.

Something very fishy was going on. An 8pm check in. Claimed our credit card was refused ( room payed for already just the $100 deposit for the night). The debit card they claimed was refused. Fortunately we had the $100 in cash. We called the credit card company once in our room, and there was no problem with our card or credit line. The next morning we called our bank, and again same thing nothing, nothing wrong at all with a debit card. We went downstairs to check out and fortunately I told the lady you have to write it on my card envelope so that we get $100 back. At check out, they did not go check the room, as they claimed the night before had to be done before they could give me my $100 back. He just smiled at me and handed me a wad of bills. I started counting and I said to my husband I’m $20 short. I walked back in I said you’ve given me $80 where’s the other $20 and he just looked at me and laughed, and reached down on the counter and handed me the $20 bill and never said a word ! Something was really screwy in that situation.

The most important thing was it felt safe. All doors remained locked. Next the staff had great customer service skills. There was an issue with my booking through the 3rd party, but the staff and management quickly resolved with no issues

Never in my life had I entered a lobby to find a front desk unattended. Rang the bell consistently for several minutes with no response. I could see a purse on an empty chair but no one was around. My echoes of “Hello?” were met with silence. It took far too long to check in when I was the only person around at 4pm. The breakfast offering was very disappointing, particularly the styrofoam cups and plates that are terrible for the planet.

Guest checkin went okay as clerk tried to tell me that i had not paid for our stay. Told me that i had to call and get it fixed. While I was working on that, clerk made a call and that individual was able to verify that we had paid for our stay. Room was clean. Breakfast was pancakes, cereal, toast, yogurt, and banana.

Location is close to Bellin Hospital. We were able to walk 3 blocks to hospital and didn’t need to move our car. Room was basic, but very clean and quiet. It was exactly what we needed.

We chose to stay at this hotel because it was just a few blocks from the Bellin Hospital and it was very affordable. The property seems well cared for. The room was in great condition and was apparently recently remodeled. The woman at check-in did her job but did not attempt to be friendly. We were put in a handicap room when I requested a room away from the street. The bathroom sink did not have any counter or place to put toiletries but that wasn't a problem since the room has a small kitchen sink area with a counter that gave plenty of room to use instead of the bathroom sink. The bed did have a squeaky sound when a person turned in bed, but was comfortable. We had an early appointment so did not sample the breakfast. We would stay here again.

Days Inn sent me an email to check-in before I even got there. I checked in virtually and when I arrived, they just handed me a key! The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Huge closet and big bathroom. Everything worked just fine. It’s an efficiency so there is a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Breakfast was very good; they have a pancake maker, orange juice, a coffee machine, pastries, bread and bagels. The staff was professional and efficient. I would stay here again.

Very nice location but the amenities were lacking. No coffee maker or cups in the room. There was no soap or tissues in the bathroom. Walls were thin so we were woken up multiple times by people walking by/talking. The free breakfast wasn’t bad but really only had pancakes and yogurt. If there were bagels/pastries, they might have been picked through before we got there.

The check in lady is very nice. The property is very ran down. You park in the back and it is not nice at all. Weeds everywhere! The room was semi updated. Room was clean. Breakfast was terrible. 2 muffins, 3 pieces of bread, water and coffee put out. My room key didn’t work 2 different times and had to go to front desk.
