This is a brand new property. The elevator did not work so climbing stairs was. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower was adequate and clean. To enter the hotel the Desk clerk had to buzz you in. Staff was either seated in the lobby or in the back room. I can understand why it was very slow. The staff was gracious and politer. I would definitely stay again.

THIS is the place to stay in Pueblo. Stand above all the other lower-cost hotel options in the area. The hotel is super-clean and new, the staff are just as friendly and helpful as one could want. Nice amenities, all in working order. Highly recommend.

Pretty new hotel. Very clean. Very nice staff. Grab and go breakfast was provided. I had yogurt and my husband had a muffin and a mandarin orange. Excellent place to stay in Pueblo.

Very clean. Motel looks very new. Bathroom was spotless, a very nice change from some places. Next to a shopping mall. Lots of restaurants within a mile. Very quiet. Only complaint is the full-sized refrigerator in our room was very noisy when running. It has an easily accessed off switch right upfront, so we just turned it off.

We were passing through town and decided we better stop for the night. We arrived after hours and the front desk got us checked in quickly and without problem. Friendly, clean, comfortable and economical. We will stay again the next time we come to town.

The room was super clean and quiet. The bed was extremely uncomfortable unfortunately.. but that may just be my preference in mattress. The bathroom was nice. Toiletries were minimal. The staff were amazing and so friendly. I will be coming back again this weekend and get a king room on my travels to Pueblo. I was happy this hotel was far away from the areas you have to worry about crimes. The parking lot is well lit and it’s away from the areas where you see a lot of break ins and theft.

I had an eye appointment in the area and this was the perfect location. Room was great with a kitchenette. Good hot water and very clean. The only thing I wish they had was a coffee pot kept in the room. Yes, you could order a coffee pot, but to us is as necessary as a fridge and microwave. We get it, but just saying. Also they provided a grab-n-go breakfast. No hot breakfast as of yet. We will return!

At check-in, I was asked, "Do you have a room preference?" I didn't. So I was offered a 4th floor choice with a view of Pike's Peak. You guys know how to hook a new customer. I'll be looking for Extended Stay Suites from now on!

The room was clean and comfortable however the check in process was terrible. There was nobody at the desk. Rang the bell and a girl came out to tell us that she had to go find the other girl. Line was piling up and still nobody. Guess the front desk lady was dealing with a situation with another party accusing another worker of stealing their bags and ipad. Next morning we went at 730 to the breakfast and there was nothing but yogurt, nutragrain bars and instant oatmeal. Coffee was out and the front dedk guy said he was not going to make anymore. Also there wasnt any water juice or milk. The free breakfast they advertise was a joke. Good thing we didn't have kids with us.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Loved the studio room with mini kitchenette. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The front desk gal saw that my husband left his phone case/wallet in a lobby chair he was sitting in. She picked it up and immediately called us to let us know as we had already left the hotel on our way to dinner. She remembered us! So nice to see there are still people with honesty and integrity! We'll absolutely stay here again!!

Arrived at 6pm and room wasn’t ready. Front desk said we had to wait at least another hour and they would see if it was possible to get rooms cleaned up. No comfortable place to wait, no support. Other couple arrived and got a room immediately. Absolute disrespect

Check in was supposed to be at 3, we arrived at 2:40pm. We needed to leave the hotel at 4 for an appointment. We were tild as we walked in to check in that our room wasnt ready yet and would just be a few minutes, so we sat in the 2 chairs in the libby. While sitting there, multiple guests came to check in and were given rooms quickly, however several people were also told their room was not ready and would be a couple minutes. We ended up waiting an HOUR and 15 minutes gour our room to be ready! At this time it was a little after 4, we were checked in and went to our room. Upon opening the door, it was exactly as the previous guests left it! Bedding obviously used, towels left on the floor and kit hen with cups and other stuff all over it. We actually did not walk into the room because it was not ready for us. We went to the front desk, not so nicely explained what we saw and asked for our money back!

When I checked in I was given keys to a room that was occupied. It was an awkward moment of walking into someone’s room and I would have been extremely upset if someone walked into my room. It made me really nervous. The room was really clean and comfortable. A lot of space. They don’t provide a lot of toiletries. Just a bar of soap and a small shampoo. Nothing else.

This is a new property that recently opened. The place is clean and quiet. The location is right off the freeway and located near restaurants. The staff was friendly and the check in process was easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice newer modernized property. We espcially love the size of the room with the kitchenette which provided extra counter space and storage for our needs. Bed was comfy with extra pillows. Room looked very clean except we did notice a layer of dust on the shelf above kitchenette counter. Towels are also very skimpy. Just know if you need anything extra (ie. Cups, toiletries) will need to request front desk. Breakfast is truly grab and go - granola bars and yogurt. No fruits. Overall we would stay again as we enjoyed the room/location itself.
