The hotel is being renovated at the moment and with that being said the room we stayed is was new and very clean as well as the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was decent better than others I’ve stayed at. Only issue is there’s no gym to workout in at the moment and the pool area is very basic and needs a/c in that section, overly hot. I hope they make that area more welcoming or nicer because it is very basic and boring. Otherwise staff is very accommodating and welcoming. Doesn’t seem like there’s much to do in the area.

Very nice and clean hotel outside of the main road. Good breakfast and well served. Water temp in the pool was cold though which made it uneasy to get in. Overall a nice stay!!!

The lobby was under construction for the time I was there. Had I known, I wouldn't have booked but Expedia or Holiday Inn didn't announce that. If they did, they know nobody would book. There were some other minor issues, but the staff was super friendly and made it worth it

Overall the hotel was nice. There were a few disappointing things about the room. There was a leftover twisted tea can on the headboard. There was crumbs on the floor and hair on the bathtub. The breakfast was good, staff were friendly.

The worst experience ever. The heater is so noisy that I couldn’t sleep at all. I spoke with the receptionist the day after, she didn’t look surprised, she said that part of the hotel has been remodelled but not the area in which my room was. She also said she was going to talk with a manager and she offer a discount (even I didn’t ask for), but I’ve never heard back from her or any manager and I didn’t get any partial refund! Terrible experience!

Staff was really friendly, helpful, and courteous. We liked the suite layout. One of the better breakfast buffets I've seen. Heater seemed to blow cold air which is the only reason we scored a little lower on Property condition & facilities. Looking forward to staying again when we're in the area again.

Clean, updated rooms with comfortable beds. We stayed in a suite with 2 teenagers, each had their own bed and had a separate bedroom for my husband and me. Breakfast was awesome! Staff was very friendly. Pool was ok, for an indoor pool could be warmer. It’s our second time here and would stay again. Very convenient to get to downtown Brattleboro.

The property was in good condition. The a/c turned on and off every 2 hours all night long, so that wasn't great. I was disappointed that because we booked through Expedia, we were not permitted to have a late check out.

Another brilliant standout is Kalee, our Events Coordinator for a conference we hosted there. Having conducted hundreds of training sessions at various conference facilities over the past two decades, I can confidently say that Kalee is the best events coordinator I have ever worked with. First time hopefully not our last. Since we walked in it was great. The staff was welcoming. Beth answered all questions and was very welcoming. But Debbie, wow. She was managing everything at breakfast. She was on top of it. Make sure every was refilled as soon as it finished. She was great. The room was big and comfy for my family and I. We enjoyed the pool as weak. The temp was Good for a late swim.

Excellent breakfast options included in your stay. Hotel is clean and has an indoor pool and gym. Great amenities. We stayed in the 2 br suite for our 2 families and it worked out well. Good launch point to Okemo and Mount Snow if you don't mind driving another 45-60 mins.
