Arrived late and parked right in the front to unload and immediately smelled weed and saw a few young people hanging out at the smoking shed across the main entrance. Putting a smoking area so close to the main entrance is not smart. Nobody at the front desk and finally a gentleman came in and helped with check-in who was one of the people at the shed. He was helpful and polite though but this wasn't a good experience. Thin walls. You can hear people talking next door and unfortunately my neighbors had their TV on the whole night until 4am. I would avoid if you are a light sleeper. Overall, room was clean, stuff was nice and the rate was good. It would have been a great valued hotel if they had paid attention to the little details.

The front desk staff was polite and friendly, but that's about all that was ok. No ice machine. Hotel room was very hot and stale inside when we arrived, with a strong musty wet carpet smell in the air. Air conditioner could not keep up with the heat of the day, it took literal hours to cool down to 70F. We couldn't even stay in the room for the first hour, and the temp in the room was uncomfortable until 7pm. Would have left immediately if we weren't so tired from hiking all day. As it was, we just touched nothing, slept on top of the blankets, and got out early to go home and shower. Partly because the in-room alarm clock was set for 4am, who knows when it was last reset by housekeeping... Nice touch. Would not recommend or return, at $200 a night, this is a gross scam.

Property is very nice but walls are thin and there is a gazebo for smoking, outdoor grilling, and shooting off fireworks that is located on the grounds of the hotel. Lots of noise, was tough to sleep.

I was staying for one night with my family. We were greeted kindly by the hostess and had an adequate breakfast in the morning. My 10-year-old daughter and I tried to use the pool, but it was quite quite chilly. Perhaps they could add a heated pool or something. The gym was enough for me and my daughter to use.

I gave the ratings I have because the lobby, lobby furnishings, carpeting and general condition in the lobby was very dirty. I almost walked out. Things improved when we got to our room. It was cleaner. The beds very very comfortable but dated. I spilled some water on the bathroom floor and used a wash cloth to wipe it up and the wash cloth was black from the dirt in the bathroom floor. Breakfast the next day was interesting. The person who was coordinating and cooking breakfast called out and 8 am. Breakfast runs from 6an to 10 am. By 9 there was little left. It was sufficient for a one night stay but I would not stay here again.

Staff at desk was friendly, this was the only upside. There was drops of urine on the toilet seat and hairs on the toilet rim when the seat was lifted. A noticeable red biofilm was building up around the shower drain, there was some drink or food residue on the on both the leather chair and bed side table. The TV remote was also sticky and had a thick yellow buildup on some of the buttons that I was able to scrape off with my finger nail. One of the pillows had yellow spot in the middle. I would hope the hotel gets a new housekeeper for future guests because this was upsetting!!!

Check in was easy and front desk staff nice. We had trouble with our TV so ended up switching rooms. The TV still didn’t work, the toilet was gross, there was 2 used bars of soap in the shower and something splattered on the TV. Breakfast was good with many choices.

This hotel is misrepresented on your website. I was sure I booked a king suite and because we arrived late it seemed liked we got whatever was left! Great desk check in person and comfortable bed. We were stuck in a tiny king room with the soda machine and ice machine actually taking up space where the room should have been. They were within 2 feet of our door. Mold in corner of the bathtub. Steps leading into hotel were awkward and indoor pool was in the basement-which should be stated on your website! We did not stay for the meager breakfast after tasting the watered down orange juice. Not worth the money.

There was way too much voice bleed-through from the adjoining room. Their TV was on ALL NIGHT LONG at a volume I could hear constantly. And they were talking...including and lengthy & loud cell-phone convo; and laughing out in the hallway like no one else existed in the hotel besides them. Across from my son's family's room, the occupants just opened their hallway door and kept living loudly! It did not amount to a comfortable stay AT ALL! I know you can't control others behaviors, but I do feel staff should have been better monitoring the situation. And request the respect of other guests needs.

The location was great. The room seemed mostly clean altho we found some trash in the closet left behind by the previous guest. The staff was kind but seemed like there weren’t enough of them. The worst was that the walls were paper thin and we were able to hear the nighttime “activities” in the adjacent room loud and clear three times the last night we were there (much to our dismay). Also there was no housekeeping service at all the 3 nights we stayed. In room refrigerator seemed to work when we put perishable leftovers in it but somehow shut off overnight so we lost some groceries. WiFi was okay the first couple of nights but by the weekend it was terrible with the hotel seemingly full of occupants. Guest laundry required quarters which weren’t easy to obtain and the dryer did not dry our dozen articles of clothes even with a full cycle on high. Breakfast had a decent selection of food choices and they had soup and cookies out in the afternoon. But on the whole, we would not stay there again.

Thin walls, I heard the people in next room. The highway is loud, but was quiet in middle of night. The dumpster was emptied at 5 am outside my window. The staff is super nice and did everything they could to make my stay comfortable. After putting me in a room with no refridgerator, they took a food item and put it in the breakfast room fridge and brought me a refrigerator the next day. I would stay there again.

As confirmed by the front office, the hotel wifi was not always reliable. Our electronic keys needed to be reprogrammed several times to give us access to our rooms. Otherwise, I liked the fact that there was always a choice of fresh coffees, and even free soup for the guests. The mattress and pillows were fantastic so we slept like babies!

We stayed for 5 nights and had our room sort of cleaned one time. Each day we had to ask for bath towels. We were told by one employee that for stays over 2 night the cleaning policy was once every two days. Today, the manager explained to us that requested cleanings needed to be made on line. We were never informed about this policy. On the positive side, the two staff members that prepared breakfast each morning were very hard working. A pretty poor experience for $900+.

Check-in attendant was not around when we arrived at 11:20pm, exhausted. We were waiting in lobby, saying. “Hello??” for 5-10 min before she came in from outside. She said she didn’t see us come in. We checked in online & paid before we got there, but it still took her quite a while to check us in & give us a key. Checkout guy next morning was friendly. Breakfast attendant was good, helpful. It’s an older facility in a rather odd location very near I-91, but bordered by a torn-up parking lot. Our room & public areas were both clean. Our room was beside elevator, and was very noisy. Could clearly hear conversations of folks in elevator and in the hallway. If they added floor covering in elevator and put carpet over ‘tiled’ areas just inside each room door, this may help fix the problem.

We booked this for a 1 night stay on our way to NY. The front desk clerk (Liam) had the personality of a rock, but check in was smooth, when we got to our room, it wasn't the 2 queen beds that we booked, instead it was a handicapped accessible room with a king bed. A little strange, but whatever. The room seemed clean and everything worked as it should. The bed was comfy and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was fairly clean, but there was used bars of soap still left in the shower which grossed me out. The 99 restaurant is literally in the parking lot which was very convenient. (Great food, btw!) The breakfast at the hotel was nothing to write home about. When we got there, there was nothing left of the hot stuff, so we had to wait a while. Overall I would stay here again if need be, but i would hope they pay more attention to the shower. Also, I tried to call the front desk (about 10 times) about a question with the WI-FI and no one ever answered, so i had to go down to the front desk.

We came to Brattleboro for a concert and the Comfort Inn provided just what it advertised - a comfortable place to stay for a decent rate. We loved how convenient it is to downtown. As far as the amenities go, we did not check out the pool or gym, but loved the free cookies available all day! The breakfast included was just average and not available on our second morning due to the kitchen being short staffed. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

We had an emergency and had to cut short our stay (2 nights instead of 3). The manager, Kareana, was so kind and thoughtful in giving us a refund for the night even though we had booked the room. Many thanks!! Location is very good: close to Rt. 91 as well as Brattleboro.

Great location for an overnight stop. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to fantastic restaurant. It's in the same parking lot. Nice breakfast. Very happy with my stay.

This was a very convenient location from the highway (91), gas, and dinner at Ninety-Nine, located immediately adjacent. Breakfast had limited, but good options, including hot choices, fresh fruit, multiple coffee and tea selections. Do recommend.

This hotel is misrepresented on your website. I was sure I booked a king suite and because we arrived late it seemed liked we got whatever was left! Great desk check in person and comfortable bed. We were stuck in a tiny king room with the soda machine and ice machine actually taking up space where the room should have been. They were within 2 feet of our door. Mold in corner of the bathtub. Steps leading into hotel were awkward and indoor pool was in the basement-which should be stated on your website! We did not stay for the meager breakfast after tasting the watered down orange juice. Not worth the money.

As confirmed by the front office, the hotel wifi was not always reliable. Our electronic keys needed to be reprogrammed several times to give us access to our rooms. Otherwise, I liked the fact that there was always a choice of fresh coffees, and even free soup for the guests. The mattress and pillows were fantastic so we slept like babies!

We stayed here twice this snow season, and both times, breakfast was delayed. The first time (Saturday), the cook was late, causing a 20-minute delay. The second time (also Saturday), the cook disappeared, and there was no hot food at all. We frequently stay at different Comfort Inns during our ski trips, and this is the ONLY one where we've encountered such issues with breakfast service. If you rely on a timely breakfast, especially for a busy morning, you may want to consider other options.

Good place to lay your head for the night. Arm chair was really dirty is the only reason I marked that down. Not many options for food after 9pm so think ahead. But a comfortable stop on the way to Maine.

During the night, the unit started making loud, erratic noises, so I turned it off, but the noise continued. It kept disturbing us until we finally fell asleep late at night. I even removed the batteries from the thermostat, but the noise still didn’t stop.
