Booked a king and they gave the room to another guest and I ended up with a down grade. The employees were kind, and breakfast was good. Bathroom was not as clean as it should have been, and we only were stocked with 1 wash cloth.

Our first room nothing was wiped down. There was urine on the toilet seat and floor. Then after a hail storm the first floor rooms started flooding. Then we were put into another room where again the toilet wasn’t wiped down and the floor both had urine on it. The towels had hair on it.

Front desk was very friendly. Rooms are laid out a little funky but the bed was very comfortable. Did have a bunch of little ants i kept killing by the windowsill. I told the front desk but they just said they were sorry. Breakfast was good. Would rate this a 2.5 out of 5.

My kids thought the bathroom tub was extremely dirty and they didn’t want to take a bath in there. Also there were hairs on the floor and I’ve mentioned it to Expedia and they did not do anything about it.

Check in was quick and easy. The hotel is not very clean in the halls, elevators and general spaces. Our room was clean when we arrived but we stayed two nights and no one ever came to empty the garbage, bring fresh towels, make the bed or replenish the room coffee. The breakfast was mediocre.

I paid extra for a nicer hotel with a full breakfast and don’t get me wrong the hashbrowns were AMAZING!! But from having to get someone into my room to “reset” my tvs for them to even work and then telling the front desk I didn’t want room service only to be bothered by room service on 3 separate accounts during my stay that wasn’t even the worst part. After staying in my room for 2 days I had friends over and began moving the ottoman for a game night only to discover somebody’s else’s used boxers laying in the corner and goldfish and trash. It was disturbing to say the least my friends were also dissatisfied with how it was handled when we called the front desk to ask for someone to take care of it and was told room service would pick them up the next morning…no thanks for me will not be coming back would rather have paid for an actual clean hotel then waste my money here again.

There were a few issues here. Our room was locates on the 2nd floor right in front of the elevator. I think there was a group of students staying in a room above ours. We could hear their footsteps through the ceiling, causing the ceiling to creak loudly during the night.Which then had me thinking this must be the lowerlst ceiling i have witnessed at a Springhill Suite. Then, the breakfast was not good. At all, comlared to prior stays at Springhill Marriots. The hot options were limited, as if they hotel was conserving on cost. Maybe it was cause it was during the week this time, as usually my travel is on weekends. The hotel location was cool though and 25mins from National Mall & monuments. This location and the Milwaukee downtown location were 2 of the worst stays we have had. The best was in January off I45 near the Woodlands Tx. That was place and breakfast was Excellent. Best so far.

Relativity full for the holiday weekend. Everything seemed to work fine. Slight mix-up in check-in as the room did not match the booking company description. Quickly and easily straightened out. Early morning bath water was interesting. Burning hot and had to be run for 10 minutes to get to comfortable temperature. The opposite of what usually happens.

My room was changed before I checked in without any notification. I asked the front desk about it and I was told I could call the manager but they didn’t have the availability for the room I booked. The next morning when I complaint about being given the wrong room. I was told nothing could be done because I booked through a third-party. That night I was able to get the room I booked, however that room at issues bathroom didn’t lock, bathroom exhaust didn’t work causing the fire alarm to go off from steam. I arrived at 1 pm and the room was ready, but the manager wanted to charge an additional $50 for early checkin. I understood that checkin time is officially 3 pm and that the room may not be ready early, but if the room is ready, why not let the customer in? The lines will be shorter for everyone at 3. I have checked in early at hundreds of hotels and none has ever had such an unfriendly policy for customers.

I have paid for a king bed room and prepaid a week in advance. When I went to check in the front desk agent nonchalantly told me that they are out of king bed rooms and he will give me a double bed room. He did not apologize or offer any complimentary services. He was rude and a bit awkawrd. I did not check in. Property seemed fine but this particular front desk agent was really rude and not helpful.

Nice clean, safe place to stay. Well maintained. Lots of local restaurants nearby - all Asian or Mexican. Requires some navigation to get to. Convenient to the "Smitty" Air and Space Musume as well as Manassas Battlefield Park.

Marriott definitely needs to upgrade rooms. Lots of rust. The mattress for the couch was very dirty and disgusting looking. The breakfast was cold and not many places to sit.

We stayed overnight. Driving to & from Philly in one day was too much. BUFFET breakfast was thumbs down. NO FRUITS. Eggs were not really hot. Room was comfortable. Shower had lots of grab bars - felt very safe. Front desk, very nice.
