It was acceptable - we just needed a pet-friendly place to stay for one night. Wouldn't do more than one night but it was worth the $83. They advertise pet-friendly but don't tell you until you get there that there is another $25 fee. Again - acceptable. Facility was a bit rough looking wear and tear wise. No ice machine? Really?

OK for the price. Kept the rain off my head. Close to highways, restaurants, and reasonably quiet. Missing many common amenities, though. No swimming pool. Smallish TV with limited channels. No complimentary coffee/tea in the room. "Breakfast' was cold packages of bread and oatmeal, and not much of a selection of even that. Had to request two light bulbs and a remote control. The morning desk clerk likes to hide out of sight. If you're on a budget it's OK. I've seen worse.

What the heck? It’s “extended stay” but there is NO ICE MACHINE within the ENTIRE hotel??? No COFFEE MAKER in the room?? I picked up the phone in the room to call the front desk and pressed 0 as instructed but the phone didn’t work…just a rapid busy signal tone. The wifi didn’t work because the system kept telling me my last name was wrong. Although the water pressure was fine in the tub faucet, there was ZERO pressure in the shower head. The hot water was the cold and the cold was hot in the “kitchen” sink, the bathroom sink and the bathroom shower. There were two of us sharing three flimsy pillows. I was in room 516. Oh - we were told that breakfast was served 6-930. “”Breakfast” was coffee, stale chocolate chip muffins and NutriGrain bars. That’s a snack. NOT breakfast. This hotel was absolute trash and I feel you stole my money. The front desk lady was nice. That’s the only positive I can say.

It has been my regular hotel for years and hope it continues. There appears to be issues with Internet affecting operation at the front desk during the night shift. I advise the franchise to seek a better Internet Service Provider out there.

No frills. Rather old building that they are doing their best to maintain. It is rundown. I didn’t want to take a shower there. The sheets definitely are not high quality. We were just passing thru and needed a place to sleep. Def not for an extended stay.

The room is disgusting, there is no other way to put it. I booked a room for one night because of a concert I am in town for. It’s currently 1am and I am debating if I want to drive my four hours back to NC now. The smell of the room is a stale and smell of smoke, and it’s irritating my allergies. There is mold on a lamp shade they decide to turn around to face the wall. There is gunk on the door locks you can tell they never clean, brown stains on the sink, and I wouldn’t dare step in that tub. I understand this isn’t a 4 star or 3 star hotel but cleanliness should be a standard. I asked for a double blanket just to place on top of the original blanket because I don’t feel comfortable here at all. Oh and to add there is limited parking due to construction and they want you to park on the street! Luckily, I was persistent and the night manager moved items in the parking lot so I didn’t have to park on the street after getting back late from a concert

Room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked as should have. Biggest complaint: smoke from people smoking in adjacent comes through the duct into other rooms. 130 am people were very inconsiderate of other guests with noise and smoking. People smoking in lobby. Supposed to be a smoke free facility. I was unable to get a receipt for the charges to my credit card. Continental breakfast is a joke. Could not even get a cup of coffee. Small children left unattended in parking area, creating a big safety concerne.

This hotel reeked of cigarettes from top to bottom, despite no smoking signs everywhere. My linens and bed looked clean, but one of my fresh towels had something nasty stuck on it. The curtains had some drips of dried blood, ketchup or ... Something. Walls and furniture were dirty. Water stains everywhere. The carpets in all the hotel halls were filthy and laden with little bits of trash. Nasty old food splashes dried onto the door of my bathroom. Overall very uncomfortable. And the air in my room was so dense with cigarette stench that my sinuses swelled and I developed a cough during the night. Despite the signs, the guests who roll through here do not take the no smoking policy seriously. The staff was nice and totally understanding of me wanting to leave early. Sadly the manager didn't refund me for my cancellation of the last night. It's a convenient location but this place needs a serious refresh and some deep cleaning. Very disappointing.

There was nobody at the front desk when I arrived, no bell to ring or way to obtain attention. I waited for almost 10-minutes to not have the women address her lack of response only to ask me “what can I do for you” without providing any eye contact. The room was very clean, however it’s 2025 and the room didn’t seem upgraded at all, very basic. The TV was small, no ice machine in the building, the breakfast was a nutrigrain bar or pre-packaged muffin.

I was given an accessibly room on the ground level. The room was spacious. However, the room had a weird-salty odor. Every single day ( for five days) when I returned from work, entering the room, the odor hit you. I had to buy and spray some air freshener. The walls were very thin, so I could hear the other rooms next to where I stayed. Being on the ground level means being next to the machines, etc. so I would hear the water pipes every time someone will flush or run the sink/tub. This room had a kitchenette. I do not know if pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker , etc were supposed to be provided but nothing was provided. Not even housekeeping - Again, I am not sure due to it being an accessible room. When I checked in, bathroom floor had stains, table in the room has stains as well. The bed sheets also had stains. I had to remove them, luckily I brought my own sheets as well. Staff ( front reception ) were nice to say the least.

The room was simple but nice although no carpeting/area rugs on floor. Made for an interesting situation after walking with wet feet from a shower. Kitchenware is not in the room and available upon request at no cost but limited availability. For the cost it is in a safe location, hotel is staff is courteous enough and beds are comfortable.

I had an issue with the window panels in my room—they were broken, and light from outside made it hard for me to sleep. I called the front desk to report it, hoping for some assistance. Instead of helping, the front desk staff raised his voice and dismissed my concern, saying “it’s dark now,” as if that solved the issue. I wasn’t trying to cause trouble—I simply wanted to let them know about a real problem in my room. His rude attitude made the situation worse. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I will not be staying here again. Terrible service. P.s. I stayed at a lot of different hotels, but this hotel is the first hotel where I had a bad experience with terrible service, and this is the first time I've written a review of the hotels. I never coming back for staying this hotel ever.

The staff was great. There is free parking and it did have a laundry room. Those were the only good things I could say. However, the property itself was outdated, unclean and very disappointing. It says free breakfast but its not even a continental breakfast. More coffee and bagged muffins. I started to leave and go to another hotel but I had already pre-paid for 2 days. So, i sucked it up. I am suprised it was an Extended Stay. I wont be going back.

This hotel was a good stop if you need a place to rest your head. It definitely needed some TLC. The listing stated “Breakfast Included” which turned out to be some Nutragrain bars or chocolate muffins and coffee. Would not recommend to a friend but maybe to a weary traveler.
