Front desk staff were great. Really Helpful, friendly annd welcoming and all fluent in French and English as a minimum it seemed. Check in online with Sonder worked really well . The room was great. Good size, great aircon, great bathroom, quiet, well appointed with the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. The position of the hotel was also ideal. Quiet spot generally with everything we would want in walking distance including only a short walk to Nice Ville station for those cheap day trips to Cannes and Monaco and others. It was only a short walk to some nice breakfast spots (Edmondos and Zeni aamong them) and to the beach front too. The water machine in reception dispenses chilled sparkling water in addition to everything else which was a bonus, and finally-if you like fresh milk in your tea the U Express next door sells small bottles which fit in the fridge in the room ! Definitely a good place to stay

Great place and very convenient to Nice-Ville Station! Laundromat is only 3-5 minutes away. Really like their lounge area. They have coffee machine and water station which is helpful when weather is really hot. Looking forward to returning to this hotel.

We recently stayed and the Mozart Yello. The location is close to the Promenade des Anglais, the tram, train station and many shops and restaurants. The staff is very helpful and cold water machine and coffee is a great touch. The gym is a bit small, but it was our vacation and we opted to walk more.

YELO Mozart is centrally located with easy close by parking, shopping and public transportation close by. Yelo Mozart hotel thought of many customer needs including beach towels and beach umbrellas. John at reception was very kind and answered all my questions. Fabien helped us tremendously with showing us locations and shopping places. They both tolerated my broken French. The sink was dripping water I advised the front desk and they sent a plumber and fixed the leak. The only concern that I had because of online hacks was the scanning of the passport I was advised that the reason was to automatically enter our data and this was in accordance with the EU bi-laws. To sum it up I would stay again at YELO Mozart when I visit NICE again. Folks thanks for your help and hospitality.

Ein schönes Hotel, allerdings sehr hellhörig. Die Lage ist perfekt. Jeweils 5 bis 10 Minuten bis zum Strand und zum Hauptbahnhof. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und hatte keinen Schrank. Ist aber von Zimmer zu Zimmer unterschiedlich. Praktisch sind der Kühlschrank und die Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, dass man sich Wasser holen und die Mikrowelle im Essensraum nutzen kann.

Front desk is staffed. And each person was great. This is a limited service hotel but it worked fine for us. Not a lot of luggage storage available there, but they made it work. Small but comfortable rooms. Very clean. Powerful water pressure in showers overall a great experience

The property is in a great location, we loved the decor, cleanliness and staff who helped us with all our requests and questions about the area and a far. At reception they have umbrellas for the beach and beach maths if you’re lucky enough to get one which is great when spending your days on the beach. La ubicación me encantó, y que te presten sombrilla y tapete fue maravilloso. Tener agua fresca a disposición se agradece. En general bastante bien, solo por dos observaciones: a la llegada encontramos todo muy limpio, pero no me gustó que no hacen la limpieza diaria completa, no barren ni trapean, ni lavan baños, solo tienden camas y cambian toallas, por otro lado nunca tuve buen internet cosa que es muy importante en estos días. No pude ver tv por la falta de señal. Tómenlo en cuenta si necesitan conectarse por algo.

This property was conveniently located and an easy walk to Old Nice where there were plenty of dining options as well as shopping. The front desk staff was very helpful and did their best to accommodate our requests. The hotel is a minimalist design and the room was comfortable. There were several areas we were disappointed in. The first, was the scent of the lobby and hallways. The air seemed stale, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout the days we were there. We were also disappointed in the timing of the room freshening up each day. It took them until nearly 5 o’clock to accomplish the task. After a long day of walking in sightseeing, this proved to be inconvenient.

Many of the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the woman who did our check in and out. The bathroom was very modern and clean. The area is centrally located and close to many restaurants and shopping. The room was also very quiet, we didn’t hear any street noise from the 6th floor. Some minor issues were that we found 2 silverfish in our room. Also a different staff member wasn’t very accommodating in regards to check out time (Maria). Overall excellent value for the stay and we would return!

Super zentrale Lage- genau zwischen Bahnhof , Meer und der Stadt. Besser geht es nicht. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, das Zimmer ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Ich hatte ein Zimmer zum Innenhof und somit war es sehr ruhig. Sehr bequemes Bett, gutes W-LAN, Wasserkocher, Nespressomaschine. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!!!!

Yelo assigned me room 001, in the basement next to the breakfast room. Staff asked me if I booked on another platform (Expedia), and I’m a solo female traveler — perhaps that is why. Neighborhood is lovely, only an 8-minute walk from Gare Centrale. Petite dejeuner standard. Coffee machine hard to operate.

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été décevant. D'abord la chambre située à mi étage donnant sur une cour donc assez sombre et petite. Propre malgré tout mais avons eu la mauvaise surprise d'avoir une bouilloire pleine de vinaigre ménager et avons bu sans nous en rendre compte ce mélange eau/ vinaigre d'une aigreur absolue . Ceci a été signalé mais reçu sans grande conviction. Quant à la formule petit déjeuner: De qualité correcte certes mais d'une organisation surprenantr.surprenante.Petit plateau individuel avec 2 petites venoiseries

The hotel’s page and reviews seemed to be rather nice. I had plenty of choice for the winter season in Nice but opted for Yelo Mozart and was deceived. The room was tiny— many better choices around for better rates, then, a tedious process of checking in on the website where you have to go through four (!) steps, and on top of everything a cold room with a fake regulator for heating. In the morning, the receptionist told me that the heating system was central and it was what it was— freezing in my bed in the unusually cold night in Nice. At the top of everything, the unstoppable noise in the morning in the corridors. A very unpleasant stay— to sum up

Ho prenotato questo hotel appositamente perchè diceva di avere l'aria condizionata. All'arrivo faceva caldo; ho provato ad attivare il condizionatore, ma, anche se sul display in camera mi diceva che era acceso, non ha rinfrescato. Al mattino ho fatto presente la cosa alla reception e mi hanno detto che l'impianto è spento (a Novembre a Nizza fa ancora caldo!). Ho fatto notare che sulla loro pagina expedia dicono espressamente che c'è, ma hanno continuato a dire che tengono spento l'impianto e basta. Le pareti sono sottili e quindi è molto rumoroso. Se accendi la TV giustamente i vicini di camera si lamentano, mentre di notte e al mattino si sente ogni rumore della strada, piuttosto trafficata

Excellent rapport qualité-prix, en plein centre, à 2 pas de tout! Seul petit problème : les cloisons et portes de chambres sont un peu fines… On peut être réveillés par des voisins qui rentrent à 3h du matin ou à 8h par les lève-tôt qui sortent!

YELO Mozart is centrally located with easy close by parking, shopping and public transportation close by. Yelo Mozart hotel thought of many customer needs including beach towels and beach umbrellas. John at reception was very kind and answered all my questions. Fabien helped us tremendously with showing us locations and shopping places. They both tolerated my broken French. The sink was dripping water I advised the front desk and they sent a plumber and fixed the leak. The only concern that I had because of online hacks was the scanning of the passport I was advised that the reason was to automatically enter our data and this was in accordance with the EU bi-laws. To sum it up I would stay again at YELO Mozart when I visit NICE again. Folks thanks for your help and hospitality.

Hotel ótimo, com uma localização perfeita, próximo da praia, da ruazinha de restaurantes e na mesma rua da estação de trem. O atendimento da MELISSA foi incrível, além de ser super simpática, ela nos deu dicas maravilhosas de Nice e dos passeios mais interessantes a se fazer! Recomendo!!!

Bra Hotel. Fina rum och rent och snyggt. Ligger 10 minuter från det mesta. Ganska lyhört’ men det är lite puls i Nice så man får stå ut tycker jag. En sak som störde oss och drog ner vistelsen var att en ung tjej i receptionen bokade oss en kompis till henne när vi ville beställa en taxi till flygplatsen. I stället för att boka en riktig taxi till oss på morgonen så kom en vän till kvinnan i receptionen. Dom var vänner och bilen var ingen taxi. Det blev 40-50 procent dyrare än en vanlig taxi och det kändes väldigt osäkert och otryggt! Men det var tidigt och vi skulle i väg. Så vi orkade inte diskutera om att det inte var en riktig taxi. Flickans kompis som körde bilen saknade taxi legitimation, mätare i bilen och tog endast kontant. Annars gillade vi det mesta med hotellet. Dom hade något problem med frukosten så vi tog frukost runt hörnan på ett mycket trevligt fik. Kan rekommendera det.

I had terrible check-in experience. The room i booked through expedia was King Room (20 sqm) while the hotel staff Maria arranged a Queen Room (17 sqm) to me and argued that there is no room size specified in the Expedia platform so they are fine to give me the smaller room. Even after i provided the room size specified in the hotel official website, there was no King Room available during the period i stayed and i could only either accept the Queen Room with certain % discount or leave. In the 2nd morning during my stay, the fire alarm kept ringing on and off in the early morning from 5am to 9am without reason and the Sonder app only replied there was techinical issue without any update or annoucement for the reason of false alarm. The body wash bottle was filled with body lotion and the hair dryer was with burnt smell which is unsafe to use. That said, the bedding and shower in room was comfortable.

Conduits bas de gamme avec odeurs permanentes de refoulement de fosse sceptique dans les parties communes, VMC vombrissantes surtout en attique, on ne peut pas réellement dormir même avec protections auditives (comme par hasard fournies d'office) et on a envie de partir à reculons, mais conscient de ces misères, l'intégralité du prix (sans gene "quatre-étoiles" pourtant) vous sera capté à l'arrivée sans possibilité de partir. Après d'épuisantes négociations auprès d'un personnel en sous-nombre débordé, nous avons pu être généreusement gratifiés d'une chambre "premium" c'est à dire acceptable pour un trois-étoiles, sans pour autant permettre de récupérer des "nuits" épuisantes, on n'en est pas encore remis. Ca n'a pas été des vacances. À fuir, allez plutôt au camping.

Front desk is staffed. And each person was great. This is a limited service hotel but it worked fine for us. Not a lot of luggage storage available there, but they made it work. Small but comfortable rooms. Very clean. Powerful water pressure in showers overall a great experience

Stayed for one night with my mum. Hotel is easy to get to, just a short walk from the tram stop. Great location, the promenade is about a 7 minute walk. Lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel is nicely decorated and very modern. It was very clean and suited our needs. The room was small but had everything we needed for a one night stay. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The hotel also looked after our luggage as we were too early to check in and the same once we had checked out. Would definitely stay again!

Yelo assigned me room 001, in the basement next to the breakfast room. Staff asked me if I booked on another platform (Expedia), and I’m a solo female traveler — perhaps that is why. Neighborhood is lovely, only an 8-minute walk from Gare Centrale. Petite dejeuner standard. Coffee machine hard to operate.

It was a clean, spacious hotel which conveniently located to either go to the beach or train station. The staff are friendly and kind. One thing I was concerned about was that there's only one day our room was cleaned but we might forget or do it too late to put off 'do not disturb' door sign. Overall we're very happy about our staying and will be back for the next time!

Super zentrale Lage- genau zwischen Bahnhof , Meer und der Stadt. Besser geht es nicht. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, das Zimmer ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Ich hatte ein Zimmer zum Innenhof und somit war es sehr ruhig. Sehr bequemes Bett, gutes W-LAN, Wasserkocher, Nespressomaschine. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!!!!

The hotel seen as a place to have a good night sleep is excellent and great choice. The room is good and in a very convenient location. One of the receptionist was very helpful giving directions and helping out. However, If you are looking for a hotel to give you a special experience with a nice entrance, reception, bar, restaurant and a fantastic breakfast then this is not the best choice. Considering that the hotel does not fall into the second category it is very expensive.

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été décevant. D'abord la chambre située à mi étage donnant sur une cour donc assez sombre et petite. Propre malgré tout mais avons eu la mauvaise surprise d'avoir une bouilloire pleine de vinaigre ménager et avons bu sans nous en rendre compte ce mélange eau/ vinaigre d'une aigreur absolue . Ceci a été signalé mais reçu sans grande conviction. My stay was overall good but the staff was not helpful and at times dismissive. I asked for a room on a higher floor and one person said that she needs to leave a note the manager to review it next day, next day the other staff members said that the manager is on holidays. She eventually called a hotel manager who after long conversations on the phone and laughter, offered the change for £65 euro. The wait, the tone and ‘handover’ entirely unnecessary and not professional. Not what I would have expected for my birthday. Will not choose for special occasions in the future but overall the hotel was nice in terms of amenities, just staff. Was not helpful unfortunately.

I asked for a room on a higher floor and one person said that she needs to leave a note the manager to review it next day, next day the other staff members said that the manager is on holidays. She eventually called a hotel manager who after long conversations on the phone and laughter, offered the change for £65 euro. The wait, the tone and ‘handover’ entirely unnecessary and not professional. Not what I would have expected for my birthday. Will not choose for special occasions in the future but overall the hotel was nice in terms of amenities, just staff. Was not helpful unfortunately.

Extremely disappointing stay. When we arrived, our room was shockingly dirty. There was hair, dust, makeup, glitter, toothpaste residue, fingerprints everywhere, dirt all over the shower, and stains on the walls. The room was so dirty that some of our clothes were ruined. We asked for another room, but the hotel said they could not move us. They also failed to clean the room properly that day. The following day, they promised to do a thorough cleaning, but when we returned, it was obvious that they still had not cleaned it properly. We even asked a receptionist to come to our room. She wiped one of the dirty areas with a cloth, and the dirt came off immediately. That alone showed how little effort had been made to clean the room before. There were also dead insects on the walls, which made the room even more unpleasant. Despite all of this, the hotel refused to move us to another room or provide reasonable compensation. They only refunded 50% of the first night's stay, which was completely inadequate considering the condition of the room and the inconvenience we experienced. I would not recommend this hotel. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, and the way our complaints were handled was very disappointing.
