The property is centrally located, easy to get to, and has lots of parking. The staff (Shawn) is really friendly. Shawn works hard at keeping the riff raff out. They really care about the people staying at their hotel. It is cheaper than the others because they don't serve breakfast-which is just fine with me. A wonderful choice for those on a budget.

There's no pool , it's not open, they do not have the permits and could not open it even for us to sit outside by. It was a disappointment but it was not unsafe or anything like that. There was bugs and flies, the fridge in the room I was in did not work (I did not use it anyways). I let them know about all this stuff and there was nothing done to my knowledge.

While my stay was alright and my room was more or less fine inside, this property still has some issues. Hotels.com and Sonesta (parent company) websites listed the amenities to include "Business Center," "Fitness Room," and "Meeting Space." They had none of these. The "Pool" was/is unavailable as it is unkempt and has a forest green algae bloom that most assuredly dates back to at least the previous Winter, if not longer. Room entry door was very poorly hung making poor connections to the door jam; heavily leaking light and outside hot air The area is very impoverished, and many families (with children) reside full time at this complex. This complex tend to be noisy most of the daytime. I felt uncomfortable, and unsafe, during the stay

Shawn at the front desk was friendly and made check-in a breeze. Room was clean and comfortable. Police patrol the parking lot on a very regular basis, so it's also a safe property. There's a little side street in front that connects to the highway feeder road that results in a little extra reduction in highway noise - we didn't hear it at all.

Dirty, poor service, dirty pool

They are doing renovations on the location and it is looking very nice..

Room was decent. Housekeeping came in after first night made 1 bed and left. Odd. Reserved here due to listing saying it had a gym. Staff was confused when I asked where it was then said “it is closed” I don’t think they had one.

Took grandkids for a weekend vacation, was told the pool would be open, which it never did, people smoking weed, which could be smelled in my room, moved rooms and couldn't sleep because the air conditioner sounded like a jet starting and taking off all night. Needless to say we did not stay but the one night. The manager was understanding and apologized.

Sink was leaking and wet my clothes, no pool the water was green, no fitness center.

Mold in the shower and toilet and coffee maker. The refrigerator smelled musty and you could tell that the tv was hit at one point half of the screen couldn't see very well.

Clean room the staff was very nice

We got 2 towels for a 3 person reservations and one was covered in yellow sticky gunk. Everything was half broken and there were bugs in the bathroom. Tried to check out early and wouldn’t even do a partial refund or anything.

Super friendly, quick check in and out, kept us stocked on towels, rags, clean sheets, would bring more right away when needed. Super clean! Will absolutely stay again!

It was very clean and the staff was nice. I enjoyed my stay most definitely!:)

If you like roaches this place is for you

I have stayed here a couple times now, and it is quickly becoming my favorite hotel in town. Not only is a great bargain, but the rooms are clean and spacious. Not to mention the staff here have been amazing. It's really nice to find a business where the employees actually seem to genuinely care for their guests, not just try and fill rooms.

It's clean and staff is friendly. Furniture could have been in better shape but overall it was a quiet stay.

Everything is very dirty from the common areas to the rooms, all of the towels are stained, everything looks outdated and there are roaches everywhere, the pool is unusable do to how dirty it looks, all the pool chairs and unbrellas are broken and dirty. If you only want to sleep and only sleep you can pay the money. If you are planning a longer and some how confortable stay then skip this one specially if you have kids!!

There was mold on one of the lampshades. Room wasn’t clean. Mattress had stains. Lock on the door didn’t work.

The parking lot was covered with trash. The deadbolt on the front door did not work, and one bathroom door knob was missing.

Door to bathroom is not closing. Very noisy at night. No closet hanger. Coffee pot was dirty and rusty.

Room had fire alarm beeping on and off and shower didn’t have hot water

There was absolutely no hot water

Rooms were extremely clean and in very good order. My only negative was that the AC works just fine but seemed to be a bit under powered. Checkin was incredibly quick and easy. Same with the check out. Really quiet as well.

Wi-Fi does not work in room.

All i can say is you get what you pay for... the AC kept turning off after an hour or so, because of that I never really got a good sleep had to wake up to turn it back on. The lamp had to have the cord a certain way to stay on but at least you got the sports channel.

I'll always want to stay at this room (225) due to its well designed features than previous room I stayed before. Very convenient location too.

we were going to be checking in late so I called the property sometime between 230 and 3 PM on the day of check-in and let them know. It would probably be midnight before we arrive. We ended up being later than that so I called them around 11:30 PM and let them know it was still gonna be a bit longer and they said our reservation had been canceled. They couldn’t tell me who canceled it, but it wasn’t me. It still showed active on Expedia. They were less than helpful. I had my three children and one of who is severely disabled in my husband who is a disabled veteran with me and they left us with no place to spend the night. After almost 2 hours on chat with Expedia and three different agents they put us in another hotel and the third agent, I spoke with at Expedia, the supervisor was amazing and found us another hotel last minute at almost 1 o’clock in the morning. So I would not recommend this hotel.

When I was checked in they told me they require $50 dep. I did not see anything about a deposit when I was making the reservation. She's pretty rude and explain that it is their policy $50 deposit. I'll explain to her I said will that be fine if I was told that when I made the reservation I don't drive I got dropped off over here and now you're hitting me up for a deposit. According to her she said that Expedia knows about the deposit all I know is I did not see anything about a deposit. So it must have been in fine print or something. If a hotel requires a deposit you shouldn't be able to make the reservation without acknowledging that you're aware of the deposit requirement.

If you got $ love to throw it away then welcome to Texas Shawn front desk will charge your Discover card twice say it was declined & tell you, you weren't charged. Called up Discover to hear that the computer system was down. Used another credit card got charged for the amount $149.16 for 3 day's. Got 1 charge disputed for $149.16 credited but still got charged twice for 1 room. Called the front desk speak to owner the credit card that got charged twice wasn't on file. Tried to dispute it with them they had my capital one # on file. It's in the process of renovation now understand the price but prepared to hear them banging around doing construction work in the next room wake up call at 8 am welcome to Texas or someone drive by try to sell you oxys in a beat up red pickup truck no thanks say no to drugs. Pool amenity yea showed up shocked the pool ain't ready to swim in should be safe to swim in next day. Next day turn around shocked the pool again. Can't swim. 3rd day went to front desk right by pool with my swim suit on the owner tells me next time put a shirt on didn't see a sign.

This is my third or forth time staying and all of a sudden there is a security deposit. Guy in the front counter stated that they have been charging deposit fee for over a month and that is a lie. Like I stated, this is my fourth or third time staying and never have I been charge a security deposit. On the other note, they never clean your room other than replace towels.

I was told check-in was at 1:30, but when I arrived at 1:25, I was told check-in was not until 3pm. My family had to sit and wait in the car after driving for hours when we all just wanted to relax.

Drove in from Albuquerque and the evening desk clerk was an absolute gentleman, very informative and just a wonderful person to come across. Alone, because of him I will be coming back to stay at this hotel. The best way to end my long drive in.

Great place peaceful and next to two major freeways. It was a delight to see that the place has been renovated. Rooms are super clean and bathrooms count with everything new. Will definitely be staying here again.

My stay was terrific. From the easy stress free booking and check in to the friendly staff. The room and lobby area was clean. The location is great with a convenient store within walking distance. During my check out I was asked how my stay was and many hotels do not ask that. Customer service is great.I will definitely be back!

The hotel was very convenient to the family events that we were attending. It was a little off the beaten oath, but that made it pretty quiet. It was an older property, but maintained. There was no latch on the bathroom door, which was inconvenient. There was no coffeemaker and the only amenity was an outdoor pool, but it was very inexpensive, the beds were comfy and there was a strip mall right there and a gas station/convenience store right there. We were only there two nights and it worked fine for three adults.

i liked the secluded location when it came down to peacefulness but it wasn't close in proximity to any sort of store or restaurant.

They were renovating, so all the windows were taped and we couldn’t park close to the room. There were 3 ADULTS in our room, and we had to practically BEG for a third towel. No breakfast or snack/drink machines. The office staff were very nice though.

This was an economical place to stay and a convenient location; no breakfast; some renovating has been done but there was a huge cobweb in my room behind the door and only one of the two door locks was operational. The bathroom shower was very good with excellent water pressure and temperature. The reception staff members were efficient.I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Blatant lies, core upkeep on entire property and equipment. I.e. ice machine or icemaker. There is no coffee as listed. Horrible experience.

The TV was broken shower took forever to heat up the room. Smelled like moisture. They didn’t clean the floors. It was so dirty in there. There was a stain on my pillow of blood on top of that online. It’s hit it off for breakfast, but in person it doesn’t. Also, they’re doing construction and they’re doing construction while there’s people in the room, so at 5:30 A.M. there were someone building something upstairs on the balcony.
