Overall, this was a good experience. The Keurig coffee maker in my room didn't work, and I reported this to the front desk. I was assured it would be fixed, and the next morning, I had the same problem. When I reported this again to the front desk, the guy I spoke with kept referring to me as "brother." He assured me the maintenance staff had replaced the unit and implied that maybe I didn't know how to use it. (I've been using Keurig coffee makers for 15+ years.) I asked if I could meet with the maintenance person, and was told he works 9-5, which did not overlap with my time at the hotel. Just before I left for the day around 8:30 am, an employee brought me another Keurig. She didn't speak English, and it was difficult to communicate, but we tested it, and it worked. She left the non-working unit in my room. Since I was concerned someone else might come and take the wrong unit away, I left a note on the non-working unit. Both units remained on my counter until I checked out a couple of days later. ;-) Despite the Keurig drama, the EVEN Hotel was clean, and I would stay there again.
