Great stay. Loved how quiet it was and having the pool for my family and I pretty much to ourselves, as most guests didn’t use it. The pool was really clean. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because when turning into the parking lot, I bottomed out my car because of the steep slope at entrance.

A very nice and quiet hotel. It is not too far from the city but far enough that there is no traffic. It is close to the highway, so traveling was easy. There is a mcdonald, burger king, and popeyes next door. Shopping area was maybe about 10 minutes away. There is also a nice beach not too far, so we didn't have to drive down to galveston for the beach. Coming from a state with snow, I wished that orbitz and the hotel website would have mentioned that the pool is only open seasonally. My kids were very disappointed cause that's what they were looking forward to most. Even the hot tub was not open. Overall, I would book again.

Pool was out of service. Breakfast is poor, all carbs, no protein and even the coffee is terrible. Room was adequate for our needs. We expected more from a "Best Western " chain.

There were like 7 stacks of mattresses that were filthy right in front of the pool and side entrance. The staff lived on the top floor an followed us around snooping. Breakfast was nothing but waffles an yogurt juice was not working no milk for cereal ( came down at 7 am 8 to try different times) staff was never around to ask for help but they can follow you around property but when you dial 0 they show up in 2 seconds to check the room to give you back a deposit that was never mentioned online to book...

Live close by. A/C out at home. Property was convenient and pretty nice…EXCEPT FOR THE ROACH in one of the drawers. Not the large water bug roach prevalent in this area, but a small nasty one!!!

The room was very nice except, there was some type of small flies in the room. These were not mosquitos and we didn't have a door open other than walking in and out. The second night a cockroach was in the bathroom on the ceiling. We reported these issues to the front desk. Daily room cleaning was wonderful and done well. Towels are thin and small but I think this is standard for a motel like this.

Very nice front desk and check in. Pleasant atmosphere in the lobby area. It is an older hotel with room doors to the outside. This can be a con and a pro. We like not having to cart our belongings down a hall and very convenient parking right outside your room so one can watch their vehicle. The rooms have been nicely maintained and clean. Not upscale but clean. Bed was comfy. I liked the size of the room with the extra sofa bed area. One does not feel so packed in. Bathtub for the shower but that's ok as long as you are not handicapped. Breakfast is minimal. The only hot food was pancakes. Overall, we would stay their again.

Carpet was sticky to barefoot. Too much room freshener which gave allergic reactions to us. No proper wall insulation, we could hear snoring noise from neighboring units. Overall, not a great experience. Property is very old and not maintained well.

As soon as I walked into the room it was hot I called the front desk and was told it might take a little while to cool down. Later that evening we came back to the room and it was still hot. The front desk told us the only thing they can do is bring us a fan. Next day I speak to the front seat to let them know it was still warm in our room so if the could please change the room we were in. They sent someone in and we were told there was a cord in the way of something it should be fine. Still no new room the only way we stayed cool was because of the fan and a bucket of ice used behind the fan. The last day we were so busy we just dealt with it and left around five in the morning

This was a good economy stay for one night. The only minor issue we had was that it had sheer curtains and the blackout curtains were only used for decor on the ends of the window, so there wasnt as much privacy as we would had liked. Aside from that, it served its purpose as the beds were comfortable and the shower worked properly.

When I got there they put me in a room that was filthy. Bed not made taco bell everywhere. Very inconvenient. Also they never returned my $50 “deposit” which had I known that they did that i would have never went there to begin with. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy.

The room was nice as they gave me a first floor room per my request. Also. I was scheduled to come on a Thursday night for a Friday morning meeting. However, got word that my meeting was postponed to Monday at the last minute. I missed the deadline for cancellation/changes. So called to ask them to move reservation to Sunday night. They were kind to allow me to do this.

The front desk staff person was helpful. I just had knee surgery and our room was origianl upstairs. She kindly changed our room to the down stairs handicap access room. We were greatly appreciative.

We requested adjoining rooms for us and the kids, weeks in advance. When we showed up at midnight, the desk atendee said "they" were supposed to call us and tell us they dont have adjoing rooms. They wanred to give us 2 rooms half a mile apart on seperate floors. Theres no ways I\'d put my young kids in that sutuation. I talked to the manager on the phone. She made no appology and said they would charge us anyway.

Service was amazing. Staff and amenities were on par with other more expensive hotels. My room showed small signs of remodeling but was extremely clean, comfortable, and the climate control was excellent. The are fast food options across the street and I saw nothing to make me question the safety of the property. For one or two nights of business or travel, I highly recommend this spot. I was in town visiting friends and found my night here relaxing.

Had tickets for Astros game so stayed in suburbs. Good pricing if you don't want to pay for expensive spots in downtown Houston. For the price, I was satisfied. There were some stains on the window blinders and shower water didn't come out the best. For one night, I was happy to stay. But, I wouldn't stay here for 2 days if I would be in Houston. Thanks for letting me stay.

The evening staff was nice, there wasn't any info for the wifi anywhere n front desk didn't let us know when we checked in, breakfast was cut off at 9 which sucks for people that get in late at night. The guy working the desk in morning wasn't very friendly but the other girl that checked us out was very nice. The room was okay just took forever to cool down because they have the settings up so high when you get in the room

Service was great overall but the room quality was more on the bad side. Air conditioner filter was really dirty so having it on made us sick with a cough and runny nose. When you first walk into the room, it has a real old smell. The free breakfast that is provided is literally just waffles, bagels/bread, individually wrapped muffins, and cereal. There’s no hot foods provided like eggs or sausage. On a better note, has great wifi speed, a comfortable bed, and great service from the cleaning ladies/ men.

My stay was ok, but quite pricey, i did choose this one because looks good at the picture, and offering brakfast, i was disappointed because no eggs or bacon offered. I checked hotels around and the fee was less and they offer hot brakfast.
