We only booked this place because it has a jacuzzi and we were going to be coming in after a long drive. Found out when we arrived that the pool and jacuzzi were out of service. Also our non smoking room smelled of stale cigarettes.

Pool and spa were not working. Entry way was blocked offf because someone in a high truck hit the awning, not sure how long it had been that way. Room was clean but bed wasn’t very comfortable. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Only stayed one night. Staff was friendly. Room was fine. Bed a little less firm than what I like but can’t complain. Sheets were clean and a/c worked fine. Water pressure was good and plenty of hot water. Although next to the highway, little road noise. Pool was out of service but I wasn’t interested in a swim. Breakfast was a limited to cereal, toast waffles, coffee and tea. But with the cost of the room, I could afford to eat somewhere else. I would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately the room condition was not the best. The light switch was very loose and did not seem to have a great connection, the first time we turned the light on it flickered and went out. The shower door did not close all the way and the glass was coming off of the door frame. There were also some pretzel crumbs on the floor next to the bed when we got there.

Room was clean, receptionist was pleasant, shower had a wide range with plenty of hot water. Mattress was a bit soft, but i sleep on a firm matress. HVAC worked efficiently. The room had blackout curtains which was nice, and property was verily quiet. Breakfast was sparse, yet had a variety of cereal, toast, juice and pancakes. Would've like a piece of fruit, yet it wasn't all packaged food, and there's a Cracker Barrel nearby, if youre picky. A great place for the price, and will stay again.

My stay was short. I was only there to get a few hours sleep. There were many channels on the TV to choose from. The room was excellent! Very cozy! The amenities met all my expectations. The staff was great! Meitta was very friendly at check in and very quick as well!

Front desk friendly and helpful. Checked us in to room 203. Last room with queen bed. Comfy quiet room with hot shower. Fridge kept everything really cold. Small freezer compartment was great to keep ice. Maybe they book this room as last resort because of some conditions: Smoke Detector was missing. Toilet bowl had not been cleaned for a while. There was residue build up. Water didn’t stop filling the tank until I moved the pull chain from the drain plug flap. Please shorten the chain to fix that. Dripping water in the sink left ugly colored water deposit. None of the negative affected our good night’s sleep. Which is all we needed.

Their staff on front when we check out she was inconvenienced. They had breakfast and we arrived on 9 o'clock but the breakfast was not good. no egg or sausage. no cheese or Juice . Hot water and coffee was cold! Also service room was coming inside without knocking the door!!! We will not back in there. Services were not qualified.

Extremely friendly staff and clean, even though it was rundown. The chair arms in our room were broken and when I mentioned it to the front desk, she said she would check on it. While we were gone(with a do not disturb sign on the door) someone came into our room. We could tell because of the lights. Kind of weird! I’m pretty sure, she was checking on the chair. Chair was not fixed or replaced. We were worried about the road noise, but with the vent going all night, it was quiet.

Toilet handle needs repaired was affraid it was going to break. Need phone charging ports in the rooms also. It was a great stay for what I paid and the location was where I needed to be. Very clean and staff was awesome all the time. Breakfast smelt good left before it was done.

Great stop. Right off of Interstate 40. Service was great, rooms are very comfy, and a great price. Everything was very clean. Lots of places to and shop very close by. Highly recommended. Rooms were quiet and comfy. Shower was big enough for 2 people and water was hot. Great channel selection for the tv. There is a Cracker Barrel next door. The hotel does over a continental breakfast of Waffles, toast, mini muffins, cereal and coffee. Just a few blocks down is The Big Texan.

My son and I stayed here as a quick overnight stop on a long drive. For what it is, it's a great hotel. What is it? A *CHEAP* hotel. Nothing fancy, but nothing dirty or gross - actually clean and well-maintained. For the price, (<$70/night including all taxes and fees) this hotel is a functional service provider. There were several customers who appeared to be living out of their vehicles that spent the night at the hotel, and there were a lot of folks walking around the area who looked like they had on-going drug habits...so it's not a great part of town, but the parking lot was well-lit and the place was quiet. It has an included breakfast, but it is over at 9:30am, and I showed up at 9:32am to find an empty breakfast area...so don't sleep in, if you're wanting to get breakfast!
