We like this place and it is an incredible value for the area its just every time we stay here there is always some kind of odd quirck. I went to the store to get drinks and then had to go back out to get some quarters so i could get ice, what kind of hotel makes you use a quarter for ice in todays world of cards? Amazingly clean, convenient and super nice people. Just always some crazy inconvenient thing pops up

Room was very clean. Breakfast was nice. Had biscuits/gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs, muffins, oatmeal, toast, and cereal. The whole facility was very clean. Pool area was fun. Centrally located.

The room was a great size for my family of 6. The room was clean on arrival with fresh sheets and towels but the floor was dirty and needed to swept. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and it would go from hot to cold during the use. It was crowded there, so I am not sure if that had anything to do with it. The indoor pool was a great thing to have for the kids and it’s open later on the weekends.

Breakfast is very basic and don't open till 8am. U have to get pool towel from the front desk which opens later and closes sooner than most hotels. Closed the pool earlier than posted however the pool is open to 11pm which was nice.

The breakfast was good, biscuits and gravy, cereal, mini muffins daily and rotated sausage patty and eggs each day. The rooms were mostly clean. The beds were clean and comfy. The floors were very dirty, looked clean but left your feet very dirty if you walked without shoes at all. The bathroom was partially redone but had a cat like smell to it. The rest of the room smelled fine. Tv and WiFi worked great. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The balcony is shared, not private, but has a view of the main road. The pools were clean, the kids loved them. The hot tub felt nice, but it had too many chemicals and was filled with bubbles when the jets turned on. Bubbles went away after awhile after turning off the jets.

The floors in the room are filthy. Need to be mopped. The bed was supposed to be a queen size and was just a double. The bed was very broken down and uncomfortable. The toilet paper holder was solid rust. There was a bug under the washcloth on the vanity. handle on the shower fell off. Needs to be tightened.

Everything was great except the dirty shower. But once we spoke to the desk lady she immediately sent someone to clean it and get all the hair out. The floors could use a good mopping in the room. We walked in socks and turned them black within minutes

The room was very clean. However it needed alot of work. The fridge was wonky and the door frame border had been ripped apart and looked terrible. The indoor pool was a pretty long walk and up on the 3rd floor. It was a nice pool though. The elevator stunk VERY bad. It was extremely nasty. You could see where someone had spit tobacco all over the walls. Continental breakfast was great. Room was very affordable! Would be willing to stay there again

Hardwood floor turned my feet black. Tub is slippery,no mat.Shower low pressure shut off twice in 3 days, also turned cold. Teeny weeny soap " bars". Size of a piece of a Hershey bar. Unopenable shampoo packet. One outlet covered w painters tape. Rickety coat rack crookedly hung. Very odd looking. Lots of painting boo boos. Room is an improvement over a previous visit but needs to be finished. Breakfast is convenient . Location is great altho frequent loud vehicles can be clearly heard. They did try to spruce it up. But the details are lacking . Kind of old looking. A rusty toilet paper dispenser. Lots more .

The room was so nasty. The floor made our feet/socks black like it was never vacuumed. I even showed a lady at the front desk and she was so shocked at how nasty the floor was. The tub has a film like it’s never been cleaned. The bathroom sink had a film as well like it was never cleaned. Bugs flew around in the room the whole time. The room was quiet at night although the steps were right in front of our room. The area had options walkable, easy parking. The breakfast room and pool are upstairs in a very inconvenient location especially for those with handicaps. The staff has no eating utensils available if needed. There’s no iron/ironing board in the rooms; we had to ask for it. The inside of the room door was filthy. You would’ve thought it was the outside of the door and not the inside. There’s no way this facility passed inspections. The front office has so many things wrong with it too. If you just want a cheap hotel, you’re getting what you’re paying for. Best of luck to ya.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, heat and AC worked. Not all rooms have elevator access. Definitely older - towel bar in the bathroom was missing because it broke and didn't get replaced. You could tell because one bracket was still on the wall. New flooring, paint, etc, so some updates being made NOISY. Centrally located just off the main road, so some noise expected, but no noise mitigation. If you're a light sleeper ask for a back side room or one in the new building.

Staff was friendly and checkin was good. Very convenient to Dollywood Transit hub and Old Mill shopping area, and main drag. Room had a few cosmetic issues but was clean and large. Wifi did not work in room, but worked on the premises or on the balcony.

Checkin was a breeze. Friendly and informative staff. Plenty of parking. Safe area. Clean updated room. Bed was hard. Noisy location along parkway, beside gas station and car wash. Heat didn't work, but thankfully we had a room with fireplace. Didn't eat the breakfast or use the pool. Of course a million things to do in the area.

Bad: Booked for 5 day. Website says they do daily housekeeping, but they only swapped out towels. Had to ask for them to take the overflowing trash. They never once made beds or swept room. Bathroom was nice except for mold on ceiling tiles. Dumpster always had trash all around it. Good: location, pool and breakfast.

Room smelled of marijuanna and cigarette smoke. We were sick by the smell, they gave us no money back and we will not be staying here again. Moved us into another room, but too late, we were all sick. Management is terrible and doesn't care about guests and allows staff to smoke in non smoking rooms.

The room was in good condition, very clean though we did see ants around the sink, like the hard floors instead of carpet, I was concerned for my 27 year old daughter’s safety, she could not go out of our room without being approached or hit on by the male staff that cleaned the rooms & outside, the things they said to her were inappropriate, one even said are you going to swim, we want to watch, felt much safer locked in our room so we could not enjoy the pool amenities for this reason which was very disappointing

Convenient location, fairly clean. Couldnt check in before 4pm. Didnt have full housekeeping, only brought towels. Ran out of toilet paper, no new rolls in room. No iron or ironing board, had to go to office to get.

Spent just one night at Vacation Lodge on a last minute trip to meet up with family & glad I chose this hotel. I had a room facing the Parkway, and there are more rooms in the back that would be quieter, but it really wasn't noisy. My room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious & clean too. The included breakfast was in a large room in the back close to the pool. The sausages, sausage gravy & biscuits were very good! I was actually surprised at how good the biscuits were. I didn't try the eggs. Coffee was good, but only powdered creamer, no 1/2 and 1/2 or milk, but that was alright. The ladies at the front desk were personable & friendly.

Room was right next to the road and was very noisy. A group of bikers came in and took all the parking in the garage which is where we had to park. This was right under our room and made the noise issue even worse.

Easy check in, front desk was very friendly and polite. We were on 3 Rd floor on the back. Parking is alittle tight on backside and elevator was alittle hard to find since it looked like a new section. they had built. Room was nice and beds were very comfortable. Glad it's a non smoking motel

Vacation Lodge is our go to stay when in Pigeon Forge! The location is awesome! Since it’s located directly on the strip simply walk or catch a trolley! I like that each room has 2 chairs outside to be people/car watchers!

If you want to be able to walk anywhere you’d like and be within a mile of 60 restaurants alone, you’re in the right place. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at for the price and location. Will definitely be back.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows need upgraded. They are very flat and not comfortable at all. The refrigerator froze everything. The breakfast was decent but needed some more variety. Adding a waffle maker would boost it!

Central location, friendly staff. Breakfast could have been better, one day you get eggs, biscuits, gravy, cereal next day you get sausage , biscuits, gravy, cereal, mini muffins, toast. coffee, orange juice and apple juice is every day. Need to have bacon or sausage with the eggs. Gravy didn’t have much taste to it.

Decent rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast was unfortunately not so good as they only serve either sausage or bacon on certain days and some days you get only eggs and gravy with biscuits.
