Bathroom sink had a bad odor that came out every time the water was ran

Hotel was clean the rooms were clean and staff were nice and very helpful

Room was clean, and SPACIOUS. The website left no way for me to confirm I would be traveling with a service animal. As a result, I left him behind, and it was a good thing I did. Upon check-in, I inquired as to service animals and was told there was a 50lb weight limit. And since my service animal weighs 90lbs, had I brought him, I would not have been given the room I booked. The manager said “they like chihuahuas as a service animal, shepherds ”. It is obvious the Owners, Corporate, and or Managers do not know ADA laws. I was saddened by this because I plan on future trips to Cherry Grove Beach and the location of this hotel is perfect. However, I will not choose this facility in the future as per “their requirement” of a 50lb weight limit for service animals. It wasn’t like there wasn’t enough room had I brought him. The room I booked had a single king bed. I was told there would not be enough room for a 90lb service animal to navigate the room “safely”. Which was utterly ridiculous after I saw the amount of room it actually had. It had, what I would call a sitting area, a space to the side of the bed big enough to place 2 chairs, a desk with an office chair, a floor lamp and still had room. I hope the Owners, Corporate or whom ever reads this properly educates themselves (if needed), and or the managers as to ADA laws.
