.y husband stayed here fir two nights while attending a class reunion. He\'s frugal and we chise this hotel due to the modest price and what seemed like a decent location. However, he hated the place, telling me the room was dingy and very small. Also, a fire alarm in another guest\'s room went off and rang in all the other rooms which he thought was unnecessary. Perhaps that\'s required for fire code, though. He also felt the location was tricky to find. He did feel safe enough there, but didn’t like it. He also complained that the front desk clerk didn’t speak good english and when he asked for directions to a restaurant they told him to "go find someone else to ask."

There are a broken alarms, It awakes me and scared me several times at midnight It comes on for all the motel facilities at 12am 4am …….as long as someone smokes in a room My opinion they close that motel till they fix the issues When I booked 3 days on the weekend When I I asked for cancellation at 2d day they refused

The very loud fire alarm randomly went off every morning while we were sleeping!

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express concerns about my recent stay at the Knights Inn. Upon checking in, I discovered the room was a smoking room—something I was not made aware of at the time of booking. The smell of smoke and mustiness was overwhelming and made the room uncomfortable. In addition to the odor, the room had several maintenance issues. The toilet was unstable at the base, creating a safety concern, and the toilet paper holder had clearly been ripped from the wall and was poorly reattached using multiple exposed screws. These issues gave the room a neglected and unclean appearance. During my stay, a storm caused a power outage, which was understandably beyond anyone's control and resolved within a day. However, on the final night of my stay, the power went out again—this time only in my room—in the middle of the night. This added further inconvenience and discomfort, especially without any communication or support from staff during the incident. I hope you’ll consider this feedback seriously, as it reflects the need for better maintenance and clearer communication regarding room conditions during booking. I would appreciate a response regarding any steps that can be taken to make this right.

Great location! My first time in this area. The hotel is located right next to the highway. The staffers were awesome. Lots of parking spaces. Very clean environment. I had the deluxe king’s bedroom. Good price. One thing I found very good is their Wi-Fi. I was able to stream , Netflix and my other streaming services without problem, even when I connected via a VPN. Nice restaurant are nearby, even Walmart , located near a host of other stores and restaurants, is just about 5 minutes away.

Had issues with a unknown car parked in front of my door for 2 days before it moved during the day hours. I complained at the office about the car directly in front of my door. Question to th was there were no rooms within 3 doors left and right of mine occupied. Who does the car belong too I ask. This isn't the first time this has occurred. Can't upload a photo.

The bathroom had mold,the blankets had cigarette holes in them….the shower curtain had blood stains on them….sheets and pillows were very clean…..Room smelled very bad….my wife had to go to Walmart and buy a can of fresh smelling Lysol….thank god we stayed only one night …I would not stay there again

Absolutely disgusting! Smelled, burn stains on tub, black mold on tub. Stains on curtains. Dried food on the side of the bed. Something spilled sticky on floor and everything stuck to it. Hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Drawers had crumbs in them. Honestly, the worst place we have ever stayed.

The customer service was very friendly. The Clerks were very nice and easy to talk to. But there are some concerns about our stay at room 173 which lead to use leaving early and finding another place to stay. Room 173 wasn’t necessarily clean. The bathroom toilet was dirty, the bathtub was dirty as well. There was a woman’s finger nail on the floor as if no one swept the room, may I mind you that my partner doesn’t wear makeup or fake nails. The bed sheets had brown & orange stains on it and made me and my partner feel uncomfortable. But we went to sleep anyways because we were so exhausted from our travels. Since the bathtub was so dirty we didn’t use it or the shower. Instead we stood and used the sink to Wash our bodies. Due to our uncomfortability we decided to leave our room early to find another place to stay.

Check in was easy. By the next morning after my first night, I woke up with bites all over my body and bugs on my pillow. I informed the hotel, they have bedbugs. The gentleman at the front told me that he would let the manager know, but there was nothing that could be done about it. I called the next day to inform the manager, to make sure he knew the manager left at me and said that he knew they were bedbugs, but they weren’t going to do anything about it because you can’t see them. I called knights inn customer service and they also said that there was nothing that could be done about it. So don’t stay here they have bedbugs and know about it.

I didn't like the Bathroom not to clean, and later the next day when I was home I realized I had red marks on my hand and back Which is Bed Bugs bites

I really liked that I had to literally wipe down the floors because my feet were completely black. They don't wipe surfaces, they don't mop, they don't even wash the top blankets they put on the beds. And I'm almost positive the room was entered while I was at the store.

This place was disgustingly flithy. Dirty, smelly, bugs, gross bathroom & tub and an abandoned smashed up car near my room. I didn't stay more than 20 minutes. And that's even after switching rooms.

Bed bugs extremely bad!

The property i arrived at is NOT the property in the pictures! Cigarette burns in and on the bath tub, dried stains and a layer of dirt on the walls, a layer of gunk on the widow, filthy floors that turned my socks black within a minute, and a for that did not shut all the way. This is more of a temporary housing for addicts, than a hotel

It’s was terrible I got bit by bed bugs. My husband woke up to a bed bug crawling on his pillow. Because they assured us that they have pets pest control, which is a lie I have videos and pictures of my bite marks and the dirty room I went to urgent care to make sure that they are bad blades as I thought they were and they confirmed that they are. I will be taking that back now. Do not stay there.

No hot tub. Room dated. Paint cracked.

They put me in the wrong room. I paid for the biggest most expensive room they offer and they put me in the room under that one. I didn’t realize until once I got home and reviewed the pictures. The room had a lot of issues. The jet tub was dirty and pieces of it broken. The tub also leaked a bunch of water on floor from the spout when trying to fill it up. The cleanliness’s isn’t great.

Asked for non smoking and we still got a room REEKING of smoke and there was left over weed scattered on the desk and towel were tattered and toen

My room wasn't what it was on the picture with the hot tub it was a small room with annoying Neighbors And A Running Toilet that wouldn't stop water wasn't hot enough it was more cold then hot everything wasn't what was sent to me false advertisement They Said Expedia put the False Picture up there It wasn't Knights Inn Hotel that's why I texting you I'm not Understanding what is going on Why I didn't Get the room that was advertised I have a picture I snap shot it please explain something to me

Internet service is sometimes terrible.

No hand soap or tissues, dirty sheets, lack of hot water and the toilet seat was loose. A decent number of channels for the tv and a mini-fridge was a plus and the a/c was good too.

Spacious rooms

This place is really dated and the rooms are not as described . The bedding was semi clean but the mattress had warps and you it felt like it was10 years old. I was there for about 2 hours and I couldn’t get comfortable so I just checked out.

As always staff is super friendly. Always have room ready for my arrival time. When ever a issue it's attended to right away.

As always staff and management is super friendly. Room always ready and there for your needs of the stay. The only problem is when guest comes to visit or another over stayer they take up all the spaces in front of your room. I have to unloady car for a five day stay and carry it to my room which can be four doors away. Also being on law enforcement I have to hide everything in my car so it doesn't get broke in to. There's not much can be done except have them park in a area not being used and they walk four doors.

It’s always a warm and pleasant stay at this location and the staff are very nice and professional gentleman. It’s why I always come here and will continue to come !

They only serve coffee until 10 am during the week. I had to go and buy a kurig to have coffee. Not everyone gets up at 6 am
