The pool was heated, but not enough to be comfortable. The pool room heat could have also been turned up. A spa would be a good investment for the future. Otherwise, the convenience of an on site restaurant and bar was great.

The pool area was very nice and perfect for our two daughters under age 12. However, with one elevator being down it was very frustrating over the weekend to get where we needed to be on time due to the constant use of that elevator. Also, the construction workers on the 3rd floor kept hitting the button to use the elevator so almost EVERY time we were going up to the 4th floor to our room the elevator would stop on the 3rd and the smell of drywall and paint would fill the air.

Paying for parking. Seems silly for a suburban hotel charging you for parking. Also, $15.99 for what is basically a Continental breakfast that is typically free at Hilton Garden Inns in the Midwest. The room rates I understand, but charging $16 for the same things that are free elsewhere. They could also replace a lot of the cracked tile flooring. One other thing, the bathtubs slant downward in the center, so you have to stand with your feet slanted while you shower. The people that work though seemed to be friendly. I did like not having to check in at the desk and using the digital key to open the door. It is in a great location if you have family in Feasterville and also in Roxborough/Manayunk. You have told roads and non toll road options for getting around.

Dirty, run down, never got clean towels, replacement coffee, or replacement bags for ice cubes. When Wes asked for housekeeping services or replacement items, we were ignored. One of two elevators was broken. Rugs are filthy. We will never stay there again.

my water was out a few hours 1 day during my stay. they apologized and assured me it would return soon as they could. it was out for about 2hrs. so im grateful for that i atleast could workout that morning. also the printer/computer was not working properly. they was able to print my document in their office.im so grateful they were able to help me out during my stay

This was my first and last time at this hotel motel ,very disgusting I can’t even find word to discribe how dirty and the bath room was .the shower head was broken and the water wouldn’t go away from the tub .customer service took forever to bring and send extra towel ,the location was great but bad stay

Traveled with family. Hotel was average. Somewhat expensive for what it offered. Breakfast is expensive- just the typical hotel buffet breakfast. Room was spacious but could use a deep clean. Hotel pool was tiny. Staff was nice and easy to work with.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The rooms are very dark, creating an uninviting and gloomy atmosphere. Overall, the hotel is in need of serious renovation. One of the two elevators was completely out of service, and the remaining one felt unreliable and was extremely slow. The floors in our room were dirty, with visible debris. Additionally, some of the in-room technology was not working, which further impacted our comfort. This added to the overall impression of poor maintenance throughout the property. The hotel staff was friendly and tried their best, but they seemed overwhelmed—likely due to a lack of proper support from management. It really feels like the hotel management is not fulfilling its responsibilities. That’s a real shame, because with some care and a thorough renovation, this place could have potential. As it stands now, though, I can’t recommend it.

When I checked into this hotel I was impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby and parking area, unfortunately the illusion was shattered when we walked into our room and there was peanuts on the floors by the beds and apparently a hidden heroin detox pill that was found by my toddler left from a previous occupant. I immediately had to report to management, and rush my toddler to the nearest emergency room. Manager ShayLynn was courteous and continued to check on my daughter throughout the stay and comped my stay due to the incident as well as took a copy of her discharge paperwork to handle the cost of the hospital visit if needed. Parking lot on a regular basis was full of cars and no spots were available. Housekeeping did rectify situation but only after having to be redirected twice to clean up peanuts that were pushed to the head of the bed. Do I think the hotel was horrible? No, but the housekeeping staff definitely needs better training and the management needs to start thinking twice about the apparent drug addict customers they keep on their property. As a Hilton Honors member I personally would not recommend staying at this hotel to any of my family or friends.

I rated this as an overall "terrible" experience due to the fact that upon arriving in my room, I pulled down the covers to find that while the bed had been made, the sheets had NOT been changed out! The sheets were wrinkled from a body having slept on them and they were covered with hair and lint! I was so grossed out! I called the front desk asking for new sheets but they took so long to get them to me that I actually went to them and asked for another room. They were able to accommodate me but I felt dirty the entire time I was there.

When I checked in I was given a key to my room by a gentleman who was on the phone helping someone but never acknowledged me until after he hung up. When I went into my room the tub was dirty, I called the front desk and they gave me a key to the room next door. The key didn’t work. There was a janitor in the hallway with a master that was kind enough to open the door and advised that the front desk clerk would come back up with my room key. He never came. Once I entered the room, I did another inspection and the toilet was disgusting. I didn’t make a big fuss but I was sure to let someone know. As I was leaving out there must have been a shift change because original guy was gone and there was a young lady there whom I told about my room. She told her shift supervisor who said she’d take care of it. She never did. As I was checking out, the guy that checked me in was back on his shift and I expressed dissatisfaction. He told me that the General Manager would be there shortly and he would have him give me a call. I never received a call. Needless to say…. I’ll never stay at this hotel again. Cleanliness in a hotel is vital and this hotel failed.

The A/C in the room rattled like a freight train. We had to sleep with it off. The faucet in the shower leaked badly. It was tightened but then way to difficult to turn on. The staff was responsive to requests.

We stayed here for one night on a road trip. The property was clean, and the rooms were spacious enough that we did not feel crowded with two adults and two teens in the room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only downside was that noise from a neighbouring room could be heard very clearly through a bathroom vent.

HORRIBLE! Came at check in rooms weren’t available for over an hour and I booked for the 8th to the 9th and they booked a 2nd night without my authorization for the 7th which resulted in me coming as a no show and being charged. I had to call hotels.com to sort it all out in which the hotel couldn’t do much and I had to be temporarily charged full price for the hotel with no discount. The room I booked 8-9 was king size and they had NONE available so we settled for 2 beds queen but went to the room and the tub had black spots on it and it just wasn’t anything I could settle for. I asked for a refund and booked a hotel down the road 16 min away which was phenomenal. I’m still stuck on how the cleaning crew didn’t have rooms ready when everyone in the lobby was there at check in. The wait was horrible my food I brought in was cold it was just bad energy and I couldn’t stay longer now waiting on my refund from hotels.com and this terrible hotel. The front desk was helpful and it was not her fault but the hotel itself needs to tighten up because it was very unprofessional. How do you book a extra night on someone’s account without authorization? I would have went the 7th if I was aware but even then I requested a king bed. Still upset and my reservation was canceled for a restaurant nearby. Very upset. -1 star

The hotel was easy to find and has a good size parking lot with free parking. The room was spacious. We had a double with enough space to fit another bed or couch. The room was pretty clean, however during our wipe down we found one towel with small red stains on it. We brought it to the front desk and they exchanged it immediately. Our only issue was the room had a clear smoke smell when we entered with our family of four with two small children. The hotel has signs in the lobby and hallway stating that this is a smoke-free facility. However, it was clear the previous guests ignored that policy. I thought this issue up at the front desk and I was told the manager would follow up with me, and they never did, even after I checked in three different times to see if a different room was available or a discount could be offered for the inconvenience. I bought Febreeze and aired out the room as best as possible.

Front desk was rude and unaccommodating. Didn’t ask for ID or incidental card on check in. Almost everyone was not wearing anything indicating they worked for Hilton, not even a name tag. When I checked in I was given a key to my room by a gentleman who was on the phone helping someone but never acknowledged me until after he hung up. When I went into my room the tub was dirty, I called the front desk and they gave me a key to the room next door. The key didn’t work. There was a janitor in the hallway with a master that was kind enough to open the door and advised that the front desk clerk would come back up with my room key. He never came. Once I entered the room, I did another inspection and the toilet was disgusting. I didn’t make a big fuss but I was sure to let someone know. As I was leaving out there must have been a shift change because original guy was gone and there was a young lady there whom I told about my room. She told her shift supervisor who said she’d take care of it. She never did. As I was checking out, the guy that checked me in was back on his shift and I expressed dissatisfaction. He told me that the General Manager would be there shortly and he would have him give me a call. I never received a call. Needless to say…. I’ll never stay at this hotel again. Cleanliness in a hotel is vital and this hotel failed.

The property is conveniently located to major highways and very clean. The staff were nice and polite. There is a small fee for parking even though one of the amenities checks free parking. My wife and I had our son with us and our room had a King bed, but no couch which meant things were a little cozy. They have no roller beds and wanted to charge us extra to get a room with a pullout bed couch. Given we marked 3 travelers I thought we would have at least had a couch. I still would recommend the place just know your expectations might not align and parking is not free.

The pool was heated, but not enough to be comfortable. The pool room heat could have also been turned up. A spa would be a good investment for the future. Otherwise, the convenience of an on site restaurant and bar was great.

My exeriences as a Hilton Garden Inn were always positive. The Garden Inn at Fort Washington, PA was no exception. The lobby restaurant served good quality food from their dinner and breakfast menus. Also, it seems that Hilton is bringing back internet streaming TV to their guestrooms. I was very happy to use this service at Fort Washington.

Paying for parking. Seems silly for a suburban hotel charging you for parking. Also, $15.99 for what is basically a Continental breakfast that is typically free at Hilton Garden Inns in the Midwest. The room rates I understand, but charging $16 for the same things that are free elsewhere. They could also replace a lot of the cracked tile flooring. One other thing, the bathtubs slant downward in the center, so you have to stand with your feet slanted while you shower. The people that work though seemed to be friendly. I did like not having to check in at the desk and using the digital key to open the door. It is in a great location if you have family in Feasterville and also in Roxborough/Manayunk. You have told roads and non toll road options for getting around.

Did not see anything about having to pay for parking in the hotel lot, I was charged. Food was terrible!! They must of poured so much pepper in my pasta could not eat it, plus they did not offer to replaced it.

We reserved a King/Shower room and it was very good. Very comfortable bed and soft towels. On check in we had Wilson who was very polite and knowledgeable about hotel and area we were staying in.
