We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn (2 kids, 2 adults with family staying in the room next to us too, also 2 adults and 2 kids). Plenty of parking. Everything was very clean, from the front desk to our room on the second floor. The kids loved the free hot chocolate in the lobby. I loved the soap in our room (the scent). The staff were veey welcoming and friendly and answered all questions. For my son's severe food allergy, they showed me the packages of the waffle mix with ingredients to make sure it was safe for him. I was so very grateful! Most places would not be that caring and accomodating. Overall, a wonderful, quick, one-night visit! The one "downside" were the pillows were super squishy/soft, and it would be better to have two soft and two hard pillows per bed to even out comfort levels. But the beds themselves were very comfortable.

I didn't like that there was no indoor pool.

Decent clean friendly hotel that is easily accessible and has ample parking. Rates were good. Rooms were clean. Lots of stuff nearby. No EV chargers on premises.

Stayed here for a soccer tournament at United Sports. Close to the fields, close to shopping, great location and great hotel! Breakfast area was a little cramped and got crowded quickly. Outside pool is very very tiny.

Staff was good only concern was the air conditioner had mold they switched us room otherwise the stay was good.

My family was given a room on the first floor, across from the laundry room. It smelled HORRIBLE. The room was damp and the smell was a mixture of stale cigarette smoke, wet dog and cheap perfume. The hotel was booked so we couldn’t change rooms. But for what we paid ($305 after tax) for a one night stay, someone should have offered us something for putting up with the smell. The hallways were hot annd stuffy, you can’t socialize in the lobby after 11pm, And the breakfast food was not good. several basic things like bagels and waffle mix ran out 20 minutes before breakfast ended at 10. We have stayed at Several Hampton Inns and I would never stay at this location ever again.

Hotel had the cleanest bathroom I’ve ever seen in any hotel. The beds were so comfortable! Room was very quiet. The free breakfast was delicious! One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Have family nearby so definitely booking again!

Everything was a OK, the rooms were clean and neat, bathroom was also very clean and neat and the breakfast spread was great!

All spaces (room, lobby, elevators) very clean and well-maintained; breakfast both mornings was hot and fresh; front desk staff were friendly and professional. We will definitely stay here again.

The charging station in the room was pretty dirty. Other than that I enjoyed my stay there.

Everything was nice except breakfast if I'm paying the amount that I paid for a hotel My girlfriend who is allergic to blueberries should be able to eat more than cereal that was very annoying and the room was really nice but the TV was from 2004 maybe at best the bed was pretty crappy looks nice but as far as comfort 6/10

The walls are very thin in this hotel. I could hear the person in the bathroom above me, which wasn't pleasant. The bathrooms were very nice though and the rooms were clean. You can hear everything going on in the hallways and rooms next to you and just not a quiet stay. A busload of people came in the day I was there and we had no room to sit down at a table. They need a bigger seating area. They had large fridges in the rooms but older microwaves and when I used mine it made an extremely loud squealing noise.

Everything was great besides the bed, was stiff as a box full of books. Very uncomfortable to sleep on.

The service was great. The bed was way too hard for my comfort level. Small breakfast area, so the mornings were very busy and cramped. Overall, a nice location and amenities.

Stayed one night. Check in was quick and efficient, completed by friendly and competent front desk staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Initially there was intermittent banging noise behind the wall near the closet. I asked if it was the elevator shaft and was told my room was far from the elevator but an ice machine was nearby. The room was located directly around the corner from the elevator. Nonetheless it did stop after awhile and I was able to sleep soundly.

I truly enjoyed the friendly staff, the overall cleanliness, and most of all the comfortable bed. I also want to mention how quiet it was allowing a good night’s nice sleep.

We checked in early in the morning and the key card maker wasn't working. The staff had to let us into our room with their master key. He said he'd slide keys under our door once he got the maker working again. He didn't and he didn't tell the day staff about the issue. We did get keys in the morning. We could hear music coming from another room at 2:00am, but couldn't figure out what room. The rest of the time, the room was pretty quiet. The room was clean and comfortable.

Very convenient location for us, and the hotel was very nice. The only comment I have is that the rooms need updated to accommodate charging the many devices most of us travel with these days. The nightstands had a 110 outlet, but USB ports would be nice.

AC loud, disrupts sleep as it cycles on and off. Breakfast terrible, worst I’ve ever had.

“Maddie” was wonderful at the check-in desk. She was very welcoming and cheerful. She was just great! I travel a lot and wish every check-in person could be like her. Sets the mood for the entire trip.

We didn’t get the room type we reserved. The check in person really didn’t try to resolve that she just gave us another room type and said the website must have screwed up.

Hotel attendant was terrible. He was on his phone when we walked in for check in which was around 4pm. He didn’t even ask for my ID, just my name. And the worse part is that he handed me my keys and didn’t even tell me where to go. The room was okay and the breakfast was very limited.

We arrived much earlier than our check-in time and inquired whether a hospitality room was available. Cheryl informed us that for a small fee, we could do an early check in. Decision was easy, early check in! Room was perfect, mattress great and the showers hot!. The breakfast was so so as the potatoes weren't thoroughly cooked through, the egg cheese omelet tasteless and the muffins stale. Nice hotel overall.

Great hotel if looking to visit Philly but not stay in the city. Convenient highway access, easy drive into town and a train station not too far away. Multiple entry ways to the hotel so not many detours to reach the correct roadway. Smallish town, but lots of food and shopping opportunities near the hotel. Had no problems finding anything I needed. The main areas of the hotel were clean. Coffee was available in the lobby 24 hours a day, check-in was a breeze and there were sitting areas in a lobby, breakfast area and by the pool. Front and rear entrances were helpful and no wait at the elevators. Hallways were clean and quiet. The room was quiet, tidy and comfortable. There was a little noise from the highway, but nothing that interrupted conversation or sleep. The bed was had a spring mattress and was firm, but I was able to sleep well and did not wake up with any pain. Sitting chair in the room was well used and lacked back support, but nothing I'd complain about. About. 37in television, but worked just fine. Did not hear any noise from the adjoining rooms or hallway during my stay either. Small but comfortable bathroom. Lots of hot water in the bathroom sink and shower. Traditional tub instead of walk-in shower and the shower is a little raised from the floor so be mindful of that when exiting the shower. Overall opinion was excellent, clean, comfortable hotel and I plan to stay here if travelling in the area again.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The handicap bathroom was large. I stayed 3 nights on a non-refundable reservation, otherwise I’d have left early. The reasons why is because the room was so stuffy it was hard to breathe at night. The windows can’t open, so the only relief was to use the air conditioner on high, which made it very cold and hard to sleep. Considering I had a handicap room, I was surprised by being on the 3rd floor with a long walk down a corridor and around a corner to the elevator. Also on the walk was a very forceful vent blowing cold air each time you pass it. The breakfast food was very gross. Velveta cheese eggs, food had that stale reheated taste and texture, pastries were dry. Overall the toast and coffee were the best bets. Tables were sticky each day. I include this not to be picky, but to let others be aware. When you’re booking out of state, you don’t always know what you’re getting. When I checked out, I wasn’t asked how my stay was. I won’t stay here again or recommend it.

Needed a hotel for one night. The room was clean. The room was comfortable. The air conditioning was a little loud because it’s one of the standalone units. The breakfast was OK. Need to have more fresh fruit and other options there. No breakfast meats

My stay at the Hampton was great. The staff was friendly, lots of parking, room was excellent. Breakfast was good. I would rate it as one of the nicer stays I have had.
