We needed a place to stay as we had an early flight the manager of the hotel allowed us to leave our cars there until we got back from our vacation. This is why we chose this hotel. He gave us free parking and it was very convenient.

From check in to check out was a nightmare. Upon check in they cram you in this tiny box because they don’t want to open up the rest of the lobby for whatever reason. Then you stand in line only to get attitude from the guy at check in. Didn’t want to give me a receipt for the deposit I paid in cash. Elevator is on its last leg and shakes terribly when on it. And we were on the 3rd flood. We asked if we could have rooms next door to our sister in law and they put us on two totally different halls but I guess since it was on the same floor they didn’t care. Bathroom is painfully small. Like you can’t even turn around in it. Bed is awfully firm and horrible to sleep on. And this was only a one night stay. We drove all the way from Florida. Definitely will NEVER stay again. Upon check out it was a hassle to get our deposit back and the lady at the front desk was equally rude as the first guy. Only working ice machine is the one right by the front desk so be prepared to walk if you are in the back building. Save your money and stay somewhere else if you can.

I'll just begin at the beginning. The gentleman working the front desk as soon as I entered was rude. And suddenly there was a $50 (subject to change without notice) CASH ONLY deposit that needed to be paid. No cash on hand? No worries, there's a BROKEN ATM in the lobby (which angered the gentleman in front of me who had to then leave and find the closest ATM to get cash). He felt the need to tell me TWICE that there was no smoking in our room. Well, considering that I booked a non-smoking room due to my asthma, I would certainly hope that I wouldn't be smoking. Now to the motel room. I paid for a premium room that was supposed to have better linens and snacks. It had neither. At first glance everything seemed clean, but the shower left a lot to be desired. And the bathroom was extremely After a 7 hour drive, we discovered in the middle of the night that the bed was broken. While heating up food, I noticed that the tray that was inside the microwave did not match the microwave and it just moved all over the place while in use. The following day while preparing to go to our event, we discovered that the iron wasn't working. Thankfully there was a female working when I asked for a new one, and she was somewhat more polite than the gentleman from the day before. The lounge chair in the room is dirty and the corner has been torn. While it is eco-friendly to not clean the rooms everyday during an extended stay, it would be beneficial to have more than one trash can in the room.

While I reserved a Supreme King room, the room did not have a working refrigerator, a TV with only a few channels that did not work reliably, no phone and was in poor condition.when I tried to call the front desk with my cell phone, no one answered. The gentleman at the front desk must have been here alone as, he had to keep leaving the front so people had to wait quite long to check in or get help. The ice machine in my building didn’t work and the only one that worked was in the front.

I got there at 7pm check in was long but after being there for a few hours I found bed bugs me and my company decided to leave immediately. I asked for a refund and the guy at the front desk said he couldn't give it back. Told me to call in the morning. Needless to say that did not help..

I hate leaving bad reviews of places and therefore only do it when I feel it is truly needed. On a positive note the beds were extremely comfortable. Other than that the room smelled like corn chips, the blanket (non smoking room) had cigarette burns; the shower and bathroom in general had hairs all over; the toilet shot water out of the side when flushed, lights above beds did not work, filters had not been cleaned in who knows how long and my all time favorite free roomies disguised as roaches!! I called the front desk to make sure I did not get any charges for broken/burned items etc due to their big sign in front of how much you would pay for each item "ruined." Front desk guy said he would be right up --90min later I had to call back to remind him he said he was coming. He came to basically look, shrug and say "I will tell them in the morning." If we were not so tired and did not have a 5hr drive home we would have checked out. Do better people!!!!

For this to say it’s a plus hotel I didn’t see anything that was a plus. When we got to our room it was so small, on top of that you can hear if people was talking outside your room. Then we realized there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, you had to go downstairs next to the office if you wanted to heat your food up. Which the guy who checked us in didn’t say anything about that. On top of that the tub was very dirty it didn’t look like anybody cleaned it. My first and last time staying here. There is 3 other hotels in the same place as this one that I think would have been better if we stayed there.

The employee who checked me in at 7pm said there was only one room remaining with 2 beds even though there were hardly many cars in the parking lot. I went to the room and it smelled of strong marijuana. There were signs everywhere for a smoking fine. He insisted there were no other rooms for about 15 minutes after I returned to the front desk. Finally he said he was saving a room for another reservation. I’ve not yet writen a review here ever and I rarely ever complain about anything but this place should not be permitted to market themselves as a Red Roof. The second room was better but still smelled of tobacco smoke in the bathroom, had no soap and the elevator looks like a death trap. This place is one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever stayed.

They gave away all eight reservations of my group. I had reserved a king bed, but he only had one double and said it was the same price. This is a welfare hotel and should be removed from your website. I had to call the police because because the desk clerk wouldn’t call the manager, and refused to explain. I paid $159.00 at another hotel when this was my free room. Even their corporate office didn’t pick up. When I was told by your help desk that the clerk canceled my room, that was the only answer I received. Although I received a refund from your company, I believe I should get further compensation.

I showed up late to the hotel due to a flight delay and was informed that they had overbooked so there were no rooms available even though i booked and paid for the room several weeks in advance. Therefore in the middle of the night i had to look for accommodations elsewhere. After my trip trying to get my refund was a nightmare. Still waiting on a reply from the property manager and it's already been one week.

3pm check in was a mess. No early check-in and a line out the door. A sign that said 50.00 cash deposit required was on the office window so i used an ATM while in line (for a half hour) and drew out the money. Was never asked for it at the window. Otherwise clean. Bed was all springs and not comfortable

The facilities were fine and clean. However, we heard yelling with curse words and threats at 1 am and the area was overall unsafe. We also saw police presence due to vandalism. They do include that it’s a police friendly area so that can be a red flag. Also, the room service is for those who stay 3 nights or longer.

Hotel was clean and very economical.Very close to the highway ,so it makes it convenient to get around the city of Philadelphia.Springfield mall and ALDIs market were both about a 10 minute drive away from the location.
