The facilities are terribly outdated and filthy! No swimming pool like stated on website and no breakfast was provided even though it stated so…. I wouldn’t have eaten there anyway though. The lobby, elevators and corridors are filthy. My room was cleaner than I had to expected, however. It wasn’t perfect, but it wasn’t as dirty as the public areas.

The elevator, exterior and entry area were not very well maintained. The room, however, was clean and comfortable. Unusable coffeemaker and there was a window screen propped against the refridgerator. The bar does not belong to the hotel but it is attached and was a friendly fun Mexican restaurant Sir Jalapenos. The service there was great and thr food was as well. I dont believe the hotel has an operating pool. Inexpensive and convenient.

only one elevator was working, the pool was out of order, unable to connect to the hotel wifi, lock on room door was broken and anyone could walk into my room without a key even if latched, was booked into one room and given the keys to another one so at midnight I was woken up with someone attempting to enter my room because they gave the one I was in to someone else. Staff was unconcerned with the different issues when I reported them, and the whole hotel gave the impression of the owners trying to spend the least amount to keep it open.

Cons: Hotel is dated, looks untidy and deserted. The rear parking lot is riddled with huge pot holes. The rooms are dated and not cleaned thoroughly between guest. (I found stuff left behind in my room from previous guest. Soda machines are out of order. Pool water looked cloudy. No breakfast, even though they advertise hot breakfast. Told at front desk breakfast was being served on weekends only. Not true. No breakfast at all. (I stayed during the weekend) Make reservations with an outside site like Expedia to get the best rates. I extended my stay a few extra days, and the front desk tried to charge me $40 more extra per day than my original reservation i did through Expedia. When i asked if they could match Expedia's rate, they said there system would've allow them to modify the rate. Restaurant on site (mexican food) was completely empty all day long and looks very dated. Pros: Very hot water in shower. That was nice. Near major roadways. Lots of nearby eateries. Lots of parking in rear parking lot (despite the pot holes)

Bath is in dirt with hair nobody cleaned it! Bad sheets had never been changed after previous customers. Blood stains(probably somebody’s periods), hair and other things on it. Disgusting!

I would never recommend this place! filthy, live bugs in drawers, overwhelming mold smell. Walked in ...walked out still charged for the room!!! hotel.com will you even back up this refund!!

It was the worst!! First they gave me a room that was already occupied then they gave us a room with one hand towel and one body towel and no wash cloths and when I asked for more they said the cleaning staff had not came in yet and when they get there they’ll bring some more but they never came. Good thing my fiancé had taking a shower already so I just showered with what I had. Then I called down the next day to get wash cloths and towels and was told the same thing I was told the day before and still haven’t received them so I ended up buying my own from Wal-Mart and the elevator and hallways were junky the room had cobwebs all in the corner and the picture on the wall had dust all over it. The only good thing about the place was the pillows were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot and clean but the bathroom sink was clogged up. I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody but not even a stray animal.

WiFi was down. Room was in terrible condition. Water damage/mold in the room (I'm not sure which...I did take pictures.) Ants in the bathroom...in my 6th floor room. Stains on the comforter and shower curtain. I've stayed at several other Baymonts in the last 2 weeks...all were far better than this room.

Upon arrival the wifi was out, when we got our room keys, we went to get on the elevator it had a very strong odor of Marijuana despite it was clearly stated no smoking. When we arrived to our room, the dresser was clearly broke, the tub had an empty bottle of body wash in the bottom of the tub. They only gave you 1 was cloth, 1 towel and 1 hand towel. So if you sharing the room with anyone. Only one of you can shower. There was coins between the sheets and the mattress (no idea how or why). Behind the garbage can you could clearly see what looked like coffee had run down the wall, and wasn't cleaned up. The next morning, The continental breakfast was less than what you'd expect. Hard boiled eggs, sausage patties, waffles, and cold cereal. Powdered creamer for coffee. I asked for housekeeping but not sure if they did what was asked. The coffee on the wall still remained, and the TV didn’t work when we returned, but it did when left that morning. For some reason they unplugged the TV This location has a lot of potential. It's sad to see it in such disrepair.

It was late, we were tired and this location was close. Check in was no problem, went quick. The room we were given had a few issues so we notified the young man at the front desk and he set us up with another room. This room was much better. Don’t always sleep well in hotels, usually the bed is the culprit, but slept well that night. Felt rested when I got up. All and all it was a good stay.

The first room we had the heater didn't work and the hot water was not present and the mattress springs were broken and made for a terrible night's sleep. The next morning I asked for a new room and this one the heater worked great, but the shower faucet was broken and keep the shower on straight hot water which was there! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was horrible. We were givin the wrong room upon arrival, I booked a king we got a double. They kindly moved us to a handicapped room, as I was traveling with a man in a wheelchair. The hand sink had no running water, one of the bedframes was broken, so the head of the bed was almost on the floor. There was food behind the night stand. I notified the manager, we were too tired to move rooms again. He said he would have it fixed in the morning. The maintenance man came and said that he couldn’t fix it and would tell the front desk. We checked out the morning of 6/20. The manager said that I needed to contact you for a refund.

It was late, we were tired and this location was close. Check in was no problem, went quick. The room we were given had a few issues so we notified the young man at the front desk and he set us up with another room. This room was much better. Don’t always sleep well in hotels, usually the bed is the culprit, but slept well that night. Felt rested when I got up. All and all it was a good stay.

The staff was so helpful and kind to us. the rooms were very cleN and the bed felt like heaven on my tired body. The elevator and hallways looked in need of care but the rooms were great. They were under repairs so we didnt get to use all the amenities.

This place is gross. It smells disgusting. Elevator is out of order. They charge a deposit that is supposed to be refunded upon check out. It wasn’t. They offer breakfast but it’s toast and cereal. It’s noisy. The fire alarm was constantly going off. The people are very rude at the desk. The entire hotel is run down and in a terrible area.

The lovely young woman at the front desk was very accommodating for check-in and check out. She let us check in early and was very understanding about our inadvertently late check out. The room was equipped with everything we needed, including a nice little mini-fridge, though the overall decor was quite dated. Given the neighborhood, I’m surprised I felt as safe and comfortable as I did there! If you’re in the area and absolutely have to stay, this place is your best choice without a doubt.

Great location. No long-term maintenance done. Almost looks abandoned. Weeds grown up all the way around building. Exterior siding filthy and interior carpet had foot worn paths almost to black. Breakfast very meager and not fresh, egg & sausage patties hard around the edges. Air conditioner so loud that I couldn't even hear the television.

Horrible hotel. It was like entering the projects. It’s apparent that it’s a transient/homeless hotel. Everything was run down or broken. The people in the pothole-ridden parking lot and hotel hallways used bad language and were intimidating. I would avoid this hotel like the plague.

I have never seen a hotel property in this bad shape! Looks like Wyndham has no idea what is happening in their frenchies. - The bed put together on brick and wood pieces - Sink did not drain - No breakfast! Everything empty, no front desk staff at the breakfast time. - it was heart breaking to see kids coming to breakfast room, and scraping for cereal! - elderly coming to the breakfast room and returning in a surprise! - they complained that there room water was too hot to even wash hands, there was no way for them to cool the water. They left the hotel without bath and breakfast. - the bed sheet had guck on it. - this was common experience shared by all the guests who came to the breakfast room on Oct 20th morning. Very very bad property and management!! It is shame that Expedia has the property advertised on their app and sites. It is a disgrace to Wyndham franchise.

The pros: room had plenty of space, the TVs worked, and the beds were clean. The staff were very nice and accommodating with the need for extra towels. However. The whole place needs an update and deep cleaned. The shower/tub knob stuck, there was not a lot of hot water, there was hair in the tub, the carpets were sticky, the hallway ice dispenser did not work, and breakfast was unavailable "due to construction".

Cons: Hotel is dated. Mostly empty. No breakfast despite breakfast being advertised. (Staff said they now serve breakfast only on weekends, but then no breakfast was served on Saturday. No staff available to make the breakfast was the explanation they gave me) Pro: they have plenty of hot water for showers
