Place was decent. It was in a good area and convenient for us coming for a wedding. We were on the 1st floor which was fine. It needs a few upgrades here and there but nothing overly noticeable. My only complaint was the pool. There was a baseball team there who decided the pool was their property. Using water squirters, screaming/yelling, whipping towels and no parents in sight. It was hard for my toddlers to swim with all of that going on. Breakfast options were slim but it was still good enough for my kids to eat. Overall a decent stay

The sign about reoccuring break ins was a little worrisome, but I didn’t have any issues with this during my stay. The front desk and breakfast workers were kind. Breakfast is pretty much what I would’ve expected. The hotel was quiet. The only problem was that it didn’t seem like the shower had been cleaned, because there was like black shoe like marks on the bottom of the shower.

Spent 1 night here and it was very nice. Everything was clean and well maintained. The only downside was how the parking lot was laid out. I drove my truck there (F-150) and the parking lot was sort of hard to maneuver through when it was busy there. But that is not the fault of the hotel at all. Other than that, everything else was wonderful. Would stay here again.

Either a newly built hotel or a newly renovated one. However the owner must have cheaped out on a few things. Because of exterior lights, our room was lit up all night like it was sunset outside. Simple blackout curtains would have taken care of it….instead of sleeping with two pillows over my face to block out the light. Also the walls are very thin. We were able to hear (and laugh at) the conversations had by the guests next door. They weren’t even talking loud. But the walls are so thin. I guess that is cheaper than making soundproof rooms with thicker walls. But the hotel staff, breakfast and cleanliness were all great. The pool is really tiny but looked clean. The photos on their website make it look much larger than it it.

The room had a bad smell. I informed the front desk they came and sprayed, but the room still had a bad smell. One of the beds in the room had stained sheets and blanket. The breakfast was okay. The pool was good. Nice for a short stay.

Our room had mildew growing all over the bathroom vent. Our iron was covered in melted something that would have ruined our dress clothes has we not noticed. Our room phone was not connected at all. Breakfast was very subpar. It was mostly clean and enjoyable outside of that. There is also the roar of cars on the highway next to it. So if you are a light sleeper think of a different location.

Friendly staff at check in. There were small black ants around the room and on all counter tops, luckily we didn't have any food that needed to be brought into the room. If we had to spend any amount of time (other than sleeping) I would have changed hotels.

Our stay was good . Staff very friendly & helpful . The bathroom in our suite, specifically the shower did not look very clean we showered in our shoes . The breakfast was not what we expected from staying at your other properties . We went out for breakfast both days . The overall comfort of the stay was excellent.

Room smelled like sewer gas, toilet was freshly caulked was the wax ring installed properly? Toilet seat was covered in debris and sheet had multiple hairs resembling pubic hair. Vert disappointed!

Our room had the appearance of being recently redecorated. Although there were a few minor things missing, like an iron and clothes hangers and ironing board, we had everything we needed. The sitting room had a separate thermostat from the bedroom, which was really nice. Also, the bedroom had a separate tv from the sitting room. Everything was neat, clean, and convenient.

The staff were great and our room was clean amd quite a bit more spaciois than we anticipated. However, the building is showing its age. There were holes in interior doors in our room and no hanging bars to hang things in in closeted areas. If we were staying for longer than one night, I would have complained. Bit for one night, it was fine and we had a good trip.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We wanted to stay an extra night and I accidentally booked the incorrect date. However, the staff noticed this and was able to accommodate our stay for the correct dates we wanted. Room was clean comfortable. Will stay again!

Stayed new years eve, would have been nicer if breakfast end time was later on sunday. Went down at 9am and there as empty tray of cinnamon rollls, I asked staff if there were any more, she said no at first then pulled a tray out. She said i really don't want to because you will take a couple and ill throw the rest away. She could have left them out as other people also just came in but she pulled the tray and took them away. Turned juice machine off also even though people were asking for juice. Just think day after could have stayed open longer. Left a bad taste in my mouth and i will be telling people about that. Too bad she should not be in service position or been told depending on crowd at 9 we may need to stay open later on new years day.

Our stay was a wonderful experience from the time we checked in to the time we left. The staff was courteous, accommodating and considerate; from the check in, cleaning, cooking. The breakfast has real food choices as well as quick and easy. Very accessible to places like Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Kohl's etc. Clean and safe environment. Will definitely choose Holiday Inn Express as my travel hotel.

This is a nice hotel, in an area full of hotels. I had a very nice room. Only a few points taken off because they missed a spot cleaning the toilet. Other than that it was very nice. The staff was nice and the breakfast was great. I would stay here again.
