Spacious, pet-friendly suites. While breakfast options are limited and the rooms could use a refresh, the team members are helpful and the location is easy to find. Even with dogs in nearby rooms, the hotel was quiet.

There needs to be more help. I couldn’t check in upon arrival because there was nobody at the desk. The directions to request assistance were inaccurate because the sign was backwards, which is an honest mistake, but wouldn’t have mattered if the attendant wasn’t so overloaded with work. I believed the attendant was a good, hardwood young man, but he was doing about three people’s jobs. Also, the elevator was not working, and I was fighting a slight respiratory problem, so that was more challenging than it needed to be. It doesn’t seem like they have a well run operation.

Trash everywhere, dirty carpet, hallways smell and elevator was dirty too with a huge puddle in it. I had to check for bed bugs, thankfully there weren’t any

Like the kitchen area and the layout of the room. Laundry facility is a unique added amenity.

Lobby and elevator could have been cleaner. Smell throughout the whole place, but was adequate for my needs.

When walking in the floors where dirty. Garbage wasn't pulled from hallways. When enter the room the carpet had a good rip in it. The cabinet where not clean when opened. Side of the container was coming undone. Shower was making a loud noise when you turned it on.

First impression was a dirty check-in area and it took 5 minutes for somebody to come to the desk to acknowledge us. When we stepped out of the elevator on the 2nd floor, the hallway smelled terrible. The room was not good. Lights didn’t work. We pulled down the covers and there were hairs all over the sheets. I tried to use the bathroom and the toilet didn’t flush. We didn’t spend 15 minutes there. Nobody was at the front desk to speak to so we put the key in the box and left and had to go find another hotel in the area. It was terrible. I do not understand how it has so many good reviews.

While the room was clean, the property didn't feel tended to. The front desk was not staffed when I arrived and the person who showed up very unkempt. The smell of marijuana smoke filled the hallways, even in the non-smoking building. The sign-in even alluded to tenants, which made me think that the hotel was alternative housing. Little things, like the bathroom light, which probably had a 15-watt bulb making it hard to see set a bad vibe to the place. One guest set off the building's smoke alarm which required the fire department to show up to investigate. I won't stay there again, even with the good rate and clean room.

The property management is terrible. Room had Carpet Beetles running across pillows and bed( have video) I asked for room to be cleaned and left to stay with family. Came back 2 days later and room not touched. I checked out right then. I should have just left day 1. I want my money back.

Totally gross. My room reeked of cigarette smoke, mildew, and cat urine. There were flies and gnats in the room. The carpet and bathroom were dirty. There was even a bonus dirty sock laying in the corner of the room. If I hadn't prepaid and arrived at such a late time of day I would have stayed somewhere else. I decided to just suck it up and stay. To be slightly fair, the rate was cheap so I guess I got what I paid for. Terrible.

Tne hotle was filthy from the front doors to the wall of elevators. The concierge checked me in and put me in 3rd floor cause shady people walking in. They all looked like drug users.. when I check out cops all over the hotel floors and outside. Its sad csuse hotel is in nice area walking distance to restarants

First and last time I stay here. Left with bug bites all over my body... Maybe bed bugs? Stay was fine but not worth getting bit to hell. Will spend a few bucks more and try somewhere else. Good luck if u staying here

Stay was very good. Room was very clean and comfortable.They had snacks for the morning.

Without a doubt, this was the most unclean hotel room I've ever seen. Stains on the carpet, the wall by the heater, and all over one of the business chairs. I spent the first 10 minutes cleaning every surface with Clorox wipes. I have stayed in Extended Stays numerous times in the Cleveland area. All have been clean and comfortable. Other than sleeping (bed was fine), I kept my shoes on the entire time. The next morning, I left as soon as I could. Breakfast was coffee and a handful of granola bars. The front desk area was also unclean. It would not have taken much effort to simply spray down the check in area and wipe down the touch pad. The only reason I didn't walk out the door on sight that night was because it was too late.

The check-in process was not difficult, however it did take a handful of minutes to have someone at the desk to do so. Once we arrived at the room, we found it to be dirty and unkempt (sticky hangers, dirt and debris on the floor [my husband would not take off his socks to walk barefoot], cobwebs in corners, dusty fixtures, crumbs on chairs and in drawers, hair in the bathtub and mold around the spigot, filthy filters in the heater, stains walls and chairs, chipped paint, and cracked drywall.) Our stay had been prepaid and was nonrefundable, otherwise we would have left immediately for other accommodations. We had planned to use the stove included in the room to make meals while on our trip, but quickly decided against this given the overall cleanliness of the room; we did not trust that the pans or untensils would be any cleaner than the rest of what we witnessed. The grab and go breakfast was cruddy cofee, hot water for hot chocolate or instant oatmeal, and a diminutive selection of petite prepackaged muffins. I would not recommend this establishment for a stay of any length.

After a 14 hr drive to see my son before deployment to the middle east- I was thankful to arrive at the hotel. Front desk service was fine. Room wasnt immaculate superficially, but fine for our 2 day stay. Ran to a store to grab something to eat & getting ready to sleep after a long day. My daughter has been in hotel housekeeping for years (Hampton inn & Sea Island Resort) and has been extensively trained to inspect rooms- which she did & found bed bugs. We immediately went to the front desk to tell them we were leaving & he photographed bugs as we did. We were given a card & told general manager would contact us. Ive heard nothing yet after emailing. Im disappointed to have not received an immediate refund since our stay was less than 2 hrs & had to find another hotel after a long day. Im NOW reading reviews that manager will try not to refund- that will NOT be the case here. I WILL be getting my money back this week or i will be escalating this to as many levels as i can to protect others.

The cable was out for 2 or more days had to request different rooms like 3 times heater made loud ticking noise even when off. Another room had no light bulbs in bathroom. Bed covers and linen was all old and linty. Carpet in all room was filthy, recommended to never walk around bare footed.

Room had an odor of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. One of the drawers in the furniture unit was broken. Kitchen area was clean and nice.

My bed was just a mattress on a flimsy metal frame. Didn't fit properly move all around. Sheets are old and thin. Bath tub drain was broken. Breakfast was not really a breakfast it is just grab and go stuff which was all gone as people were grabbing handful of muffins and granola bars. Definitely get what you pay for at this one.

It was fine for one night. Beds were small and cramped together. No phone charging in room.

I loved this room. Very cool desk, a full sized refrigerator and a luggage cart and an elevator.

The property is located to multiple eating and drinking options, and is only about 30 minutes from the Pro Football HOF in Canton. my only problem was the water pressure in the bathroom sink. Since the room was a suite with a kitchenette, there was another sink nearby to use. the room interior could use some updating, as in, new carpeting.

The morning staff were terrible Jessica who checked us in was excellent n a pleasure to meet but morning staff were never at the desk n could not keep coffee to have someone needs to do something

The manager was very rude. Knocked on my door at 10:30. I’ve never had no one. Asked me was I leaving? I’ve worked in establishment of a hotel before I never had the person that runs the front Dess come in a knock on door. Usually the housekeeping does he was very aggressive to knock on my door and asked me was I leaving usually around 10:50 will be time if the person or letting him know but still you should give people time not be rude and rush me out my room it’s pretty much like hurry up and get the hell out. That’s what it seem like I was in prayer in the bathroom and it was very very inconvenient to do someone like that. I stay here before numerous times and never had an issue with no one begging on my door. I never had an issue leaving the at the time, and I said I was gonna leave or that up the time that’s the hotel states to be gone, so there was no reason no need to bang on my door and asked me was not going check out or not I’ve never seen it in 47 years of my life never had an encounter the way I had this morning very not so happy

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Gentleman who checked me in was both efficient and engaging.

Hotel is old and rundown. Definitely needs a makeover. Took me 15 minutes to get someone to the front desk to check me in. The light barely works in the bathroom. Can’t shut the door to be able to take a shower had to unplug the refrigerator because it kept running and making loud noises.

I showed up to the extended stay around 11pm after booking a reservation that showed rooms available when I got there I was told there was no rooms available after booking and paying for a reservation online, I was sent across the street to the suburban studio the reptiontionest gave me a room key to one of there rooms. This place was worse than where I booked I wasn’t given a refund for the inconvenience due to there no refund policy. I will never book here again please know that if you book at the extended stay you run the risk of being sent across the street to the suburban studio that you did not book and you will not get a refund.

We booked and paid for two rooms at the Extended Stay America Suites Akron Copley East but when we arrived, we were advised that only one room was available in the hotel and the other was at a nearby hotel (Suburban Studio). This second hotel was noisy (dogs barking and people arguing at 2:00 am) and the no-smoking room smelt strongly of old cigarette smoke. The person on duty at around 11:00 pm suggested it was somehow our fault for not checking with the hotel when we made the booking. Bad show Expedia! the bookings made on your website are supposed to work - Can we trust other booking made through you?

My room had a chirping fire alarm, clogged leaking toilet, no tv remote, and someones dirty underwear left in a drawer. Their initial response was to use a different room with a broken door for the bathroom and they couldnt do anything about any of the issues currently. It wasnt until i said i wanted my money back that they sent someone to plunge the toilet and disconnect the fire alarm not repair it. Very lazy and unprofessional.

It was a decent stay for a great price. Felt safe and clean.

Walking distance to several nice restaurants.

Felt safe. Room was dirty. Q-tips and beard shavings in the garbage. Hallway smelled like urine. No transportation nearby. Waited 45 minutes for a cab to dinner. Front desk heard us say we were taking an uber but didn't tell us that there were no ubers. Someone else told us while we waited. Front desk later that night was very nice though.

An excellent stay for the price. A little outdated, but everything was functional and clean. Great location with nearby restaurants and quick to get on the highway to travel to surrounding areas.

It does the job! It is clean, although outdated with some defects. Minor hiccups that don’t ruin experience like lack of complimentary breakfast replenishment, room key not working at back door so needing to walk around the entire building when parking is full, and room key needing multiple attempts at the room door to function. Staff was amazing and safe area

Carpet, bed, and chairs are old and dirty need replacing.breakfast is a joke compared to other competitors. Will not recommend to my family and friends for this property. Iron board is broken and no replacement.

No coffee machine, no tv guide, no cups for water, breakfast was awful

Property was in a good location with lots of dining choices nearby. Room was clean but smelled of cigarette smoke. Full fridge was nice. Hotel said they did breakfast (which was a main reason we stayed there) but breakfast turned out to be packets of microwave oatmeal- literally- just the packets. We ended up going to McDonalds which was an inconvenience.
