Room was not very clean. There was dirt/dust on the floor behind the toilet and under the sink counter. Very limited breakfast.

This was one of the worst stays in a hotel I’ve ever had. When we got to our room, there was a sticky substance all over the floor. The amount of trash and dirt on the floor was astounding. The toilet seat was completely broken. And the shampoo and conditioner holders were ripped off of the wall and the squirt handle was broken off. Making it hard to use. The bedding had fresh stains on them. And then the final straw was when I was blow drying my hair with the blow dryer provided and the blow dryer blew up with sparks and filled the bathroom with smoke and our room with a scorched smell. I told the front desk and they apologized but seemed disinterested. I will never stay here again. The lack of care about cleanliness and basic maintenance really needs to be addressed.

The room was very well maintained service was great
