Hampton Inn Long Island / Commack

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was updated and clean however, the shower spray was sparse and light and not adjustable The breakfast room being part of the lobby is very odd and not very practical. The front desk is only about 6 feet from a table where you’re eating. People are walking by you with their suitcases and the doors are continuously opening and allowing cold air to blow in. Breakfast was not enjoyable.

Wonderful Staff! I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and this was one of the best. Spotlessly clean! Great design and in beautiful condition. Excellent Breakfast! Already booked a future stay.

Very clean room

The only thing wrong with this hotel is that THERE IS NO FUNCTIONAL VENTILATION IN THE BATHROOMS. I inquired with the staff and was told that mine was not broken...none of the ceiling vents work in any of the rooms. I find this to be the case in many many hotels. Why is this? Otherwise its very nice plsce and i would stsy again if necessary.
