it just smelt weird, wifi wasn’t good, tv’s were very limited, not much to watch on them. beds were uncomfortable. felt dirty. bathrooms were tiny and showers were odd.

This poorly designed The door to the rooms is not outside, you have to go in and look for the room the. Move car so your close to the entrance. Room- super cold. Im surprised no ice on ceiling mirrors. No couch, The room looks like and adult film was filmed or a history of pros-tit uicon was done here. Mirrrors on ceiling and bed. Foul odor from AC unit and it was leaking in a closet sounds like a creek of water. Couldnt sleep. My clothes is wreaking of the foul smell. Dont Bring a Family here!!!!!!

The room that I was in had no microwave and fridge. The water wasn’t going down when flash. And the shower was broken.

I’ll let the letter we wrote to Expedia after we asked for a refund speak for itself. I’m sorry, but I do not see where an unhygienic room, that reeks of a known and dangerous allergen — swapped for another unhygienic room with dead insects on the counter, and basic amenities (like a bathroom sink) that doesn’t work, among other failures, is consistent with YOUR policies. The hotel has a vested interest in income earned via your listings - of course they aren’t going to admit what happened, or allow a refund - both are options that would reveal their fault. The fact is, our stay there was not only uncomfortable, but sickening. As the service who drew our attention to this rat’s nest, I would hope that you would support us, even if they are not forthcoming with a refund. We travel frequently and Expedia is often one of our top options. Would Expedia, as a courtesy, refund us directly? I would also strongly consider de-listing this infested, disgusting property before an even worse situation emerges from another guest staying there. We are more than happy to provide pictures of this deplorable establishment. We anxiously await your reply, We simply wanted a place to stay, not a place to contract the hantavirus.

Havent been in years for several reasons (biggest reason was the ridiculous$200 deposit) Under new ownership now, decided to check it out and I'm glad I did.. both lady's (night& morning shift) were an absolute pleasure to speak to and deal with.. no more crazy deposit, just $20 key deposit and it was clean.

Not clean. In need of basic repairs in many places in the two rooms I booked. Bed sheets not properly cleaned or spread. Will not return.

They collect 200$ for the deposit only accepted in cash! The bed wasn't comfortable, the matress was completely sagging in the middle. No frills hotel.

It was honestly whatever, a bit pricey and the fact that all rooms have certain criteria was just unpleasant for me.

When we got to the hotel it's was ok i like the room we got the shower was working the bed was not comfortable it felt like we were sinking down we couldn't sleep and the other problem was the jaquizzi i payed for a room with a Jacuzzi and the only the problem is that the jet wasn't working so we couldnt use the jaquizzi i payed money so that i can be satisfied with the service ty i would like a discount cause i payed for having good service

This is a place clearly used for prostitution. The staff was very nice, but do not take your kids there

Terrible service… they have no idea how to run a motel. I was charged twice and now I’m trying to call them to get a refund and they won’t answer. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Great stay! Asked for more towels and never got them but it was still nice!

The booking was accidentally made twice and when I checked in I mentioned to DEV (a very nice employee at the desk) that I was due a refund. He said he knew about the error and had fixed the problem, that a refund would be issued. I’m still due a refund. What phone number should I call for help?
