Everything was fine. I have a couple of things that could improve someone's stay. First is there is no ice machine on the first floor. You have to go to the second floor to get ice this is an inconvenience. Second is one of the stairwells doesn't allow access to the lobby and it is not clear until you get to the first floor. So you either have to walk back up the stairs or go outside the building and walk around to the lobby. This is also an inconvenience but it should be clearly stated before entering this stairwell.

The two men at the desk both evenings were awesome. I was much less impressed with the nearly hour long malfunctioning late night fire alarm and the lack of an apology or any other accommodation that says “We care.” The man at the desk told people at least twice during the duration that they could go back in their rooms. That was irresponsible because that would cause ear damage. It was absolutely deafening. Providing tea, snacks, or putting out free coffee the next morning would go a long way to showing goodwill. I’ve been paying nearly half the amount for rooms and getting a lot more. I probably won’t stay at another Hilton. I’m not interested in paying for the name.

Found 2 live roaches in our room when we checked in. Staff said they had sprayed for insects that day so there shouldn't be any more issue. Bathroom light is dim, not adequate for my wife to put on makeup. Otherwise it was quiet and comfortable, close to our family that we were visiting. Friendly staff.

The property was ok but it was a bit costly for the fact that I encountered seeing a roach. I brought this to the staff attention and they offered to give us complementary breakfast which I refused. I should have been compensated on my room seeing how I had to make sure my luggage and belongings wee off the floor to avoid bringing bugs to my home.

Ok for one night. I’ve stayed in this hotel many times, but the service and facility have declined since I last visited 6 months ago. The Bed was super uncomfortable, room had a weird odor and bathroom looked like ceiling was cracking. I also noticed some bugs. Could use some cleaning and TLC.

Check in was great! Very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Very friendly staff- everyone always smiled and greeted us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. What I enjoyed the most was the safety. If there was one downside, it was be having to pay for breakfast. Thank you for a great stay, when we come back, we will definitely stay here again.

The desk staff was nice. Everything seemed okay on the surface, but when I got settled in my room, I realized the white duvet cover had dirt and stains on it. I called to get a new one, and the housekeeper just handed it to me and took off, so I had to remake the bed myself. Then I noticed that the room in general wasn't that clean, particularly the tile floors. The refrigerator smelled like a garlic/onion burp. It took five to ten minutes to get hot water out of the shower. The worst part was when I opened the Cinnabon box I had left on the counter overnight and a bug (I think a spider, but it moved fast) came running out of it. If this motel were cheap, I wouldn't complain so much, but it was relatively pricey for the area.

The folks working there were super nice and helpful. Though there was staff shortage which meant no room cleaning, one day of no restaurant/bar etc. First room we were assigned, one key didn't work, door knob was broken and toilet didn't work. Noisy, near highway. Again, the staff were super helpful/friendly/nice, went the extra mile despite the above!

We love staying in this hotel, it’s convenient, safe and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The only suggestion I have for corporate office would be, to invest on Some pillow top mattresses. The beds are very hard, but other than that we love it!

I have stayed here numerous times, and this visit unfortunately was not at its best, but I'm hoping it was just a one-timer. Window blind wouldn't open or close all the way, & 2 light bulbs out. Staff very nice, good area, and very quiet. Otherwise, this is my go-to hotel in the area.

Room was spacious and clean upon arrival. Shower was very good - good pressure, water nice and hot. Bed comfy - however, pillows were either too flat or too lofty. But that’s typical with all hotels. Disappointed in the breakfast buffet. They charged $15 for the same type of buffet that’s included at other hotels for free. Instant scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, toast, etc. Menu items were basically the same as a buffet station for the same price, so no apparent advantage to going that route.

My son and I stayed for the balloon festival and found the staff to be amazing friendly and welcoming. I don't always feel safe traveling as a solo parent, but safety was no issue here. The pool could use some love, and while the room was comfortable - you could tell it needed a good 'deep' clean. Overall I would stay again. But I would not use the pool again.

My only issues with this stay were as follows: upon arrival, at check in, I was advised that the King room I reserved more than a month prior had been switched to a two Queen room due to “over booking for Balloon Fiesta”. When I spoke up about this and stated my partner and I would not fit on a Queen bed, the gentleman at the front desk seemed bothered that I was upset. He eventually gave me the King that I had reserved, but no apologies were offered. I also was informed by him that I could not use my AAA discount or my Hilton Rewards, as I had booked on Expedia, and not with the hotel directly, which I did not understand.

I particularly appreciated the large, clean laundry room where I was able to wash our clothes at the end of a 10-day vacation. We packed clean clothes in our suitcases. Also, the help by your front desk staff person on the morning of 9/13 (I didn't get her name) to ensure we had our boarding passes printed. All front desk staff were friendly and accommodating - that makes all the difference!

We got to our hotel late. We needed only 1 night to rest from a long road trip. Checking in was super fast. Room was clean. Area was nice. It was a cold night and the room temperature was super cozy. No complaints. Would stay here again.

Pleasant staff. Overpriced imo. Found makeup on a pillow, sink had a ring around the stopper and would not drain. Breakfast looked good but was $15 a head. It was not included. For $175 you would think at least breakfast would be included.

This was our first trip to Albuquerque and our first stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The area the hotel is located in is nice and close to shops and restaurants. The check in was quick and easy, the room clean and well kept. However in the morning their cook did not show up so they could only offer cold food. It was an okay stay, would probably stay there again, but it didn’t stand out in any way.

Not up to standard. Room to small. Breakfast not included. Just Not worth what it costs. I thought it would be more luxurious for what I was charged. I guess the name is what I was charged for. I’ve been in a lot better for a lot less. The only thing I do approve is the staff, they were excellent.
