Executive hotel?? False advertising!! What a dump hotel !! Get a room on the second floor & be prepared to have to schlepp your suitcases up and down the stairs! No elevator exists in this hotel. No restaurant or bar in the hotel either. So before you check in and get comfortable, stop somewhere and get supplies if you want anything. Also, they only leave you with one packet of coffee to make one small cup, unless you’re ok using the decaf one too. The ironing board was damaged so I had to prop up the legs under the air conditioner to stay standing up. Another last minute surprise, but I managed. One of the bedside lamps had a burned out bulb too. Thankfully I was only there for one night ! I informed the front desk upon check out of the issues and he didn’t seem too concerned. I’m not even sure if he wrote it down. I’m especially glad I saved $30.00 by booking online instead of directly with the hotel. They wanted $176.00 night . This is a $99.00 @ night hotel at best.

There were no pool or breakfast available and not even an option. Based on other hotels close by, this one should have been the cheapest since it doesnt offer much compared to the others. There are no elevators and the carpet in the staircases are old and smelly. Some updates to those areas would be nice.

Value for money, 24/7 coffee availability, plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel, easy to get to places including Rutgers University, good washer and dryer but unfortunately no quarter changer machine and the front desk doesn't have either.

It is in a very good and central location. The staff were okay and the environment was very clean. However, the washing machine for guests' use was broken and hotel did not have an alternative laundry facility. There was no hot water in the shower.

I have been coming here a few times, and the most recent time (last weekend )was very unpleasant and very eye opening. Noticed a moist feeling in the blankets, but then the morning after, we noticed blobs of mold on the inside of the blanket all over- when putting it to the light. We were absolutely disgusted that we have been sleeping in these beds and have been using these blankets provided during the many times we have stayed here. We spoke to front desk (the man was nice and said he couldn't do anything about this and was told we would get a call from management early this week). We have still NOT received a phone call. The hotel staff is nice, but even with this price being so low- IT IS NOT WORTH SLEEPING IN THESE BLANKETS that are downright filthy. disgusted to my core.

The staff was very cordial and professional, breakfast was above par and vey clean. Unfortunately the hotel was rather aged and run down. The carpeting throughout was worn, wet and smelled bad. My room was very old but clean for one night. I probably would not stay again.

Wish I could have given this a negative score! I stayed here one night and not even a full night due to me finding a bed bug in my bed. I got bit and took pictures and this nasty place didn’t even refund me for the full amount!!! DON’T STAY HERE!!!

Nice, clean room. Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean and spacious. Nice big, thick towels. Not fancy, but very comfortable for a night’s stay. It is a bit back off the road so not noisy at all.

THERE ARE COCKROACHES HERE and the bed comforter is paper then, no more than a sheet and for a king size bed two flat standard size pillows. Very uncomfortable (I’m writing this review laying awake in bed) and disgusted by the roaches. If we hadn’t found them before bed and had to leave in 6 hours for a flight out of Newark we would NOT have continued to stay here.

They have roaches place falling apart They put me in three different rooms and all three rooms were unsuitable. Literally the place was falling apart around itself, and there was roaches in the room, and the smell of sewage was overbearing.

All seemed well until I opened the closet to get the ironing board and there was a roach on it. And then another one in the bathroom. And a spider on the wall near the desk. Just praying nothing hopped a ride out when we left! Management may want to get an exterminator in there... That being said, staff was very pleasant at check in and check out. Hotel is quiet and in a centrally located area. Oh and heads up...the pictures show a sign that says they have breakfast. They no longer offer it.

Very comfortable beds in a generally quiet hotel. Clean though could do with refurbishment. Staff very helpful. Though a non-smoking hotel, Marijuana smoke finds its way through the ventilation system, whuch detracts from one's enjoyment of the hotel.

I arrived earlier than the appointed check in time. In my past travels, hotels have been accommodating in finding me a clean, unoccupied room and checking me in. After telling this woman how tired I was from a very early flight, she flatly refused to check me in for nearly 4 hours...most of which was spent sitting in my car. Not an enjoyable start to my trip.

I called the front desk 15 times and sent multiple emails that i wouldnt make this reservation because of a snow storm. Not a single response. Worst place ive ever seen. All the calls go to voicemail after 2 rings. Never stay here.

No house keeping even if you stay for 3 weeks. I stayed for 3 weeks in room 110 and they did not clean the room not even one time. I have not seen this kind of attitude anywhere in the country. When I asked them, they said the don't have staff for cleaning. Pathetic..

Took a long time to check-in although everything was paid and booked. We arrived late in the hotel since we drove all the way from Toronto. A room with a queen bed provided although booking was made for a room with King bed.

We needed to stay somewhere inexpensive and simple for a Rutgers orientation for two nights. The hotel was easy to get to. Conveniently located near Rutgers and all types of shopping and restaurants. Hotel room was clean and updated. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Convenient for a quick holiday stay to visit loved ones. Price extremely affordable for what it was needed for, Sleep and shower. Was able to check in and out easily. A lot of fast food and popular chain restaurants in the area. Large grocery store. Was able to pick up gifts before heading to family events. Would stay again.

Exactly as advertised. Nice, good-looking and spacious rooms. Bed was massive which I enjoyed. Bathroom was very nice. Free parking with plenty of spots. Literally right off I-287 with plenty of life and shopping in the area.

Advertisement says they have breakfast but they do not…still on website as breakfast included but front desk says they stopped back in April…we stayed in October even now as I sit in the hotel room it says breakfast included on website!!!!!

The hotel is really nice! Especially for the price of the rooms. Very clean, the pool is excellent for families with the deep end being only 5 feet. The breakfast is a hot breakfast plenty of options like cereal, toast/begels, muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, and waffels. The one and only thing i can say is the beds aren't a typical queen as you would think. I have a queen bed and this bed is at most a double so be prepared for that if you like more room.

Expedia website says that this hotel provides breakfast. The hotel doesn't tell you that they don't have breakfast only a microwave and coffee until you've paid your money. Once paid they won't refund your money..

I stayed 3/15 and 3/16. They advertise free breakfast. I was surprised it is an actual breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, waffles, juices, milk, bagels, cream cheese, bagels, cereal, milk, oatmeal, juices, coffee, tea, fruits, etc. Front desk people very nice. The place is clean, nice hotel room well-appointed, convenient location just of the interstate. Restaurants all nearby.
