The hotel was resonable. We wanted to use the pool, but it wasn't skimmed. As soon as we asked they did send someone out to do it. They did an ok job. Breakfast was nice. The staff was friendly and got us checked in early which was very nice of them.

The hotel pleasantly surprised me even on the first floor it was clean, with no smell of chlorine from the bedding, and no cigarette or marijuana odors. The price was reasonable, and breakfast was included. The pool was very clean and warm, with towels available nearby. The staff were friendly, and there was tea available on the property. If they added a cappuccino coffee machine and some cookies, I think they could even increase the price. The location is excellent — everything is close by. A pleasant place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle.

Property was clean and very convenient. Close to the highway lots of shops and eateries. Staff was amazing. All amenities listed were open and available. Doors locked at 11pm which helped me feel safe as a solo female traveler. Will definitely stay here again.

Very clean, very polite, the big issue is no continuous fan. So the traffic noise continues all night because the HVAC won’t allow you to turn on a fan. The management told be it’s to conserve energy, well I’m going to conserve my money elsewhere.

Good hotel. Well-maintained property. Modern and clean rooms. Quiet environment. I wish hotel staff didn't scrutinize guests at breakfast so much and ask silly questions - for example if a plate left over was theirs when it obviously was not. Just go ahead, do your job and throw it in the garbage - that's what they pay you for. Dollies could be bigger. Though it was not absolutely necessary, for $180 a night, you'd expect a microwave to be available too.

This amazing hotel was an unexpected find. We got stuck here in a storm/flood, and the excellent staff and manager, Mike, went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable for our whole family. He even had coloring pages and crayons for our daughter. Breakfast was amazing. The room was clean with good air conditioning. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and multiple settings. The pool also looked really nice, though we didn’t have a chance to swim. And they have complimentary coffee, tea, and water 24/7 in the lobby. Couldn’t ask for more. (Also, as I’m writing this at breakfast, Mike is talking to and helping out a lot of other guests in the same way. This guy might be the best hotel manager I’ve ever seen.)

The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional when checking-in (a male in his late fifties or early sixties). Room Wi-Fi connection requires a compulsory registration with the hotel chain, not the single last name room number that most other hotels do. Not that big of a deal but feeling forced to do something is not comfortable.

The room is decent and the place has a clean and fresh ambiance to it. I’m not sure how long this place has been there but it looks like it’s kept up fairly well. I just wasn’t too thrilled about where it’s located. It’s not terribly convenient depending on where you’re coming from.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn for 3 nights while we took our daughter to Nickelodeon Universe. Before we even checked in we had to add a night on because we cancelled our earlier plans. Seth I believe his name was, was super nice! He even made a note that we would be arriving late. Check in was smooth and took only a few mins. Our room was very clean and was tidied up daily while we were away. I wish that there was an exhaust in the shower though, when we took hot showers there was no place for the heat to escape to. Our bed was also very soft to where I woke up with back pain and I’m 4 months pregnant so that was a big thing for me. The breakfast was ehhh but my husband enjoyed it, while my daughter and I just got cereal. The French toast was hard, egg omelet was runny, sausage patties were not done all the way and the potatoes were not flavorful. Not a deal break but figured I would add it in there for someone that matters to. Overall it was a nice stay for what we needed and we will more than likely return.
