Hotel was advised that my employee was checking in very late since he was working at the American Dream mall overnight. He arrived at 2am, completely exhausted and they would not allow him to check in until 3am, because they said the system was resetting. Strike 1, room smelled awful, it was obviously a smoking room, the room was dingy and disgusting, he was not comfortable sleeping on the bed, tried to sleep when he finally fell asleep, the fire alarm went off at 415am "ish" he was evacuated from building, which at that point, where they were left to wait, had dead rodents right outside the door, possibly kittens. Hard to tell, overall, the experience was terrible and I would never recommend this hotel and would really love a refund. Since my employee did not get any sleep.

Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Unfortunately the staff are working at a subpar establishment and it’s a shame because they and the guests deserve better.

This was nothing like other extended stays I've been at. The 'grab and go' breakfast' only had three edible options (two kinds of muffins and a few instant oatmeal options), as well as a coffee and hot water station. It wouldn't have been missed if this was left off of the list of amenities of the location. The staff I interacted with were polite, if not curt, which is fine. However, I had some friends staying with me who reported someone from the overnight staff was very rude when they asked for certain things. Also, it's a very interesting set up with the replacement towels only being given with a trade of the used ones. It's the first time I've been to a hotel that used a trade system for fresh towels, and I don't recall having to use the same system with other extended stays I was at for several weeks. Finally, the worst thing... roaches. I don't know if it was the area we stayed at, but I've never stayed at a hotel in recent memory where the room had more than maybe a spider or fly. My sister spotted a roach crawling across the ceiling one night, which she skillfully was able to capture inside an empty water bottle and was quickly discarded in the hall trash area. But then the night before we left, she spotted another roach crawling along the wall between the beds! This one I didn't witness, however, it sent both of us in a panic trying to deal with it without alerting my other friends (who were sleeping on the floor using air mattresses). Overall, quite disappointed.

On the go Breakfast is a joke. Just muffin, oats packet & coffee/tea bags. There were shady people smoking around entrance, & there was smell of weed. There were fire alarms on both the days of our stay. Water was not flowing smoothly in bath tub. It seems they don’t provide drinking water & we are supposed to buy from vending machine. Although staff fortunately gave a bottle each to us.

I stayed there for two months and it was good. It was clean. Some of the staff are very nice. There’s a kitchen so you don’t really need their breakfast but they do have some snacks for breakfast.
