The room conditions were unacceptable and cigarette smoke was entering my smoke-free room. I was very disappointed that despite these conditions and leaving the property uncomfortable, my refund request was still denied.

Was a decent place to stay, staff was fine and friendly . Wasn’t the worst place but not a 5 star high class hotel either, we chose to stay here with intentions of only having a safe/ clean place to sleep. And it was good for exactly that! I did enjoy having my car parked right out front of my door and did appreciate at check in I was asked which floor I wanted to be on! Overall it was good for what our intentions were wanted for a weekend place to safely sleep in!

The room smelled like cigarettes and mold i canceled my stay.

This hotel compares with others hotels still in good condition and we always like to stay in this hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms.
