While my family enjoyed the waterpark and arcade, this was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Severely outdated. Old carpet, old furniture, cracked wallpaper, and slow elevators. We also did not receive new towels and cleaning during our two-night stay. I am not sure why a multi-million dollar investment was made to add a waterpark, but nothing towards updating the hotel rooms to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. The curtains in the room are probably the original curtains when this hotel first opened. We had to turn the thermostat up to 80 to get heat. Unacceptable!!! Stay somewhere else!! I regret staying here.

Staff was great. Our first room wasn't as booked and unfortunately smelled like cigarettes. They apologized and quickly moved us to a different room. Rooms are spacious and clean with good bathrooms, plenty of towels and good water pressure. They do have a mini fridge, no microwaves (unless you want to rent one for $25). Ocean views are nice if you choose one. Plently of family activities available for additional costs. No pool for hotel guests, just the waterpark. Arcade seemed to have quite a few games out of order but still plenty to enjoy. Several places to eat within, includimg breakfast and coffee. We grabbed a reasonably priced pizza for lunch one afternoon. Elevators can get crowded at busy times with a line waiting and run a bit slow. Direct access to the boardwalk and walking distance to many attractions. Parking at the attached parking garage is convenient although is an additional cost.
