wonderful stay. everything so very organised and thought out from having filtered water for refills, to life jackets for kids at the pool, to having nightly smores for the kids. the hotel to Dollywood shuttle was so convenient rather than having to drive. would love to revisit again. only wish: option for a kettle in the room to make tea or at least have kettles available from housekeeping to borrow for the room.

We were visiting with a large group of Canadians attending a conference. We loved the hotel and the area! We enjoyed the rooms, the conference facilities and the outdoor hot tub. The staff were all friendly and helpful!

This is a beautiful resort, it’s perfect! There’s lots to do there and are close to Dollywood and the area attractions. The trolley provided to and from the park makes the trip even better. The coffee shop and restaurant in the resort are amazing. We will be back later this year, our new place!

The room is a good size and well laid out. The Lodge is easy to navigate without being overwhelming. When I checked in, I was given the Time Saver card and told to get my wristband which allowed me to ride the trolley to Dollywood and use the Time Saver lanes. It was an excellent perk. For breakfast, order up Dolly's cinnamon bread with coffee and have it delivered to your room. The pool is wonderful, the bar service is great, the little fire pits around the back of the Lodge are sweet. I wish I had stayed longer.

Hotel was fantastic, beautiful grounds, transportation provided to the park which was really nice, laid back atmosphere at the hotel, outside area's were fantastic, nice restaurant, shopping store, general store and bakery, room was perfect. Will definately be back to stay again.

If you go to Dollywood this is the place to stay! Shuttle bus is so convenient. Fast passes are included with your stay which is a big plus when Dollywood is crowded. Breakfast in the restaurant is wonderful! Pool is amazing! Lots of activities for kids

If you plan to go to Dollywood this is the place to stay! Shuttle to and from the park is so convenient! Everyone in your party receives a time saver pass which is a big perk when the park is crowded. Well worth the price of the room!

This property is gorgeous. We stayed one night for an anniversary after a day at Dollywood with friends. Cleanliness is fabulous. The front desk personnel and the courtesy tram driver were delightful and personable. We made a reservation at the restaurant for dinner and it was excellent. Our steaks were nicely and flavorfully served. There is no spa on the property but they are glad to take you a short distance away for spa services, to DreamMore, but I declined. The only complaint we had was the afternoon bartender who was not only abrupt and rude to us, but we listened to her exchanges with others in the bar and her brisk demeanor never changed. She also engaged with other service personnel in complaining about guests at the pool and a bar order from the restaurant. We felt most unwelcome and she needs customer service training. Perhaps, her personality may better fit a dive or biker bar, but she has no business in a higher end establishment. Honestly, I have never heard such a rude barkeep who was so annoyed by everyone and every pour. I find it hard to believe that there have not been more complaints about her arrogance and ill regard for her guests.

Gorgeous property and kind staff. Pools are fabulous. Well appointed with a very kind staff. Comfy bed, lots of towels and wash clothes. The room looked new. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!! Good Job Dolly!

I really enjoyed the stay with my sister and two young toddlers, ages two and four. We never had to leave to eat. I would highly recommend the pizza at Songbird. I probably went to all the eateries there and they were all fabulous - very sweet people and very hospitable. There were so many special things about staying there. The landscaping is exquisite…. Simply beautiful and it’s like they thought of everything to make your stay special… Keurig coffee pot with coffee and cream and sugar, ice, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, fresh raspberry lemonade, an amazing pool and water play for the children, fire pits, live entertainment, even saw fireworks from the bedroom window. it was very peaceful and relaxing. Just to tell you how comfortable the bed was — that’s the first time I slept through the night since I was a teenager. I would highly recommend staying at Heartsong Lodge!

The property was beautiful. Loved all the decor. It was kept spotless. The pool area was clean and the water cold. The life guards were on 3 at a time in three different areas of the pool. They rotated positions every few minutes. They were excellent and kept an eagle on on the pool area. We went to the restaurant to celebrate a birthday. It was disappointing. Service was very slow. Other tables that came in after us were waited on and had drinks before we even got ours. When our waitress finally made it over, she said she forgot about the table because it was an entirely different section. It went downhill from there. The food took forever to come out and when the appetizer came out, it was overcooked. The next night we went to the bar area. We had dinner and a drink or two there the servers there were top-notch, especially Spencer. They were very friendly and engaging. It was a little pricey because of the taxes up there, but it was the best evening we had had so far. The rooms were spacious and decorated nicely. Our air conditioner didn’t work very well and we finally got it fixed on the last night we were there and it felt like heaven. The beds were not the best in the world. We both woke up with backaches two days in a row. We went there to get away from work and stress and just relax and celebrate a birthday. It was a nice weekend in spite of a few hiccups along the way.

Didn’t care for the security officer being rude to my kids who were excited to get in the hot tube! Only place I’ve been too that they didn’t allow any one under 16 in the hot tub or area! Will not stay again because they were so rude!

We had an excellent stay at the Heartsong resort. It was extremely clean, had lots of activities for the kids, and worked out perfectly for us to go to Dollywood. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because we went in May when the pool was obviously not warm so we were thrilled that there was an indoor pool. However the indoor pool was actually cooler than the one outside so we spoke to the “pool manager” inside who gave us a hard time about it being so cold and wouldn’t let us take our 3 year old to the hot tub because there was no lifeguard on duty and there was a sign that said no one under 16. With having a small child and paying a premium price (almost $400 a night) we expected to have an indoor pool that wasn’t freezing or to have been able to use the hot tub instead. We were basically told by the young pool manager (maybe 20 years old) that we had to just deal with it and let our bodies adjust to the temperature. Other than this issue, we really had a great stay and would stay again just for the convenience of being so close to Dollywood. It is very nice to have the trolly take you over and to get the timesaver passes along with it that comes complimentary with your hotel stay.

Customer service & amenities were off the charts. Rooms were comfortable including the bed. Ample # elevators throughout the property allowing access to areas without having to use specific areas. The main restaurant was so good that we dined there several times. Service & food was excellent. Ask for a server named Lulu—she anticipated our needs & was incredibly friendly. Access to self-parking was close & trolleys were available. The entire hotel was very clean & accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice facility. Upon arrival the valets were gentlemen. However, once at the check in desk the lady behind the desk was surprisingly not as hospitable. She was looking everywhere but at us. It was as if we were not even standing there. We just felt very set back and shocked really. Not what you expect from a Dollywood facility. We never got her full attention or felt welcomed. The room was nice and clean. We enjoyed the events and live entertainment. It made it worth the stay. Our waitress at High Note was fabulous. She even came to let us know that her shift was up and who would be taking care of us. Check out was a breeze. Just wish check in would’ve been a better experience.

We love staying at DreamMore and HeartSong. The facilities are top notch as well and the people. Dollywood is just a few minute trolley ride over (included in your stay) plus you receive fast passes to DW for all guests, daily.

Really great place to stay and well worth the money if you are going to the parks. The extra perks are woth it. Only negative for all of Dollywood and Resorts is the food...there is not much healthy food. Very hard to find fresh vegetables and fruit.
