Extended Stay America Suites - Omaha - West

Kitchen supplies need to be checked out at front desk and staff is rude and condescending. Heaven forbid you need 4 sets of dishes for guests visiting your room. You won’t get four full sets. Pans come without lids, can opener is broken. This hotel sprays each room after a pet is there. That spray leaves a residue that will turn your feet black and make your shoes stick to the floor in rooms with linoleum. Then your bath mat will turn black from stepping in it before getting in a shower. We purchased bedding for the pull out couch after having to fight for more dishes- it was just easier.

No frills, easy place to access. The people who stay here are workers. They aren't inherently loud, so it's a nice place to stay if you need a bed and a quiet hotel. The rooms are pretty simple, but clean. The kitchen is definitely dated, but useful. In my opinion, the bed sleeps warm. I think it's the mattress toppers or something. The staff was extremely helpful. Overall this is a great spot to stay for the price.

Nobody ever at front desk. Waited 45 min for someone to come to desk. Extended stay customer service tried to call the property to find staff the phone was left at the desk so no one answered! Asked for refund they told me to call 3rd party. Called 3rd party, they told me to contact hotel. Then tried to get refund for entire stay, 3rd party denied the refund because”after multiple attempts to reach the hotel in your behalf, we are unable to verify the reservation.” Which is bs, the 3rd party (hotels.com) should be able to see I was checked in??? What a nightmare, then had family emergency reached out for help from both parties and neither one helped.

The room was very clean. Slight smell like it had been smoked in but very clean otherwise.
