Room outlet by the main tv, only has has 1 outlet (had multi outlet adapter to replace it. Microwave power adapter plug in Microwave run freely. Staff is good. Pool was close down for maintenance. Alot of places to park.

Made reservations one day in advance, came from out of state with 4 kids, the advertised indoor pool, was broken. Noone told me. Shoot out across the street, whole area blocked off with police officers.

I would say average stay at this hotel. A lot of noise in the hotel on the weekend nights, week nights were quiet. Cleanliness was good. Pool was nice and very clean. Breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast. Staff was pleasant.

The elevator was out of order. We understood that...it happens. However, when we pulled out the sofa bed, there were dirty sheets still on it. It was also wet with pee stains. The breakfast was not good at all. The sausage was literally like plastic.

Our room was disgusting, nothing worked. Room phone didn't work, internet went out multiple times, air returns and vents in room were full of dust. There was mold on the air vent in bathroom and the freezer on the fridge. There was no service plaqure in the elevator. Seen what looked like a roach crawl across cabinet in breakfast area. The room smelt musky and rank. Definitely taking off my list of places to return to.

Usually dont make reviews but the room had roaches and a giant hole underneath the sink with super cheap repair all around the room. Ceiling of the bathroom was peeling of as well and didn’t feel very clean overall

There was mouse poop on the hide away bed. The fridge had leftovers in it. One of the beds had stains on it.we seen a mouse in the hotel outside of our room door. The room was still pretty dirty from the last people.

Absolutely horrendous stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The hotel room had a mildew smell when we arrived, wet/dirty floors and dirty sheets/bedding. I paid for two rooms because we had a large party and the other party left early because they had roaches in the room! I got ONE apology from the manager and that was when we found food in the sofa bed. After that we got no apologies for any other problems that came up. We had our room door left unlocked and open after a "room clean" which meant they just changed the trash and nothing else. We don't know how long the door was unlocked and open for but all.ofmour valuables were in the room. The beds also weren't changed or made with the room clean. The manager told us after we brought their attention to the roaches that we should have just asked for another room or left earlier because there is nothing they could do. I am fuming! I am in touch with corporate and it blows my mind how hard I have to work to get refunded some.of the stay for the horrible experience. If nothing else, the.mold and the roaches.

The room overall wasn't bad. But the carpet was sooo dirty that if you walked from the bathroom to the window the bottom of your feet turned black!!! The bathroom sink didn't drain hardly at all. It was half full of water just brushing your teeth.

Was hoping for a good stay. The sofabed in the room had dirty sheets and the couch itself was very stained! Carpet was dirty. Had booked for 2 nights, stayed one night. there was 5 of us and 2 of my kids slept on the hard floor because the sofa bed was not clean. Will never stay there again.

Several of the pieces of furniture were broken. Dresser handle was hanging and drawers was broken. Toilet paper holder was broke off on one side and hanging from counter. TV was disconnected from the cable and the HDMI ports were broke out of television. The hide a bed had been previously slept in sheets had not been changed.the air unit was inadequate to cool the room. It was not functioning correctly.

Property was in disrepair. Room door does not function and extremely hard to lock deadbolt, need good muscles. Room was sad in sad condition and furnishings! However the beds were above average, thank God! Probably why we got the $82/night price lol Owned by stiff foreigners. Only cleaned our room once in 4 days :((

Nice suite with a big comfortable bed. Big screen tv with cable and HBO. One of the better hot breakfasts fire the price range with scrambled eggs and sausage along with packets for waffles, bagels, toast, and cereal; and two juice options. My rum was by the elevator and in heard room doors closing more than the elevator. Quick and easy check-in and check-out.

Property and building rundown and in need of face lift. Carpet sticky and sink in bathroom backed up. Staff was friendly and helpful. Standing water by ice maker and pool entrance. Remote for tv didn't work and staff had to come to room twice before problem finally fixed.

My room had some poorly fitted shower nozzles in an amateurish repair. My TV had a broken cable that had to be replaced. The "claimed" 6:30 breakfast was totally dark when I walked by at 6:35, I had to be on the road, so I never knew whether any breakfast was served

The staff was super accommodating, the breakfast was very good, and the air conditioner in our room was fantastic! Everything was clean, our only complaint is that the facility needs updating. It's taken a beating and it shows. For example, we had a piece of drywall hanging from our bathroom ceiling, which makes things feel a bit sketchy. However, we were here for the College World Series, so this was the least expensive room we could find ($239/night) in a decent area. If it was a different time of the year, I wouldn't pay more than $100/night.

Nothing really to like. The room was poorly lit, many fixtures were broken or had pieces missing. There were stains on the walls and bathroom door. The carpet felt grimy (I wore slippers to keep my feet from getting dirty). The AC sounded like a diesel locomotive starting up. The toilet rumbled after flushing. There was garbage behind the hotel the first night, and people were stomping around all evening above us. The overall appearance of the hotel was it was dirty, and not well maintained. Poorly managed, and run down. On the morning of our checkout, there was no one at the front desk to give us a bill/receipt. I still haven't received one by email.

We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the pool area and hotel room. We had problems with the ceiling in the bathroom leaking and it was obvious that there was water damage prior. It was leaking for awhile and we went down to the front desk at 9:30pm. The front desk staff said he would be up to look at it but didn’t. At 10pm the leak had stopped so we went down to let the front desk know as we were unable to use our phone in the room due to it not working. We were not offered to move to another room nor at 10pm did we want to move all our belongings so we remained. We noticed bugs in the bathroom as well. We attempted to talk to another staff the following morning about the inconvenience and issues but he was unable to do anything. We asked about a reduced rate or discount and he said he would have the manager call us. We never received a phone call from a manager either. Very disappointed in the stay considering the price we paid.

Upon arrival at the property the staff did not have an expedia reservation for me. could not find it anywere. Even after providing them with screen shots, itinerary #'s, everything....they couldn't find the reservation I already paid for on Expedia. The property demanded payment AGAIN !!! Credit card had been charged twice and needs to be refunded.

We ended up having to stay longer on our trip due to car problems and once again the staff treated us great and accommodated to us. Hands down again to Tom for always greeting us with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel anytime in omaha

Stay was fantastic except ladies at front desk wouldn’t let us check in till “we” called Hotel.com and had them then call the motel to get it paid. We set in car for 20 minutes trying to get to the right person who could help. We had receipts and confirmation number but that didn’t matter. Motel probably deals with Hotel.com all the time. Companies need a direct line to call with these issues instead of dumping it on the customer who has paid and exhausted from a long drive. Both parties are at fault in my option.

The toilet was back up when we got there. It over flowed with the first flush. The phone didn’t work to call front desk. Didn’t fix it or clean till next day. We had a 2 night reservation and ended up leaving after first night so wasted our money. Didn’t get refunded.

The property claimed that pillows and towels were taken from the room. Said that they had it on video which they showed after much discussion, and the video clearly was showed nothing. They were unprofessional and made accusations that were completely false. I was still charged the whole security deposit and they would not move on their position. Stay at your own risk!!!!!!
