Comfort Suites Omaha Northwest

Our room was dirty, clothes left hanging in closet, couch was ripped, toilet paper holder broken, and last but not least the pull out bed was bent so leaned to the foot of the bed. The pool was ok. Water was cold, floor really slick. And never any towels. Had to ask at the front desk everytime we went swimming. Breakfast was ok as well. Low food all three times and no napkins. The juices were really watered down. The front desk was very nice the first night. But got kinda snippy the more we went to the desk. Which i get to a point. But when we need things we kinda have to. It was definitely a cheap stay and you get what you pay for.

Good hotel. They keep the property and rooms pretty clean. You can definitely tell its an old hotel. Reminds me of a Howard Johnson Inn.

Was not very impressed with my stay. Check-in persn was very hard to understand, property is run down. The place was clean but needs help with carpet tears, wall holes, loose trim, etc...... Perfect for a one night, just to sleep, stay, but our group was there for 2 nights and I was just not impressed. I won't book there again

Breakfast: ran out of sausage and eggs pretty quick ( not enough to fill warmers just enough to cover bottom) Rooms: comfy beds, my room lacked shampoo in shower; the other room we rented had no hair dryer. Other: Pool area didn't have any pool towels stocked up on a Friday night nor Saturday morning. Pool area doesn't have bathroom so you have to use the guest one opposite of Pool entry and through the area where guest rooms are at ( went to use the bathroom this morning to find no toilet paper) - Based on this, I wasn't impressed with this stay and wouldn't stay here again unless it was my last choice.

It was just okay. Good price but you get what you pay for. Our room was missing a coffee maker and hair dryer. Breakfast wasn’t kept stocked either morning we were there. Blinds couldn’t be opened for any natural light. Area doesn’t have much.
